지난 1998년 우원 콘서시엄(우원, 성아건업, 삼우공조)에게는 잊을 수 없는 행운의 해였다. IMF 이후 침체 일로를 걷고 있던 설비건설업계에 260억원이라는 사상 유례없는 최대금액으로 독립발주된 새국립박물관 기계설비공상 입찰에 국내의 기계설비 제작∙시공업체 21개 콘서시엄이 참여하여 경쟁하였기 때문에 누가 이 공사를 맡게 될 것인가가 초미의 관심사였다. 그런데 우원 컨소시엄이 적격심사 대상으로 선정되었다는소식을 듣게 되었다. 최초인 만큼 주변에서는‘과연 설비 전문건설업체가 무사히 공사를 마칠 수 있겠는가?’하는 우려의 눈초리도 있었다. 따라서 (주)우원을 비롯한 시공업체들은 이러한 우려를 없애기 위해 더욱 열심히 계획하고 실행하고 검토하고자 노력하였다. 공사 초기에는 각각 독립발주된 건축, 전기, 정보통신 분야의 시공자간 대화가 단절되어 어려움도 많았으나 발주처 담당자와 책임감리자들의 중재 노력에 힘입어 시간이 지나면서 공동목표를 인식하고 서로를 이해하면서 성공적으로 공사를 마칠 수 있었다.

최근 스마트폰과 태블릿 PC동 고해상도 모바일 단말기 보급이 급격히 늘어남에 따라 고화질 및 다양한 서비스 제공이 가능한 모바일 방송에 대한 요구가 급증하고 있다. 이러한 요구에 맞춰 T-DMB와 역호환성을 유지 하면서 기존의 T-DMB와는 달리 계층변조 방식을 적용해 동일 주파수 대역에서 최대 2배의 채널 용량을 증대시키는 AT-DMB 방송기술 개발을 완료하였다. AT-IDMB는 채널 용량의 증대에 따라 서비스 채널을 늘리거나 고화질 서비스 동을 추가로 제공할 수 있게 되었고 사용자와 DMB 사업자들의 요구를 충족 시켜줄 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문은 정지 환경에서 수행한 AT-DMB의 성능 측정 결과를 보여준다.

The government makes an effort to disperse the centralization of Seoul through the its surroundings development for relieving the various social problems caused by the capital region concentration. But, the planless development of rail system in the capital region have made it difficult to approach into Seoul city center from its surroundings. Through Seoul metro line 9, constructed by private company first in Korea, that has operation plan with normal and express train together, we would like to study up on promotion of passenger service quality such as "the improvement of the accessibility to Seoul city center from its surroundings" and "service of various pattern of trains"

Changam, Lee Samman(1770~1845), who created his own handwriiting to be referred to as the three great writers of the late Joseon Dynasty, the valued 'beobgo'. Based on the calligraphy of the Han-Wi era, Lee Kwangsa who completed DonggugJinche was regarded as the teacher of the heart. In his later years, he wrote 『ChangamSeogyeol』 to teach how to use the right brush, revealing the basic principles of universal calligraphy and his own calligraphy. The typeface of Changam is completed by choseo through the establishment of haeseo geungol. For this, I valued Han-Wi's haeseo training, OnhuGanwon Han-Wi geungol shows a state without natural law. This shows that nature is the core and ultimate goal of Changam calligraphy theory. This is a return to the state of 'No law' at the height of the law, where eum-yang is created and bizarreness occurs when form, power and energy are promoted. On the other hand, he emphasized that jangbeob and pochi form IlunMujeog DeugpilCheonyeon when expressing naturalness as it is, without being bound by the old law. His typeface constantly tried to combine the beauty of Joseon's own calligraphy while sublimating nature into art. Thus, he acquired IlunMujeog, a body rich in geungol and full of vitality and dynamism. And DeugpilCheonyeon achieved aesthetics with the highest level of excellence, embodied as the original 'Haengunyusu Typeface', and further developed handwriiting and Calligraphy spirit of DonggugJinche in Honam province.

세계적으로 넥타이는 착용자의 이미지를 표상하게 됩니다. 따라서 특히 넥타이 디자인에 각국의 문화적 요소를 활용하는 것이 문화적 이미지의 패션 상품 디자인과 함께 매우 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 한국 및 베트남의 전통문양을 학습에 적용 및 전통적인 문양에 관심을 더 이해할 수 있게 도와 연구팀은 이러한 문양을 활용하여 특별하고 양국의 문화를 내표한 고유하고 세련된 넥타이를 개발하고자 함이다. 우리는 또한 한국 및 베트남 전통문양 사이의 상징성 의미가 특히 유사한 문양을 설계도면 방법차이를 발견했다. 따라서 한국 및 베트남 문양 사이의 조합의 경우, 본 연구뿐만 아니라 국가의 특정 문화에 기여하는 다른 나라에 한국 및 베트남문양에 대한 미학의 측면을 소개하였다. 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다: 첫째, 한국 및 베트남 전통문양이 미학적, 실용성 및 문화유산의 가치가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 한국 및 베트남 전통문양의 소재로는 식물, 동물(조류, 곤충, 상상의 동물, 길상형상 및 문자, 기하형태 등이 있다. 셋째, 한국전통 기하문양의 태극문양과 베트남의 전통기하문양의 특별한 기원과 행운, 창조의 조화 등 의미가 있으며, 이들 각각의 문양은 국기에 사용되어 현대에 이르기 까지 양국가를 상징하는 공통점이 있다. 넷째, 한국 및 베트남의 우호증진을 기원하고 국제경쟁력이 있는 양국의 고유한 문화가 깃든 국제경쟁력이 있는 독특한 넥타이 상품개발을 위해, 양국의 대표적 전통 기하문양인 태극문양과 별문양을 응용하여 넥타이디자인을 행하였다.

앞으로 대략 1년 뒤, 2019년 3월이면 우리나라에서 세계 최초로 5G 상용서비스가 시작된다. 1990년대 말에 cdmaOne, cdma2000 서비스, 2000년대 초 와이브로를 세계 최초로 상용화 했으며, HSDPA 서비스도 마찬가지였다. LTE는 날짜상으로는 스웨덴 대비 조금 늦게 시작하기는 했으나, 전국규모의 서비스 개시 시점을 고려하면 이것도 한국이 사실상 세계 최초라고 말할 수 있다. 그러나 5G 상용서비스 세계 최초라는 의의는 기존의 세계 최초 기록과는 차원을 달리한다고 말할 수 있다. 왜냐하면 ITU-R에서 5G의 비전과 로드맵 작업을 5G는 시기상조라는 반대를 무릅쓰고 한국이 주도했고, 많은 전문가들이 회의적이었던 밀리미터파 주파수 대역의 이동통신 활용 가능성을 한국에서 처음으로 주장했으며, 여러 가지 밀리미터파 대역 중 28GHz 주파수 대역을 선택하여 지지를 수렴해 온 것도 한국이다. 또한 최근 3GPP, ITU-R 표준에서도 당당히 주도세력 중의 하나로 자리매김하고 있으며, 2018년 겨울 올림픽이라는 절묘한 시범 서비스 기회를 행운으로 갖고 있기도 하다. 그러나 상용화를 1년 남짓 남겨두고 있는 지금의 상황은 과거 몇 년과는 사뭇 다른 양상을 보여주고 있다. 과거 5G의 미래가 불확실할 때에는 눈치를 보면서 소극적 자세를 보이던 세력들이 지금처럼 기술, 표준, 시장에 대한 위험도가 많이 사라진 틈을 타, 저마다 실리를 챙기기 위해서 오히려 적극적으로 돌변하고 있다. 기존 이동통신 시장규모는 대략 서비스-디바이스-인프라 장비의 비중이 30:10:1 정도 된다. 표준을 적기에 지원하는 제품과 서비스의 개발 및 이를 지원하는 생태계가 구축되지 않으면 모처럼 어렵게 만들어온 5G 시대의 열매를 정작 우리는 맛보지 못하는 어처구니 없는 일이 생길 수도 있다. 아무쪼록 본 특집을 통해 많은 분들이 5G의 현황을 제대로 이해하고, 이것을 도약대로 삼아서 알찬 5G 시대의 수확을 준비하는 계기가 되었으면 하는 바람이다.

A total of 45 scale insects belonging to 29 genera of five families were recognized on 15 kind of flowering plants on the basis of specimens collected in 2003 and specimens deposited in the Insect Collection of NIAST in Korea. Three species were recognized on Korean forsythia, four on chrysanthemum, 15 on common camellia, seven on kobus magnolia, three on rose of sharon, one on Indian lilac, six on rose, seven on rhododendrons, two on bamboo palm, three on benjamin tree, 12 on evergreen euonymus, five on Japanese yew, two on corn plant, six on orchids and two on cacti. Pulvinaria floccifera (Westwood) and Pseudaonidia paeoniae (Cockerell) on common camellia and Pulvinaria citricolar Kuwana on rose of sharon are reported for the first time from the Korean Peninsula.

The human being receives a new information from outside and the information shows gradual oblivion with time. But the information remains in memory and isn't forgotten for a long time if the information is read several times over. For example, we assume that we memorize a telephone number when we listen and never remind we may forget it soon, but we commit to memory long time by repeating. If the human being received new information with strong stimulus, it could remain in memory without recalling repeatedly. The moments of almost losing one's life in an accident or getting a stroke of luck are rarely forgiven. The human being can keep memory for a long time in spite of the limit of memory for the mechanism mentioned above. In this paper, we propose a model to explain the mechanism mentioned above using a neural network and fuzzy.

Health is an essential element of human living and participation in society. Due to its significance, government tries to maintain the healthy life of tis people by providing health care and enhancement systems that focus on health welfare. Despite such efforts, there is still a loophole in the public system. The health problem in socially disadvantaged people, especially single mothers, becomes the cause of poverty, and the poverty again results in the poor health conditions. That is why the private sector became interested in this health issue. In this case study about the participants in the healthcare support programs for single mothers in the private sector, their experience and change related on participation in the programs were investigated in depth. As results, the following significance and quantitative performance in supporting the health right for single mothers were explored. Since single mothers could not have cared for their health because their duty for not only parenting but also family's living, th participants thought that they attained good fortunes and their own social networks. Moreover, their life attitude changed to active and their family relationship was also improved as they got out of ambiguous anxiety of health and attained self confidence.
