By analyzing the characteristics and meaning of dystopia in Korean juvenile science fiction, this study aims to search for the principles of juvenile literature responding to the contradictions of scientific technologism in collusion with state capitalism, and to consider its limitations and significance. This study focuses on the juvenile science fiction in which children or teenagers fight against system dystopia functioning as a setting of the story. System dystopia consists of 'fake utopia' and 'concentration camps' holding those excluded from this 'fake utopia'. Young people whose right to life are violated under the system dystopia escape from concentration camps and fight against political power. We don't have many novels that have focused on environmental dystopia, but a nomadic subject is found in works set on Earth after environmental pollution or nuclear explosion. In short, juvenile dystopia science fiction deepens the contradictions of the hierarchical society based on scientific technologism, criticizing the repressive, material-oriented and differential educational realities of our society. They hope that children or teenagers will act as a resistance that sees through the deception and hypocrisy of the social system. These works are significant in that they expose the biopolitics strategy of political power in collusion with industrial capitalism and induce us to reflect on it. However, it seems to be the limit of humanism to equate human life with nature and to warn of dangers of technology, machinery, and material civilization as the counterpart. This paper has the significance of taking a general survey of juvenile dystopia science fiction since the 2000s, and revealing the writers' perception of scientific technologism and its limitations.

The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics and theatricality of everyday plays in Thornton Wilder's Our Town, and to re-examine this work that makes us recognize the importance of everyday life in the COVID-19 era. This work seeks to find a certain value in very trivial events with the subject matter of everyday life such as birth, love and marriage, and death. Grovers Corners, the background of this work, symbolizes the town and the universe where everyone lives today, and the action spans from 1901 to 1913, and this action shows universality in everyday life that takes place even today. Wilder won a second Pulitzer Prize for this work and is a leading figure in non-realist theater. Using an empty stage as the basic frame, this work shows theatricalism, a theory that acknowledges that the action on the stage is not true and shows that fact to the audience. In addition, he leads actors to act with mime instead of props, stimulating the audience's imagination and making them think of props that are not on stage as if they really exist. This work is an everyday play that makes people realize the importance of everyday life, and it has the effect of creating an opportunity for the audience to reflect on the play and life while keeping a distance.
This study was conducted to examine the reliability and validity of the internet (IOS-Q), Game (GOS-Q), and Smartphone (SOS-Q) Overuse Screening Questionnaires in a large community sample of adolescents. To achieve this goal, data from 9,336 middle school students (male: 4,796, female: 4,540) was divided into two groups and analyzed by conducting confirmatory factor analysis and exploratory factor analysis, respectively. We conducted another confirmatory factor analysis on a separate sample of data from 4,536 elementary school students (male: 2,260 male, female: 2,276) and 6,551 middle school students (male: 3,013, female: 3,538) from other populations. As a result of factor analysis, IOS-Q was consisted of 17 items, GOS-Q was consisted of 19 items, and SOS-Q was consisted of 18 items. The IOS-Q and GOS-Q factors were psychological dependence, failure to control use despite recognizing problems, dangerous use, and reduced interest in other areas while the SOS-Q factors were dangerous and obsessive use, failure to control use despite recognizing problems, reduced interest in other areas, and withdrawal/tolerance. Each factor reflected the major facets of behavioral addiction or impulse control disorder, and the questionnaires had good internal consistencies of .880-.915. Latent profile and ROC analyses were conducted to determine cutoff points for screening high-risk groups. Lastly, theoretical and practical implications as well as the limitations of this study were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of Aristotle's view of nature that is, the static view of the universe, and find implications for education. Plato sought to interpret the natural world using a rational approach rather than an incomplete observation, in terms of from the perspective of geometry and mathematical regularity, as the best way to understand the world. On the other hand, Aristotle believed that we could understand the world by observing what we see. This world is a static worldview full of the purpose of the individual with a sense of purposive legitimacy. In addition, the natural motion of earthly objects and celestial bodies, which are natural movements towards the world of order, are the original actions. Aristotle thought that, given the opportunity, all natural things would carry out some movement, that is, their natural movement. Above all, the world that Plato and Aristotle built is a static universe. It is possible to fully grasp the world by approaching the objective nature that exists independently of human being with human reason and observation. After all, for Aristotle, like Plato, their belief that the natural world was subject to regular and orderly laws of nature, despite the complexity of what seemed to be an embarrassingly continual change, became the basis of Western thought. Since the universe, the metaphysical perspective of ancient Greece and modern philosophy, relies on the development of a dichotomy of understanding (cutting branches) into what has already been completed or planned, ideal and inevitable, so it is the basis of traditional teaching-learning that does not value learner's opinions.

Objectives: This study aimed to examine the factors for the development of the Gangwon's Health-Plus Community Program into the health community organization. Methods: Participants of the study consisted of a total of 8 individuals, including trainers, residents, and public health center officials. Data were collected through in-depth interviews from August to October 2022. The data were analyzed using the thematic analysis method. Results: According to the results, the factors that enabled the Gangwon's Health-Plus Community Program to develop into a health community organization are as follows. First, participants believed that residents could do well by themselves, Second, participants met with residents rather than existing leaders. Third, education that encouraged residents to speak and positive assessment was implemented. Fourth, projects were started based on what residents wanted to do. Fifth, participants waited for residents to take action. Sixth, participants engaged with residents instead of just observing. Seventh, participants did not demand short-term outcomes. Conclusions: This study will contribute to the progression of community participatory health promotion programs towards a health community organization aimed at community empowerment.
Pansori has both the features of drama and music. In 19th century, prime time of pansori, it had balance of the features between drama and music. But after the late 19th century, pansori has lost the features of drama, and it has been changed into a music centered art performance. This is the phenomenon came from that the upper class accepted and dominated the pansori which had been a performance art of the lower class. The Korean upper class people tend to disdain drama, but to revere music. Nerremsae is dramatic action and ballim is musical gesture in pansori. In 19th century, pansori had plenty of nerremsae, which provided a elaborative symbolic system after the conventional rule of drama. However current pansori actors use only ballim except nerreumsae. Chuimsae like 'ulssigu' is the way to participate in pansori by audience. The actor provides the space for the audience to fill it after inducement by drummer. Through the chuimsae, actor, drummer, and audience share the sympathetic emotional experiences. However the audience in these days do not do chuimsae, but do applause like in western dramas. In western dramas, distinction between tragedy and comedy is relatively clear. The tragedy is constantly tragedy, and the comedy is also constantly comedy. However joy and sorrow are coexisted in Korean pansori. These two contradictory emotions are collided and produce a new strong emotion in a pansori. This is one of very important feature of pansori. Even though each of tragedy and comedy reveals the only one side of life, pansori comprehensively reveals a total human life. However these strong emotions have been much weakened nowadays. Currently pansori has been much declined. For restoration of pansori, it is necessary to revive the drama side in pansori performances.
This paper tried an approach of oral literature as the research subject of Soeburi song in Ulsan. First, UlsanSoeburi song is meaningful as materials collected in Ulsan such as Hansil, Dodoekgol, Dudong and Byeongueong. In addition, it is related to regional identity as song native to Ulsan, which has prototype and archetype. And it shows that Ulsan is the city as well as hometown of Soeburi(meaning ' iron manufacture'). The characteristics of lyrics are different between Hansil Soeburi song and Dodeokgol Soeburi song. Jeiman Choi is considered as a good oral literature poet, because he is a performer who is faithful in official structural principal and in original lyrics(archetype) of Soeburi song. Therefore, SoeburiBulmei song of Jeiman Choi signifies aesthetic meaning, having lyrics which make to feel labor's purity and sacred and melody which overcomes labor's difficulty through united action. On the other hand, SoeburiBulmei song of Dalo Kim in Doseokgol shows that he is a extemporaneous performer even though he performs based on official structural principal. In this paper, transmission and changes of UlsanSoeburi song are divided into basic type, frequent shift type and overall type. 'Basic type' originates from Jeiman Choi's Soeburi song in Hansil. 'Frequent shift type' was created by combining SoeburiBulmei song of Dalo Kim in Doseokgol and SoeburiGeumjul song in Ulsan. 'Overall type' is current Soeburi song, which was created by adding Bulmei song for lulling a baby in Byeongueong near Dalcheon region and Seoknyanggan(smithy) Bulmei song. UlsanSoeburi song is being passed down continuously, strengthening the identity as a representative folk song in Ulsan through endless process of transmission and changes.
This study was conducted for technology development and industrial and enterprise system design for the sustainable life of mankind. Human society is facing a crisis. As the power of mankind has increased due to the development of nuclear weapons and information and communication technologies, the risk of human society has greatly increased. The value of growth and freedom is increasing due to capitalism and democratic systems, so technological innovation is accelerating, and industries and companies are growing significantly. New technologies and industries can greatly develop human society and put it at risk. This study was conducted with the aim of redesigning technology, industry, and enterprise systems so that humans who live on Earth can be more sustainable for a longer time. It presented a practical alternative for a long-term sustainable human society. It suggested alternatives for what philosophy and methodology should be developed for the whole of humanity and in each individual national society, for developing technologies, fostering industries, and operating corporate systems. First of all, the problems of the technology development system, industrial system, and enterprise system of human society were analyzed. The characteristics and problems were analyzed in terms of sustainability of human society. The necessary and sufficient conditions for an alternative system to solve the raised problems were derived. A system that satisfies these conditions was designed and presented. The alternative system was named as a servicism system as a system based on the service philosophy. The structure, operation model, and implementation plan of the new technology industry enterprise system were presented. In the future, follow-up studies are needed to be concreted at the level of individual countries and human society as a whole.
With the advent of the era of the 4th industrial revolution, various factors such as economy, management, and culture are changing in modern society, unlike in the past. Among them, the main characteristic of management is the change from intangible goods to tangible goods, and companies are trying to pursue innovation such as introducing a new management method, converting from manufacturing to service, and expanding technology. However, with regard to human resources, which is becoming the most important for sustainable value creation in a changing era, efforts to enable practical innovation are lacking as they are still in a simple transition. Therefore, in this study, after recognizing the importance of human resources, we verified the relationship between the elements of the human resource in the service economy era according to organizational culture and organizational structure. The relationship between organizational culture and organizational structure by type was verified using the items of human resources, we verified the relationship between the elements of the human resource in the service economy era that were derived and verified in recent research. As a result, there were some significant differences in the image of human resources, we verified the relationship between the elements of the human resource by organizational culture and type of organization, but when the two factors were combined and interpreted, it was found that all of the human resources, we verified the relationship between the elements of the human resource in the service economy era were necessary. However, in order to overcome the limitation that the indicators of this study were limited, it is necessary to continue research through samples that consider various factors in the future and systematic classification by type of organization and industry by industry.
Students' engagement in lessons not only determines the direction and result of the lessons, but also affects academic achievement and continuity of follow-up learning. In order to provide implications related to teaching strategies for encouraging students' engagement in elementary mathematics lessons, this study implemented lessons for middle-low achieving fifth graders using open-ended tasks and analyzed characteristics of students' engagement in the light of the framework descripors developed based on previous research. As a result of the analysis, the students showed behavioral engagement in voluntarily answering teacher's questions or enduring difficulties and performing tasks until the end, emotional engagement in actively expressing their pleasure by clapping, standing up and the feelings with regard to the topics of lessons and the tasks, cognitive engagement in using real-life examples or their prior knowledge to solve the tasks, and social engagement in helping friends, telling their ideas to others and asking for friends' opinions to create collaborative ideas. This result suggested that lessons using open-ended tasks could encourage elementary students' engagement. In addition, this research presented the potential significance of teacher's support and positive feedback to students' responses, teaching methods of group activities and discussions, strategies of presenting tasks such as the board game while implementing the lessons using open-ended tasks.
