  • 본 논문에서는 비상운전 상황하에서 표출되는 운전원들의 직무전략 및 인지적인 특성을 도출하기 위해 운전원 교육 프로그램을 대상으로 운전원들의 직무특성을 분석하였다. 운전원들의 직무특성을 인지과정의 개입 정도에 따라 크게 Macro와 Micro로 구분하여 이들 직무특성을 잘 대변해 줄 수 있는 비상운전 시나리오를 개발하였다. 시뮬레이터를 통해 개발 시나리오에 따른 운전원들의 비상운전절차 수행과정을 비디오로 기록, 운전원들의 행동과 대화내용을 전산 분석하여 직무특성을 도출하였다.

The Relationship among Major Satisfaction, Career Preparation Behavior and Career Sense Maturity of Students of Department in Physical Education (체육계열 대학생의 전공만족과 진로준비행동 및 진로의식성숙도의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among major satisfaction, career preparation behavior and career sense maturity of sports-related university students. To achieve the objective of this study 221 students in sports-related university were investigated with convenience sampling method. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis and structural equation model analysis were executed using SPSS Statistics v21 and SPSS Amos v21. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. First, it was discovered that the major satisfaction had static influence to the career preparation behavior. Second, it showed that the major satisfaction gave static influence to the career sense maturity. Third, it showed that the career preparation behavior affected the career sense maturity.

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the physical activity planning behavior theory model of rehabilitation center users. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted for sports athletes who visited the sports rehabilitation hospital and rehabilitation center in the metropolitan area. A total of 203 questionnaires were used for the actual analysis. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. In this way, we confirmed that intention has a significant direct effect on the behavior in the application of the physical activity planning theoretical model based on the social cognitive theory of rehabilitation center participants.

A study on the information providing behavior of public servants responding to the Information Disclosures (정보공개에 대응한 공무원의 업무정보 제공행동 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the information-providing procedure of public servants responding to the request for the business information through the Information Disclosure mechanism in Korea. Using date collected by in-depth interviews we studied their information providing behaviors and factors that affect the procedure. Based on Grounded Theory approach, we first generated 55 concepts, 18 categories and 6 super-categories about the participants' feeling, experiences and perception related to their information providing. Then we developed a factor model among those generated concepts. And, we discussed various information providing modality of 3 difference type of information according to the formal record keeping level. The main contributions of this study are the results provide practical implications for the enhancing the Information Disclosure institution in Korea.

The Effect of Beauty Service Worker's Behavioral Routines on Service Performance and Work Performance: Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy (뷰티 서비스 종사자의 행동루틴이 서비스수행 및 업무성과에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between the behavioral routines of beauty service workers on service performance and work performance. The subjects of the study were 311 beauty consumers in Seoul and Gyeonggi, and data were collected and analyzed using a structured questionnaire. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), correlation analysis, structural equation model analysis(SEM), and mediating effect analysis using bootstrapping techniques were conducted. The conclusions drawn through a series of research procedures are as follows. First, the behavioral routines of beauty service workers were found to have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on self-efficacy, service performance, and work performance. Second, the self-efficacy of beauty service workers was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on service performance and work performance. Third, the partial mediating effect of self-efficacy was shown in the relationship between beauty service workers' behavioral routines, service performance, and work performance.

  • As the service industry has been getting increased attention as the core for the national economic growth, in order to promote growth and development of the industry, in-depth research on the workers in the industry has been timely called for. Therefore current study aims to explore the effect of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior(ie OCB) for increased productivity of workers in the service industry, and the role of multi-dimensional justice in the relationship between them. The findings suggest that transformational and transactional leadership both have positive effect on OCB, implying that application of leadership style that is appropriate to the context may be more important, Also, mediation test of multi-dimensional justice resulted partial mediation effect except for the procedural justice in the relationship between transformational leadership and OCB.

  • Nursing service quality can vary depending on the work attitude and behavior of nurses. Nursing attitude and behavior that can be described as voluntary and proactive organizational citizenship behavior(OCB). OCB affects the work performance of nurses in clinical practice is very important and organizational justice is an important influencing factors of OCB. The purpose of this study was to determine the influential factors of organizational justice on OCB of nurses. The descriptive-correlational method was applied. The study was carried out less than a 500-bed hospital. Participants of the study included 230 nurses working in secondary hospitals. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression with the 18.0 SPSS/Window program. Considering the components of organizational justice, there was a significant positive correlation(r=.172~.540, p=.000) between OCB and distributive, procedural and interactional justice. Also, Total organizational justice explained 29.1% of total OCB with influencing factor (${\beta}$=.540) and was statistically significant(F=93.777, p=.000). The influencing factors to OCB were distributive justice(${\beta}$=.283) and interactional justice(${\beta}$=.249) except procedural justice. The findings suggest that strategies of nursing management are needed to focus on distributive justice for compensation and interactional justice for social relationship in order to induce nurses' organizational citizenship behavior.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to development of standard manual for safety management in private museums. Method: For this purpose. Fifty private museums in the KOREA have been selected. and Interviewed experts to investigate problems in safety management work. Result: The results of study are as followed: 1)The improvement measures for the problems of safety management are derived. 2)It was survey that the staff responsible in safety managers for safety management needs education. Conclusion: Therefore, the standard procedure for scenario-based safety management using figures and charts was proposed.

Estimating the Behavior Path of Seafarer Involved in Marine Accidents by Hidden Markov Model (은닉 마르코프 모델을 이용한 해양사고에 개입된 선원의 행동경로 추정)

  • The conduct of seafarer is major cause of marine accidents. This study models the behavior of the seafarer based on the Hidden Markov Model (HMM). Additionally, through the path analysis of the behavior estimated by the model, the kind of situations, procedures and errors that may have caused the marine accidents were interpreted. To successfully implement the model, the seafarer behaviors were observed by means of the summarized verdict reports issued by the Korean Maritime Safety Tribunal, and the observed results converted into behavior data suitable for HMM learning through the behavior classification framework based on the SRKBB (Skill-, Rule-, and Knowledge-Based Behavior). As a result of modeling the seafarer behaviors by the type of vessels, it was established that there was a difference between the models, and the possibility of identifying the preferred path of the seafarer behaviors. Through these results, it is expected that the model implementation technique proposed in this study can be applied to the prediction of the behavior of the seafarer as well as contribute to the prioritization of the behavior correction among seafarers, which is necessary for the prevention of marine accidents.
