The Effects of Online Coaching Program on Improving Eating Habit Behaviors (식습관 개선을 위한 온라인 코칭프로그램의 개발 및 효과성 검증)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the online coaching program on improving eating habit behaviors. The online coaching program was based on the model of habit behaviors change process(Tak et al., 2019) and the success factors on improving eating habit behaviors(Choi et al., 2020), and previous research showing the effects of habit change. Participants were 20 adults, selected through telephone interviews over the age of 19 in the metropolitan area. They were divided into the experiment and control groups, and participated one-on-one coaching program. Data of 17 people were used for the final analysis, and weight, dietary habits, eating behaviors, dietary self-efficacy, self-regulation, and life satisfaction were measured at two times(pre and post). Results showed that there were significant interaction effects between time interval and groups for all the dependent variables except self-regulation and life satisfaction. In other words, there were significant changes in weight, dietary habits, eating behaviors, dietary self-efficacy in the experimental group between time interval, whereas there were no significant changes for the control group. Based on these results, the significance and practical implications, limitations of this research, and suggestions for further research were discussed.

  • In this study, we tried to demonstrate the influence of leader's coaching and LMX on the member's innovation vibrator and to provide implications. This study reviewed the reader's coaching, LMX, the theories of the member's innovation behabior, resiliency, and the studies and discussions that have been carried out in the past, and finally produced five hypotheses. To verify this research theory, this study collected data from 320 automotive company researchers using VR interaction technology. The collected data were used for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation analysis. An Empirical Analysis are confirming a result of this study can be summarized as follows. First, leader's coaching have a positive effect on resilience. Second, is have a positive effect on resilience lmx. Third, the researchers is high resilience innovative behavior to promote positive influence. Fourth, resilience leader's coaching the innovative behavior the impact on. Fifth, are lmx resilience innovative behavior the impact on. Through the conclusion and discussion section, the theoretical practical significance of this study and the limitations of the research and the direction of future research are presented.

A Qualitative Study on the Experience of Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching (정서중심심리코칭 경험에 관한 질적연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the nature of the experience of Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching, and what kind of changes happened for the participants through the experience. For this, in-depth interviews were conducted with four participants who had experienced five sessions of Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching. The interviews were analyzed using the phenomenological analysis method of Colaizzi. Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching is a new coaching psychology model that combines Greenberg's Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and the ICF Core Competencies. The findings show that prior to the experience of Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching, the participants had avoided or suppressed their emotions, which in turn prevented them from exploring effective interpersonal relationships or alternatives in their actions. On the other hand, after they experienced Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching, their perception of emotions, emotion regulation, emotional expression, empathy for the other, etc. were developed in adaptive ways and the participants could present effective alternatives.

A Study on Factors Infulencing Teachers' ADHD Coaching (교사의 ADHD코칭에 대한 영향요인 분석 연구)

  • The ADHD, a common condition of childhood onset, is of critical educational and social concern at every level of school. Investigating the determinants of teachers' ADHD coaching and their relative importance is important for improving teaching and counseling practice in inclusive education setting. Based on three hundred and fifty three survey responses from elementary, junior and high school teachers, this research examines the impact of knowledge level, facilitating condition, cooperation with parents, attitude of teachers toward teachers' ADHD coaching. Statistical analysis shows that the knowledge level and facilitating condition influence the level of teachers' attitude, and that attitude has some impact on the cooperation level with parents, at 5% significance level. The cooperation with parent, one of two precedence factors of ADHD coaching, was identified to be significant, but attitude was shown to be nonsignificant predictor of ADHD coaching. A brief discussion concerning the critical needs of teachers is also presented.

The Effect of Grit Enhancement Group Coaching Program on the Improvement of Career Preparation Behavior and Career Attitude Maturity of Female University Students (그릿향상 그룹코칭 프로그램이 여대생의 진로준비행동 및 진로태도성숙 향상에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of the coaching program on enhancing Grit. In addition, we wanted to examine the positive effects of Grit improvement on career preparation behavior and career attitude. Participants in this program were recruited from college students in a women university located in Seoul. They were assigned to both experimental and control group, 10 for each group. The program was conducted once a week for 90 minutes per session and a total of eight sessions were implemented. Pre-test, post-test, and follow-up test were conducted before, after, and 2 weeks after the coaching program. The results showed grit increased significantly for the experimental group, but not for the control group. Both the level of career preparation behavior and career attitude were also significantly improved only for the experimental group. In addition, the effect of the program was maintained for two weeks. Finally, the limitations of this study and suggestions for subsequent studies are described.

The Moderating Effects of Managerial Coaching between Job Characteristics and Job Performance (직무특성과 직무성과 간의 관계에 미치는 코칭 리더십의 조절효과)

  • While managerial coaching has increased popularly as an effective leadership initiative in organization, the relationship between managerial coaching and its effects on performance has not been scholarly well defined. This study examined the role of managerial coaching as a moderator between job characteristics and job performance. Based on the sample of 453 employees in a financial firm, HLM was conducted to test the research model at multiple levels of organizational hierarchies. First, we found that managerial coaching has a direct impact on employee performance. Second, the strength of the relationship between job meaningfulness and job performance is positively related to the level of managerial coaching. Third, managerial coaching positively moderates the association between autonomy and job performance. However, any cross-level moderating effects of managerial coaching on the relationship between feedback and job performance is not observed. These results show that managerial coaching by managers could promote employees' performance through maximizing the impact of job characteristics on employees' motivation.

  • 본 논문은 사기업들의 개방 데이터를 바탕으로 사용자의 과거 행동과 주변 상황정보를 토대로 사용자의 음식 기호를 맞추는 앱 어플리케이션 '눈치코칭_음식'의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 서술한다. '눈치코칭_음식'은 사용자가 쉽게 음식점을 추천 받을 수 있도록 만들어진 앱 어플리케이션으로 기존의 필터링 방식으로 사용자가 검색하는 방식의 유사한 어플리케이션들과 달리 사용자의 주변 상황과 사용자의 행동패턴 분석을 통해 문제해결에 대한 도움을 줌으로써 시간 절약을 할 수 있다. 사용자의 별도의 입력을 받지 않고 앱에서의 간단한 클릭과 나의 음식 저장과 같은 기능을 활용할 때의 주변 위치나 날씨와 같은 상황정보를 함께 저장한 후 다음 앱 사용 시기의 상황정보와 비교하여 기존 데이터를 바탕으로 사용자에게 다시금 피드백 되는 앱이다. 사용자의 행동패턴에 따라 알림 기능을 활용하기 위해서 사용자 식사 시간 설정 기능을 통해 매일 식사하는 시간에 알림 설정을 할 수 있도록 만들었다. 또한 사용자의 편의성을 위해서 음식선택 시간의 평균을 내서 해당 설정 식사시간을 추적할 수 있도록 구성하였다.

The Effect of Emotional Coaching Parent Education Program on Parenting Efficacy, Parenting Attitude, and Emotional Expressiveness (감정코칭 부모교육 프로그램이 양육효능감 및 양육행동, 정서표현성에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to present information about effective parent education method by examining effects of parenting education program on emotional coaching, parenting efficacy, parenting attitude and emotional expression. For this purpose, 43 parents who have a toddler who is financed in H daycare center and Y daycare center in G city of Jeonbuk were selected as research subjects. Among them, twenty - two mothers of infants who are financially supported by H day care center were selected as experiment group and they conducted a total of 8 cycles of emotional coaching parent education program for 120 minutes per week and once a week. For the analysis of collected data, ANCOVA was performed using SPSS 18.0 program. The results were as follows. The parenting program of emotional coaching positively affects mother 's parenting efficacy, parenting attitude and emotional expressiveness. The results of this study can be used as basic data of parent education method which helps the desirable interaction with infant through more specific steps through emotional coaching to parents with toddlers.
