본 논문은 스마트 사회에 요구되는 핵심역량으로서 디지털리터러시를 제안하고 선행연구에서 다루었던 학습지향성을 자원기반관점의 핵심역량으로 채택하여 기업성과와의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업창업지원법상의 기술기반 창업기업 200개 업체를 표본으로 하여 연구를 진행하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습지향성이 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 둘째, 디지털리터러시가 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 셋째, 디지털리터러시가 높을수록 기업성과에 대한 학습지향성의 영향력이 커질 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 본 논문의 이론적 실무적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트 사회의 등장으로 창업 및 기업성과에 대한 디지털리터러시의 영향이 중요해지고 있음에도 불구하고 디지털리터러시와 기업성과 간의 관계에 대한 실증 연구가 많이 부족하였다. 본 연구는 스마트 사회의 창업성공요인으로 디지털리터러시를 제안하여 학습지향성과 기업성과 간의 관계에 대한 디지털리터러시의 조절효과 및 디지털리터러시와 기업성과 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 디지털리터러시 관련 연구의 확산에 기여하고 있다. 둘째, 자원기반관점과 핵심역량이론에 따라 창업기업의 핵심역량으로서 학습지향성과 디지털리터러시를 채택하고 기업성과와의 관련성을 도출함으로써 두 가지 변수 모두 혁신형 창업을 활성화할 수 있는 스마트 사회의 핵심역량임을 확인하였다. 셋째, 연구방법론 측면에서 본 연구는 기업성과의 하위변수로 재무성과와 비재무성과 이외에 지적재산권의 출원이나 등록 등을 통해 측정되는 연구개발성과를 추가함으로써 기술기반 창업기업의 성장성 및 미래관점을 반영하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of new venture performance in the view of integrated research framework and to investigate key determinants of superior and inferior ventures. We propose the integrated new ventures performance model which is composed of entrepreneur, organization/resources, industrial environment, strategy/foundation process and availability of supporting systems as corresponding variables to new ventures performance. The superior venture performance is affected mainly by entrepreneur's managerial ability and industry expertise, but the inferior by resources and management strategy. Though this study has limitation of small sample, limited questionnaire and performance measure, it has contribution of identifying key determinants of new venture performance with the integrated frame of study.

경영혁신 작업에 대한 연구는 대부분 기술적인 측면과 전략적인 측면이 강조되어 왔고 혁신적인 업무처리 과정에 효율적으로 적응하기 위한 기업의 환경에 대해서는 종종 무 시되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 경영혁신 작업에 영향을 주고 있는 조직·관리적인 요인을 바탕 으로 기존 연구된 한국 및 미국의 핵심 성공요인을 비교 기술한다. 또한, 한국 및 미국기업 경영혁신 작업의 성과를 비교한다. 분석에 사용한 성과 요인들은 업무처리 시간의 단축, 업 무처리 비용의 감소, 직원들이 기술력이나 업무처리 능력의 향상, 양질의 생산처리, 직원들 삶의 질 향상, 고객 만족도 향상 및 요구변화에 대한 적응력 등이다. T-test를 이용하여 분 석한 결과, 모든 작업성과에 대해 미국기업이 한국 기업보다 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 한국 기업의 경영혁신 과정은 불필요한 업무들을 과감히 폐기한 후 창의적인 업무처리 과정 의 재설계가 필요하다고 판단된다.

기존의 인터넷 비즈니스를 분류하는 분류법이 인터넷 비즈니스의 특성을 규명하고 새로운 인터넷 비즈니스를 고안하는 데는 적합한 방법이지만 기업들에게 의미 있는 경영전략을 제시하는 데에는 어려움이 있다. 이에 새로운 분류기준으로 인터넷 기업들을 분류하고 경영 전략적인 측면에서 시사하는 바를 알아본 후, 성과모형을 개발하여 인터넷 기업들에게 바람직한 비즈니스 유형을 규명하였다. 또한 인터넷 비즈니스의 핵심 성공요인을 도출하여 향후 기업들이 본 연구 결과를 통해서 기업 성과 증진에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

효과적인 성과지표는 기업 경영의 핵심역량 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 R&D 부서의 성과지표를 수립하는 정량적이고 체계적인 절차를 실제 기업 사례를 통해 제시하고, 각 단계별 성과지표 수립 프로세스와 필요한 방법론을 정의한다. 제안된 방법론은 핵심성공요인 도출, 후보 성과지표 도출, 성과지표 수립, 실행 및 모니터링의 단계를 거쳐 핵심 성과 지표 (Key Performance Indicator)를 수립한다. 성과 지표 수립 단계에서는 성과지표별 가중치 수립을 위해 AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Planning)기법을 사용하였으며, 부서별 효율성을 단일한 지표로 분석하기 위해 실행 단계에서 DEA(Data Envelop Analysis)기법을 사용하였다. 개발된 방법론은 반도체 기업의 R&D 부문 성과 지표 수립 및 평가에 적용되었다.

The purpose of this study is to focus on developing the performance indicators for the distribution of scholarly information based on BSC and to analyze the importance of the performance indicators against the specialists. From the case studies on performance indicators both at home and abroad four viewpoints(information resource, information service, user, and economy) were derived. In addition. the core success factors(CSF) and key performance indicators(KPI) were extracted from the viewpoints. Four viewpoints are composed of 12 CSF items and 31 KPI items. In order to analyze the weight of the performance indicators. questions were thrown to the specialists in universities and research institutes. For the method of analysis, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was adopted. As a result, the analysis showed that the user viewpoint, information service viewpoint, information resource viewpoint and economic viewpoint are in the order of their importance.

The objective of this paper is to find out the factors for the performance of the Hospital Customer Relationship Management (HCRM) system. Furthermore, the relationships between these factors have been analyzed. In order to analyze the performance of the HCRM system, factor analysis with several Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) was conducted. And also multiple regression analysis and Chi-square test were executed. In this study, several hypotheses were derived to analyze the relationships between factors of performance of HCRM system. These hypotheses were tested by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). As the result of this study, we discovered the HCRM-Infrastructure has positive effects on the HCRM-Performance. And the HCRM-Performance has also positive influences on the hospital management performance. On the basis of the research result, we proposed some suggestions and guidelines for the successful implementation and improvement of HCRM system.

This study tried to identify the key success factors of ABC by identifying the influence of ABC's success factors on project performance and analyzing the moderating effect of communication. For this purpose, factors applicable to construction projects were extracted through case studies related to the success factors of ABC, an activity-based financial management technique. The survey method was conducted as an online survey method using the Delphi method. For statistical analysis, frequency analysis and factor analysis were performed with SPSS Statistic 20, and hypothesis testing was performed with SmartPLS 2.0. As a result of the analysis, it was found that linkage with quality initiatives affects not only ABC's success factors on project performance, but also communication moderation effects. It was confirmed that linkage and communication with quality initiatives are the most important key success factors for ABC's success. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that if ABC and quality management are well linked, it will be effective in improving project performance.

Currently the number of project ordered as Construction Management is increasing. In advanced country, critical success factor of construction industry and case study is used for increasing productivity of construction project. This study presents the check list of critical success factor and analyzescase study of Construction management project in order to apply Construction Management Project in domestic industry.
