Stage-wise Combination of Key Factors Affecting Healthcare User Innovation by Using Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (퍼지집합 질적 비교분석을 통한 의료분야 사용자 혁신 단계별 핵심요인 조합 연구)

  • We examine how combinations of key factors affecting healthcare user innovation vary by innovation stages from idea generation through R&D to commercialization and venturing using a fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) of thirty Korean cases in the healthcare field. Our empirical analysis shows that well-functioning innovation network and easy resource acquisition facilitate ideation of radical user innovation. However, technological capability and governmental support are crucial to make a shift to R&D as well as commercialization stages. Differently, incremental user innovation depends heavily on technological capability of users. Our analysis can provide policy makers as well as corporate innovation mangers with a strategic framework for boosting user innovation along three stages.

  • Since the necessity for the accurate measurement in the field of acoustics, vibration, and ultrasound was internationally increased, CCAUV (Consultative Committee for Acoustics , Ultrasound and Vibration) was created by the CIPM (International Committee for Weights and Measures) in 1998. One of the first activities of CCAUV is the key comparison on 1' standard microphones. The key comparison was done from April. 1999 to April. 2001 and 12 NMIs(National Metrology Institutes) including KRISS (Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science) were participated. The pilot laboratory was the National Physical Laboratory(NPL). The traveling standards were two LSIP(Laboratory Standard 1' Pressure Type) microphones specified in IEC 61094-1 and the calibration frequency ranges covers from 63Hz to 8kHz. In this paper, the analyzed results in the final report were summarized.

  • 길이가 긴 질의에는 검색에 불필요한 단어가 포함되어 있어서 사용자가 원하지 않는 문서가 검색결과에 포함된다. 질의에서 불필요한 단어를 제거하고 핵심 단어만 선택한다면 검색에 효율을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 질의 조합을 기반한 클러스터를 이용해 핵심 단어를 찾고 핵심 단어와의 근접도를 이용해 상위 문서의 정확율을 향상시키는 기법을 제안한다. 실험은 뉴스 집합인 TREC AP 문서를 검색한 결과를 제안한 알고리즘으로 재순위화하여 초기 검색 결과의 상위 문서의 정확율을 비교함으로써 제안된 알고리즘의 유효성을 검증한다.

A Study on Automatic Extraction of Core Sentences from Document using Word Cooccurrence Graph (단어의 공기 관계 그래프를 이용한 문서의 핵심 문장 추출에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper,we propose an method of core sciences extractionusing word cooccrrence graph in order to summarize a document. For automatic extraction of core sentenees, we construct a mean cluster from word cooccurrence graph, and find insistence which corresponds a porposed of author. And then we extract keywords by using relationship between mean cluster and isistence. Finally, core senrences are sclected based on keywords and insitances. The esults are evaluated by comparing with manual extraction, and show that the extraction performance is improved about 10%.

Analysis of Class Effects by Creativity and Convergence Extracurricular Program Activities (창의융합 비교과프로그램 활동에 따른 수업효과 분석)

  • The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of learning by running an extracurricular program to make effective learning of unfamiliar and difficult programming education possible for students in the humanities. Analysis of learning-related data for one semester of lectures that were collected from 70 humanities students in departments A and B, data collected from a creative convergence app development contest extracurricular program, and data obtained through a questionnaire show that extracurricular program activities affect academic performance. The results of the core competency diagnosis test for students that was conducted before and after participating in the curriculum showed that core competencies improved for both A and B departments after participating in the curriculum. This study shows that extracurricular program activities can help individuals improve their abilities, while also providing customized guidance to reclusive students to improve their academic performance. By carrying out customized coaching for each department to develop apps related to the major field rather than general apps, we hope for improvements in ability to solve problems by converging with the major field, computational thinking, and creative thinking, in the future.

A Case Study on Core Value Education in Large Corporations in Korea (국내 대기업의 핵심가치 교육 사례연구)

  • These days, corporations which are eager to improve employees' performance and focus on consistent management highlight core values and core value education. The purpose of this research is to present a case study on the core value education administered by large corporations, to analyze and compare them, and finally present implications for the core value education. For this purpose, 5 large corporations in Korea have been selected. The data was collected from secondary sources and through interviews with the present and former educators in charge of core value education of those corporations. This study found that 5 large corporations commonly considered their core value as a main source of competitiveness and focused on the systematic core value education. But at the same time, each of them chose its own way to educate employees. Their strategies, management methods, and connection to the personnel policy differed in details. 5 large corporations were shown that they reached the level of understanding and empathy, but only 2 large corporations were interviewed as to reach the level of practice. To make core value internalized in the employees' thoughts and acts, it is required to strengthen alliance between core values and work which encourages worker's real practice in their daily lives, to have a diverse curriculum according to the work categories and regions, and to emphasize the connection with other policies especially evaluation policy.

Adjusting Weights of Single-word and Multi-word Terms for Keyphrase Extraction from Article Text

  • Given a document, keyphrase extraction is to automatically extract words or phrases which topically represent the content of the document. In unsupervised keyphrase extraction approaches, candidate words or phrases are first extracted from the input document, and scores are calculated for keyphrase candidates, and final keyphrases are selected based on the scores. Regarding the computation of the scores of candidates in unsupervised keyphrase extraction, this study proposes a method of adjusting the scores of keyphrase candidates according to the types of keyphrase candidates: word-type or phrase-type. For this, type-token ratios of word-type and phrase-type candidates as well as information content of high-frequency word-type and phrase-type candidates are collected from the input document, and those values are employed in adjusting the scores of keyphrase candidates. In experiments using four keyphrase extraction evaluation datasets which were constructed for full-text articles in English, the proposed method performed better than a baseline method and comparison methods in three datasets.

A Comparison of 「Integrated Science」 and 「Converged Science」 of the 2015 Revised National Curriculum through Core Concepts (핵심 개념으로 비교한 2015 개정 교육과정의 「통합과학」과 「융합과학」)

  • This research compares the subjects of "Integrated Science" and "Converged Science" in the 2015 Revised National Curriculum, through core concepts. The content priorities and levels of integration of each core concept were evaluated through an analytical framework, and visualized using two-dimensional visualization matrix of the content priorities and the levels of integration. The results show that "Integrated Science" had fewer core concepts, higher in priorities and slightly lower levels of integration than "Converged Science". This can be an evidence that "Integrated Science" is excellent in rigor and not so much inferior in relevance. And also, through visualization of analysis results, the characteristics of integrated subjects could easily be understood and compared.

  • 본 논문에서 핵심어 검출(Keyword spotting ) 시스템에서의 채널 왜곡에 대한 보상방법등의 성능을 비교하였다. 훈련을 음성과 인식실험용 음성은 서로 다른 환경에서 수집되었으며, 특별히 인식실험용 음성으로는 전화망을 통한 음성 데이터를 이용하였다. 전화망을 통한 음성인식에서는 채널왜곡과 부가잡음에 의해서 음성신호에 왜곡이 생기므로 이들에 대한 적적한 보상이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 채널 왜곡보상을 위한 처리방법으로 널리 사용되고 있는 global cepstral mean substraction (GCMS), local cepstral mean subtraction(LCMS) 그리고 RASTA processing을 적용하였다. 그리고 인식성능의 개선을 위해 이들 방법을 likelihood ration scorning 에 의한 후처리 과정을 적용하였다. 인식실험결과 이들 방법 모두 채널왜곡 보상을 하지 않았을 경우와 비교하여 더 좋은 인식성능을 얻을 수 있었으며, 그 중 후처리를 적용한 LCMS 방법이 가장 우수한 성능을 나타내었다.

한국과 미국기업 경영혁신 작업의 핵심성공요인과 성공인식에 관한 비교 연구

  • 경영혁신 작업에 대한 연구는 대부분 기술적인 측면과 전략적인 측면이 강조되어 왔고 혁신적인 업무처리 과정에 효율적으로 적응하기 위한 기업의 환경에 대해서는 종종 무 시되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 경영혁신 작업에 영향을 주고 있는 조직·관리적인 요인을 바탕 으로 기존 연구된 한국 및 미국의 핵심 성공요인을 비교 기술한다. 또한, 한국 및 미국기업 경영혁신 작업의 성과를 비교한다. 분석에 사용한 성과 요인들은 업무처리 시간의 단축, 업 무처리 비용의 감소, 직원들이 기술력이나 업무처리 능력의 향상, 양질의 생산처리, 직원들 삶의 질 향상, 고객 만족도 향상 및 요구변화에 대한 적응력 등이다. T-test를 이용하여 분 석한 결과, 모든 작업성과에 대해 미국기업이 한국 기업보다 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 한국 기업의 경영혁신 과정은 불필요한 업무들을 과감히 폐기한 후 창의적인 업무처리 과정 의 재설계가 필요하다고 판단된다.
