  • 본 논문에서는 그동안 영어 자동 평가에서 다루지 않은 문제와 답안의 적합성에 대한 평가를 시도한다. 답안이 주어진 문제에 적합한지를 평가하기 위해 문제에서 내용어를 중심으로 핵심어를 추출하며, 이렇게 추출한 핵심어와 각 답안의 적합성을 코사인 상관계수를 이용하여 구해본다. 한 문제에서 추출 가능한 핵심어가 매우 한정되어 있으므로 추가적으로 워드넷의 관련어나 예시 답안을 활용하여 확장한 핵심어 목록으로 실험을 하였으며, 실험 결과를 통해 핵심어를 이용한 답안과 문제의 적합성 평가가 가능함을 보였다.

The Mediating Effect of Problem-Solving Skills on Relationship between Confidence in Performing Core Nursing Skills and Clinical Performance of Nursing College Students (간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행자신감과 임상수행능력의 관계에서 문제해결능력의 매개효과)

  • This study is a descriptive research study to confirm the mediating effect of Problem-Solving Skills in the relationship between Confidence in Performing Core Nursing Skills and Clinical Performance of nursing college students. Participants included 211 nursing college students from S university in D city. Data was collected from August 14 to August 18, 2023 using a self-report questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, sem function and sobel function using the R.4.2.2 program. In this study, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between the Confidence in Performing Core Nursing Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, and Clinical Performance, and it was confirmed that Problem-Solving Skills partially mediated the relationship between onfidence in Performing Core Nursing Skills and Clinical Performance. Therefore, it is suggested that Performing Core Nursing Skills and Problem-Solving Skills should be improved in order to improve the Clinical Performance of nursing college students.

  • 지금 우리나라는 전자전기, 전산 및 기계분야의 고급 기술인력이 산업계의 수요에 비추어 부족하다는 보도가 많이 나오고 있다. 그러나 본고에서 고찰한 결과는 실제로 우리나라 공과대학의 졸업생 배출수는 인구비례로 볼 때 선진국보다도 앞서고 있어서 양적으로는 큰 문제가 없으나 그동안 공과대학에 투자한 액수가 워낙 적어서 공학교육의 핵심인 실험실습을 제대로 받고 튼튼한 기초실력을 갖춘 졸업생들이 적다는 것이 문제의 핵심이다.

The Effects of Core Fundamental Nursing Program on Core Fundamental Nursing Skills Competency, Clinical Competency and Problem Solving Process (핵심기본간호술 교육프로그램이 핵심기본간호술 수행능력, 임상수행능력 및 문제해결과정에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was pre-experimental research designed to compare the differences between pre-and post the effect of core fundamental education program of senior nursing student′s core fundamental nursing skills, clinical competency and problem solving process for one semester. Core fundamental education program which consists of three steps, 12 session. The subjects of this study were 192 graduates of one nursing college and surveyed from March 20 to June 23, 2017. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the paired t-test, t-test, ANOVA by SAS for Windows(ver. 9.8) and AMOS(ver. 20.0) As a result, pre-post recognition level of core fundamental education program was nursing skills competency pre $(3.42{\pm}.42)$ and post $3.88({\pm}.61)$, clinical competency was pre $3.74({\pm}.47)$ and post $3.98({\pm}.67)$. The core fundamental nursing skills(p=.017), clinical competency(p=.041) increased significantly after education program. Core fundamental nursing skills, clinical competency and problem solving process was significantly different according to male group(p=.003/p=.013/p=.005), high satisfaction group in nursing major(p=<.000/p=.009/p=<.000), confidence improvement group(p=.044/p=.047/p=.004) at the core skill contest. In conclusion, this study showed that the core fundamental nursing education program of senior nursing students had a positive effect on core fundamental nursing skills and clinical competency.

  • The alternative perspective on statistical literacy which considers statistical literacy as an all-encompassing goal of statistics education has been emphasized these days. From this perspective and the diversity of statistical literacy, the key issues related to each step of statistical problem solving can be regarded as components of statistical literacy. This study aims at investigating the key issues and pre-service elementary school teachers' knowledge of them. Based on previous literatures, a framework that indicated the issues related to each step of statistical problem solving was developed. In addition, based on 26 pre-service elementary school teachers' critical analysis of statistics posters, their understanding of each issue was investigated.

  • Critical thinking includes creative thinking, open-mindedness, inquisitiveness. Critical Thinking Disposition was significantly higher in experimental group that was enhanced by the scenario-based learning contents than that of the control group(t=4.102, p<.001). Problem Solving process was significantly higher in experimental group that was enhanced by the scenario-based learning contents than that of the control group(t=5.082, p<.001). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in Clinical Competence(t=2.646, p=.009). But experimental group was significantly higher score than that of the control group score decreased. These results support that the implementation of a scenario-based learning contents need to be continued as an effective educational material but we need more research to establish how this can be effectively implemented in a students' practicum.

The Effect of Perception of Importance, Problem Solving Process and Self Confidence in the Performance of Core Nursing Skills of Nursing Students (일 대학 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술에 대한 중요성 인식, 문제해결과정이 수행자신감에 미치는 영향)

  • This exploratory study evaluated various factors influencing the level of nursing self-confidence in the performance of core nursing skills among nursing students. This study surveyed 131 senior nursing students in U city with a structured self-report questionnaire analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software. The average perception scores for importance, problem-solving process, and self-confidence in the performance of core nursing skills were 4.73, 3.57, and 3.90, respectively. The most significant factors affecting self-confidence in the performance of core nursing skills included problem-solving process (β=.33, p=.001) and nursing satisfaction (β=.27, p=.019). These variables explained 15% of the total variance in self-confidence in the performance of core nursing skills. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to perform research in order to improve the self-confidence of performing core basic nursing skills among nursing students, and the department of nursing defines students' problems by suggesting changes in the practice environment and various nursing situations to improve interpersonal skills. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a curriculum that can be solved and a program to increase nursing satisfaction.

  • This study analyzed achievement standards in the 2015 revised Science Education Standards as well as activities and assessment items in grade 7 science textbooks using science core competencies and subcomponents. Scientific participation and lifelong learning capacity was not involved in the achievement standards. Logical thinking of scientific thinking capacity, planning and carrying out investigation, analyzing and interpreting data, developing and using models, and constructing explanation of scientific inquiry capacity, collecting and selecting information of scientific problem solving capacity, and using various communication methods of scientific communication capacity were involved in the achievement standards. All five scientific core competencies including all subcomponents except rational decision making of scientific problem solving capacity and understanding and coordinating diverse thoughts of scientific communication capacity were involved in activities of science textbooks. All five scientific core competencies were involved in assessment items of science textbooks. Logical thinking and creative thinking of scientific thinking capacity, planning and carrying out investigation and constructing explanation of scientific inquiry capacity, identifying problems, collecting and selecting information, suggesting solutions, and performing of scientific problem solving capacity, using various communication methods, arguing based on evidence of scientific communication capacity, and being interested in science technology and society issues of scientific participation and lifelong learning capacity.

  • Based on network agenda-setting theory, this study attempted to analyze media reports about suicide from 2000 to 2020 in order to find solutions for suicide problem in the Korean society. Results showed that top 10 key words in media were suicide, death leap, death, attempt, supposition, discovery, men, pessimism. Those key words were appeared similarly and contunually in the media. In addition, both newspapers and broadcastings had similar reports trend, so it is plausible to consider inter-media agenda setting relations between newspapers and broadcasings.
