The purpose of this study is to analyse the meaning and lexical morpheme of author keywords of humanities, social sciences, and art and sport in the Korea Ciation Index (KCI) and to propose a conceptual taxonomy of the author keywords. Four top-level concept categories such as 'Substance, Abstraction, General/Common, and Object' are replaced by seven more concrete categories such as 'object, action/function, property, theory/method, format/framework, general/common, and Instance'. In the middle and lower-level concept categories, the hierarchical structure is simplified and the unbalance of term distribution is reduced by creating, subdivision, integration, elimination, and movement of the categories. The result of the test based on the STNet shows that the replaced taxonomy of concept categories has the effects of making the term allocation more balanced and properties of terms more detailed.

ebXML은 e비즈니스를 위한 글로벌 표준으로서 그 동안 기업간 협력의 가장 큰 장애물로 여겨졌던 정보 시스템의 이질성을 극복할 수 있는 대안을 제시하는 기술이다. ebXML에서는 전체적인 프레임워크를 구성하는 주요 요소로서 거래 절차를 기술하는 비즈니스 프로세스, 거래에 이용되는 공통의 용어와 그 의미를 정의하고 있는 핵심 컴포넌트, 거래에 필요한 정보를 저장하고 검색하는 레지스트리, 거래 문서의 전송을 위한 메시징 서비스 등을 정외하고 있다. 이러한 구조를 기반으로 ebXML에서의 거래 절차는 비즈니스 프로세스에서 요구하고 있는 다양한 비즈니스 문서의 교환에 의해서 수행되며. 이때 필요만 비즈니스 문서의 모델은 핵심 컴포넌트를 기반으로 저작된다. 본 논문에서는 우선 ebXML 핵심 컴포넌트 기술 전반에 대하여 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 비즈니스 프로세스의 수행에 필요한 비즈니스 문서를 생성하는 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해 설명한다.

본 논문에서는 뉴스기사 데이터를 활용하여 대규모 뉴스기사를 소주제로 분류하는 군집 분석 방법을 제안한다. 또한, 분류된 뉴스기사를 사용자가 빠르게 이해하고 접할 수 있도록 핵심 문장을 추출하여 제공하는 방법을 제안한다. 분석 데이터는 포털 사이트 점유율 1위인 네이버의 경제 분야 뉴스기사를 크롤링하여 수집한다. 뉴스기사의 분석을 위해 전 처리를 통해 특수문자, 조사, 어미, 구두점 등의 불 용어 처리를 수행한다. 또한, k-means 알고리즘을 이용하여 대용량의 뉴스기사를 주제 별로 분류하는 것을 진행하며 그것을 토대로 핵심 문장을 추출한다. 추출된 핵심 문장은 분류된 뉴스기사의 주제를 나타내며 사용자에게 빠르게 정보를 전달하기 위해 활용한다. 본 논문의 연구 내용이 여러 언론사 사이트에 반영되면 사이트 품질과 사용자 만족도 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

As socio-economic paradigms have been moving towards the knowledge-based capitalism from the industrial capitalism, it is obvious that research on industrial agglomeration and regional innovation has been explosively increased. However, there is a contradictory tendency that the terms and concepts, which are related to industrial agglomeration, have became less clear and more fuzzy. In this sense, this paper attempts to tackle and reconsider the concept, typology and theories of agglomeration and (or) cluster in economic geography. The main claims are as follows. Firstly, the terms and concepts related to industrial agglomeration and cluster need to be clear. It seems to be that cluster is received as an umbrella concept of agglomerations all-embracing the varieties of a geographical concentration of industry. However, the authors claim that the cluster concept should be part of the diverse types of industrial agglomeration. Secondly, the tendency of a less clear definition on agglomeration and cluster could make it difficult to identify the types of agglomeration being in the forms of diversity. Such a tendency would result in a misguided understanding and interpretation of a typology of agglomeration. Finally and most importantly, as perspectives or theories that are associated with industrial agglomeration and cluster show increasingly a propensity of convergence, it is problematic that related theories and perspectives lose their own identity and distinctiveness.

ebXML(Electronic Business XML) is a global eBusiness framework standard which provides solutions to interoperability problem between heterogeneous eBusiness systems. ebXML framework includes Business Process Specification, Core Components, Registry/Repository and Messaging Service as its major components. Based on this framework, ebXML business transactions are executed by exchanging appropriate business documents as specified in Business Process Specification. And required business documents are generated by assembling Core Components at the Business Process design time. In this paper, we present technical architecture of ebXML framework and Core Component technology, and then explain design and implementation issues of ebXML business document generation tool.

본 논문에서는 국가에서 추진하는 차세대신성장동력산업과 관련된 특정 분야('바이오 신약/장기' 분야 중 '면역 기능 제어')를 선택하여, 기구축된 면역학 전문용어사전을 비롯하여 의학용어사전, 표준국어대사전 등을 참조하여 핵심 용어와 관련 용어를 중심으로 면역학 시소러스(어휘 3,462개) 및 온톨로지(개념 노드 4,703개)를 구축하였다. 이것은 전문용어사전부터 온톨로지에 이르기까지 통일화된 표준 체계를 가지고 있으며, 도메인 온톨로지를 구축하여 향후 온톨로지 개발 방향을 설정할 수 있는 계기가 되었다고 할 수 있다. 또한 면역학 시소러스는 검색의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 충분한 양의 데이터를 구축하였고 면역학 온톨로지는 언어처리적 관점에서의 온톨로지를 표현하였다. 이는 정보검색에서의 효율성을 비롯하여, 특정 웹 온톨로지 언어를 이용한 웹 온톨로지로의 변환성, 대규모 도메인 온톨로지라는 점에서 의미를 가진다고 할 수 있다.

대분분의 검색 엔진에서 색인어의 추출 및 가중치의 부여방법은 매우 중요한 연구주제로, 검색 엔진의 성능에 큰 영항을 미친다. 일반적으로, 불용어 리스트를 통해 성능에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 색인어를 제거하거나, 핵심어 또는 전문용어 등 상대적으로 중요한 색인어를 강조하는 방식을 사용하여 검색엔진의 성능을 향상시킨다. 하지만, 어절 분리, 형태소 분석, 불용어 처리 등 검색엔진의 단계열 처리 과정에서, 개별적인 색인어가 검색엔진에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이를 반영한 검색 엔진 성능 향상 기법은 제시되지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 각 단계별 처리 과정에서 생성된 색인어가 미치는 영항을 계랑화하여 긍정적/부정적 색인어를 분류하는 방법론을 소개하고, 이를 기반으로 색인어 가중치를 조절함으로써 검색 엔진의 성능 또한 향상 가능한 방법을 소개한다.

Archival appraisal is a key area of archival science. This study aims to identify the knowledge structure of archival appraisal and propose appropriate translation terms. To this end, 34 entry terms related to archival appraisal were first extracted from 146 entries in the Encyclopedia of Archival Science, a leading encyclopedia in the field, and terminologies were categorized based on content analysis. Second, the contents described in the entries were assessed for each category, and the main concepts and flow of discussions were also examined. Third and last, suitable translations for each entry term were presented, and considerations were suggested for the translations, such as the application of appropriate principles of equivalence. Specifically, terms such as "records appraisal" and "archival appraisal" were recommended to be used separately.

법률 문서는 일반 사용자가 이해하기 어려운 용어로 이루어져 있고 특히 장문의 문서가 많아 법률시스템에 종사하는 종사자들 또한 많은 양의 문서를 읽기가 어려운 현실이다. 이에 문서 요약 방법중 딥러닝 기반의 사전학습 모델을 적용한 추출요약기반, 생성요약 방법론과 딥러닝 이전의 핵심문장 추출 방법론을 비교하여 법률용어의 요약성능에 대한 비교 평가를 수행하고자 하며 추후 연구과제로 법률문서에 특화된 요약 모델을 만들어보고자 한다.

E-Business has, nowadays, become a common commerce transaction. In the beginning, e-Biz has known as Electronic Commerce and has expanded its territory to department store's shopping mall, travel, finance, stock, and even luxury goods as car sales market. Considering these trends, this paper researched the environment of korean e-Biz market and suggested the picture of the matured and sound e-Biz market in Korea. We surveyed matured level of Critical Success Factors of e-Biz in terms of management. We also surveyed time based Critical Success Factors to analyze level of the Korean e-Biz market. These study's may provide us the knowledge about the prediction and preparation for changes in e-Biz market in the future.
