A Study on the Virtual Vision System Image Creation and Transmission Efficiency (가상 비전 시스템 이미지 생성 및 전송 효율에 관한 연구)

  • Software-related training can be considered essential in situations where software is an important factor in national innovation, growth and value creation. As one of the implementation methods for engineering education, various education through virtual simulations that can educate difficult situations in a similar environment are being conducted. Recently, the construction of smart factories at production and manufacturing sites is spreading, and product inspections using vision systems are being conducted. However, it has many difficulties due to lack of operation technology of vision system, but it requires a lot of cost to construct the system for education of vision system. In this paper, provide an educational virtual simulation model that integrates computer and physics engine camera functions and can extract and transmit video. It is possible to generate an image of 30Hz or more at an average of 35.4FPS of the experimental results of the proposed model, and it is possible to send and receive images in a time of 22.7ms, which can be utilized in an educational virtual simulation educational environment.

사이버 아파트 네트워크 기본 설계에 관한 연구

  • 최근 정부(정보통신부)는 사이버 아파트를 포함하여 초고속 정보통신망을 2005년까지 구축하여 각 가정당 10Mbps의 고속 정보통신 서비스를 실현한다는 계획을 발표하고, 초고속 정보통신을 활성화하므로 정보통신 선진국 진입을 위하여 "초고속 정보통신 건물 인증제도"를 발표, 현재 시행하고 있다. (1999.7 제정발표) 그러나 시행 과정에서 아파트 중앙 관리실에 있는 MDF 이후의 광케이블과 기타 공사는 건설회사에서 시공하고 중앙 관리실 MDF 이전의 광케이블 공사와 중앙관리실 LAN시설 등의 공사는 통신 전문업체로 하여금, 입주자 별도 부담금으로 시공하고 있다. (컨소시엄 구성) 최근 아파트 분양열기 고조로 건설회사 마다 "초고속 정보통신 아파트"인증 1등급이라고 선전 및 분양광고 중인데 실제는 "1등급"이 아니고 "2등급" 또는 "3등급"인 경우가 있어, 정부가 목표하는 각 가정당 10Mbps, 개인당 2Mbps 고속정보통신 서비스는 실현성에 문제점이 있다. 정부의 인증심사 기준에 중앙관리실 장비 등에 대한 것은 심사기준에 누락되어 있고 또 사생활 정보보호를 위한 대응기술, 시스템 준비 정도까지 포함하여 종합적으로 평가한 뒤 인증을 부여하여야 한다는 것이 본인의 연구 초점이다. 사이버 아파트란 광통신을 주축으로 영상과 음성, 데이터를 자유자재로 전송 처리하는 초고속정보통신망을 이용하는 것으로 LAN 장비를 이용하여 각 세대간 통신은 물론 누구나 인터넷을 사용할 수 있는 기능이 있는 설계된 아파트를 말한다. 사이버 아파트의 네트워크에는 금융, 홈쇼핑, 예약, 지역정보, 관공서, 의료서비스, 레저 생활정보 등 차별화된 콘텐츠 확보가 필요하다. 본 연구의 핵심은 사이버 아파트의 현 실태와 문제점, 정부의 인증심사 기준의 미비점과 문제점, 사이버 아파트의 기능, 구성요소, 시스템 구축, 서버활용도, 장비들에 관한 것과 그리고 정부의 사이버 아파트 육성정책, 정보보호 대책과 관련업체들의 동향 등을 연구하여 요약 정리하였다.

An Analysis on Building Steps of LFS Linux System (LFS 리눅스 시스템 구축 과정 분석)

  • With the recent wide adoption of Linux in the fields of IoT, embedded, mobile, desktop and server industries, the importances of understanding the Linux system architecture as well as customizing the Linux system are increasing very steeply. Accordingly, the capabilities of building every component of Linux system from source code files have been important. The LFS (Linux From Scratch) site[1] guides the steps of building the basic Linux system from source files. The steps consist of build host preparation step, temporary system building step, final system building step, and system configuration and boot preparation step. However, the underlying concepts behind the steps used in building LFS are difficult to understand, particularly to the beginner. This paper analyzes the LFS build steps and reveal the core build concepts and principles used in each step. Additionally, this paper shows the measured package build times obtained from our build experience.

  • This research presents the relationship building between the supervisor and supervisee through the supervision process in a narrative inquiry. The supervisory relationships of the supervisor A and supervisee B, and the effects they have on the relationship between the two are described in as factual terms as possible. The results imply that genuineness and openness are the core components of relationship. Especially, in the case of a highly hierarchical relationship, where it is often easy for the supervisor to employ hidden tactics, efforts on the part of the supervisor's endeavor to develop unconditional acceptance can be helpful in establishing a more open-minded attitude. As a result, the common view in the literature that attributes relationship hierarchy to cultural factors may need to be reexamined. This research provides evidence that in the case of supervision and training in counseling, establishing an environment of acceptance, trust and rapport can help advance the supervisory relationship to a less hierarchical form.

  • Information technology (IT) revolution rapidly advanced from the end of the 20th century has caused an extreme change in the publication market, which brought fierce struggle for existence. In this whirlpool, magazine, which is settling as a part of culture and as a center field of publication, presswork, is concentrating in making new determined position with comparatively liberal theme. So identity study that enables readers to remember a magazine more easily, will suggest a new direction of improvement as a culture business by inducing the brand-making of a magazine. This study is focused on the ability of configuration of its unique image of a magazine building an identity in the magazine design field. Each type of magazine has common characteristics but even though it is grouped into same type, it shows mobility on the relative importance of application according to the strategy of the magazine rather than matching perfectly to the type. The result is limited to the range of professional design magazine. However, through result-pursuing study procedure, it is anticipated of its gui dance of improvement of magazine design at large as well as professional design magazine by inquiring of consequence and utility of Magazine Identity in the digital age and clarifying the role of magazine design.

xPlaneb: 3-Dimensional Bitmap Index for Index Document Retrieval (xPlaneb: XML문서 검색을 위한 3차원 비트맵 인덱스)

  • XML has got to be a new standard for data representation and exchanging by its many good points, and the core part of many new researches and emerging technologies. However, the self-describing characteristic, which is one of XML's good points, caused the spreading of XML documents with different structures, and so the need of the research for the effective XML-document search has been proposed. This paper is for the analysis of the problem in BitCube, which is a bitmap indexing that shows high performance grounded on its fast retrieval. In addition, to resolve the problem of BitCube, we did design and implement xPlaneb(XML Plane Web) which it a new 3-dimensional bitmap indexing made of linked lists. We propose an effective information retrieval technique by replacing BitCube operations with new ones and reconstructing 3-dimensional array index of BitCube with effective nodes. Performance evaluation shows that the proposed technique is better than BitCube, as the amount of document increases, in terms of memory consumptions and operation speed.

  • Engine control/performance model for helicopter simulator if one of the most important models which affect flight performance and handling quality. It is typical to develop the model based on the raw data and models from the engine designers/manufacturers. The approaches in this study were to develop the basic model bated on the available resources and to tune and verify it based on the ground/flight test results. The maintenance manuals of TB3-117 which is installed in KA-327 were reviewed and the components to be simulated for the engine control model were categorized and modeled. Piece-wise linear modeling method was used for the engine performance model. The engine performance data in the engine maintenance manuals were incorporated into the engine steady state performance tablet, which were incorporated with the transfer functions for the dynamic performance. Engine control/performance model was compared and tuned with the round/flight test results. It was verified that the fidelity of the model was within the tolerances in FAA AC120-63.

  • The ICT industry has developed into an industry that generates national competitiveness. The policy to support the ICT industry, initiated by the government, has been activated mainly on the Teheran Road of Gangnam-gu in Seoul. In this regard, this study examined the emergence background and formation factors of the new innovation district in the urban area of the Teheran Valley. In addition, this study examined the characteristics of the innovation district in the integrated urban and industrial parks with various facilities and institutions supporting the startup. This study examined the status of the Teheran Valley as an urban innovation district by dividing the indicators of the urban innovation district in the Teheran Valley into economic assets, spatial and physical assets, network assets, and human capital. It also examined the ICT technology leading the innovation and analyzed the implications for regional economic development.

  • Today, Internet covers a world wide range and most appliances of our life are linked to network from enterprise server to household electric appliance. Therefore, the importances of administrable framework that can grasp network state by real-time is increasing day by day. Our objective in this paper is to describe a network weather report framework that monitors network traffic and performance state to report a network situation including traffic status in real-time. We also describe a mobile agent architecture that collects state information in each network segment. The framework could inform a network manager of the network situation. Through the framework. network manager accumulates network data and increases network operating efficiency.

Determination of Shelf-life of a Packaged Paralichthys Olivaceus for Super-chilled Distribution (슈퍼칠링 유통을 위한 포장광어 (Paralichthys Olivaceus)의 유통기한 설정 연구)

  • Maintaining steady and low temperature during distribution process is a key technique to inhibit microbial growth, one of the most important factors in determining the shelf life. It is possible to provide high-quality fresh products to consumers only when precise and adequate temperature control is guaranteed throughout the entire distribution process for fresh seafood. This study investigated the shelf-life of packaged fresh flounder (Paralichthys Olivaceus) in order to learn the feasibility of super-chilled distribution of fresh seafood. To estimate the shelf life, weight, number of bacteria such as E. coli, pH, sensory test and volatile basic nitrogen were investigated. As a result of the study, the difference in shelf life of 6 days at the super-chilling temperature (0±1℃) and 1 day at the general refrigeration temperature (8±2℃) (based on volatile base nitrogen) showed the market possibility of super-chilling distribution. Through additional empirical studies such as packaging methods and economic feasibility, it is expected to promote commercialization of super-chilling containers and packaging system developed in the future and secure customer reliability.
