Previous construction failure researches were focused on the utilization plan based on failure information and development of failure classification. However, it has limitation to set up the plan for prevention of construction failure due to the lack of the number of on-site staffs. In order to prevent effectively construction failure, a prevention plan should be established through quantitative evaluation of failure causes. The purpose of this study is to suggest the assessment method for selection Critical Management Factor(CMF) and to analyze the CMF on the apartment structural framework using FMEA(Failure Mode and Effective Analysis) which is one of the methods of quantitative evaluation. The element of risk evaluation separated degree of failure risk and prevention respectively. The assessment method for selection of CMF can be utilized for planning proactive solutions on the failure, and it can be also selected critical factors about each project phases, type of facility and construction work.

본 연구에서는 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처(Enterprise Architecture:EA)의 운영 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 EA의 핵심성공요인과 EA 전담조직의 역할을 선정하였으며, 특히 EA 전담조직의 중요성을 증명하고자 한다. 구체적으로 EA 관리 및 운영단계에서의 핵심성공요인을 기반적, 문화적, 제도적의 세 요인으로 분류하였고, EA 전담조직의 역할은 계획관리, 체계관리, 인적자원관리, 정보관리, 위험관리의 다섯 가지 분류로 나누어 각각의 요인이 EA 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다.

조직 전반에 걸쳐 급격한 변화를 초래하는 경영혁신작업의 성공요인을 대기업에 비해 상대적으로 자금력, 기술력, 인적자원이 부족한 중소기업을 대상으로 실증적인 검증과정을 거쳐 성공요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 두 가지 목적이 있다. 첫째, 경영혁식작업을 성공적으로 이끄는 조직.관리적인 요인들을 조사했다. 분석대상요인들은 조직구조, 문화, 최고경영자의 의지 그리고 경영혁신작업을 지원하기 위한 관리제도상의 변화 등이 포함된다. 두 번째의 목적은 "상대적인 성공"과 "상대적인 실패" 집단으로 분류하여 조사된 성공요인 중에서 어느 요인이 핵심 성공요인인지를 나타내고자 한다. 또한 , 핵심성공요인으로 판별함수를 도출한 후 성공과 실패집단분류에 대한 적중률이 얼마나 되는지를 조사하였다. 한국의 44개 중소기업을 대상으로 한 연구결과, 성공요인으로는 자율적인 기업문화, 최고 경영자의 의지 그리고 관리제도상의 변화로 나타났다. 특히,최고 경영자의 의지와 관리제도상의변화가 핵심성공요인으로 확인되었다.의변화가 핵심성공요인으로 확인되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 리엔지니어링 작업 구현에 영향을 주고 있는 조직·관리적 요인 들을 실중적으로 연구하는 것이다. 본 연구에는 두 가지 목적이 있다. 첫째, 리엔지니어링 작업의 구현을 성공적으로 이끄는 조직·관리적인 요인들을 조사했다. 본 연구에서 조사되어 질 조직·관리적 요인들을 조직구조, 문화, 최고경영자의 의지, 그리고 리엔지니어링 작업의 구현을 위한 성공요인(success factors) 중에서 어느 요인이 핵심성공요인(key success factors)이지를 나타내고자 한다. 본 연구 결과에서의 성공요인으로는 자율적인 기업 문화, 회고 경영자의 의지, 그리고 관리제도상의 변화인 것으로 나타났고 특히, 자율적인 기업 문 화와 관리제도상의 변화가 핵심 성공요인인 것으로 확인되었다.

현재 플랜트 산업이 해외 건설 부문에서 차지하는 비중은 해외 건설 수주액의 60% 이상에 달하고 있다. 하지만 시공부문의 높은 기술경쟁력에 비하여 고부가가치 창출이 가능한 설계부문은 그 기술이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 플랜트산업의 우수설계능력 확보를 위하여 플랜트 설계단계의 성공에 대한 정의를 내리고, 플랜트 설계업무를 분석한 뒤, 설문조사를 통하여 플랜트 설계단계 프로세스의 업무별 중요도를 파악하였다. 또한 이렇게 파악된 중요도 점수를 공정관리 프로그램에 적용하였고, 이를 바탕으로 제시된 결과에 대한 전문가의 검토를 통하여 최종적으로 플랜트 설계단계의 핵심성공요인(CSF)을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 플랜트 설계단계 성공의 요인을 파악하고 확인 및 관리를 위한 요소들을 제시하여 설계단계 업무수행의 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 향후에는 도출된 핵심성공요인을 이용하여 플랜트의 성공과 실패를 가름할 수 있는 정량적 평가모델 개발 등의 연구가 수행될 수 있을 것이다.

This study is an empirical study of 'the effect of the key factors of Smart Factory on management performance through internal environmental factors in small and medium enterprises'. The purpose of the research is to verify that the implementation of a Smart Factory affects the performance of management and contribute to the continued development of the company, and to suggest the national policy of expanding the deployment of a Smart Factory. The procedures were surveyed by working-level officials of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies with a Smart Factory and statistically analyzed with the SPSS and SMART PLS. The results of the study showed that first, the environmental factors within the company had a positive effect on the key components of the Smart Factory. Second, the key factor in Smart Factory has had a positive impact on management performance. The above evidence shows that the key factors in smart factory considering the environmental factors of an enterprise affect its management performance, thus laying the theoretical foundation for the performance of smart factory construction. In the future, we will study how to build a Smart Factory.

In order to derive the success factors of a Mega-scale national project, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on experts participating in the Yongsan National Park development program to obtain critical success factors in the program definition phase. AHP analysis was performed for each category through a survey of experts participating in the definition phase of the Yongsan park development program to derive relative importance. The categories were classified into program strategy, process, and people, and the importance between categories was people, strategy, and process in that order. In addition, as for the 27 critical success factors in the program definition phase, the program manager's competency and leadership, environmental and cultural property survey planning, program management plan preparation, operation and maintenance philosophy, and integrated program office showed high priorities. Therefore, in promoting the Yongsan Park development program, we propose a strategy for selecting and focusing on the critical success factors with high priorities in the program definition phase proposed in this study.

The disputes in construction projects are very important issue for stakeholders. However, many of presented claims have not received the compensation money required, and frequently turned down. The most cause is that the claims are not managed systemically on construction. Therefore, it is important to identify which management works are conducted on construction and how significantly do they relevant to construction claim. This research derives key claim management factors through analyzing causes for claim success and failure, and then presents management works relevant to them. This research also proposes the method for effective claim management and its expected effect through expert interview.

최근 해외시장에서는 Single Point Responsibility 개념의 선호와 프로세스사업관리능력의 중요성으로 건설사업관리 (Construction Management: 이하 CM)방식이 프로젝트 조달의 중요한 방안으로 사용되며 국내에서도 최근 CM 발주량의 획기적인 증가추세로 사업수행능력 향상을 위한 도구 개발이 절실하다. 가장 유용한 도구로는 국내${\cdot}$외 CM 수행사례 분석을 통해 이에 저해되는 요인과 모범사례 등을 파악하여 산업계로 하여금 체계적 점검과 벤치마킹을 통해 수행능력을 제고할 수 있는 핵심성공요인과 Best Practice의 보급 발간이다. 따라서 본 논문은 최근 감사원에 의해 모범선행사례로 선정된 무주 하천 1,2급 수해복구 건설사업관리 용역에 대한 CM성과를 분석하여 핵심성공요인과 Best Practice를 제공하는 것을 주요 목표로 한다. 본 CM용역에서는 무엇보다도 무주군내 수해복구공사에 CM 사업방식을 도입한 것은 현명하고 진취적이며 시기 적절한 일이라고 판단되며 이러한 선도적 기자체의 의욕적인 시도가 지방에서 수행되는 공공공사의 수준을 한 차원 높이는 계기가 됨은 물론 항구적인 복구공사기법의 하나로 정착하기를 기대한다. 또한 산업계는 CM관련 중심기관을 통하여 이러한 모범사례의 연속적인 분석과 보급을 통해 산업계 전반적인 CM수준을, 제고하여 국내외 CM확대 적용의 기반을 조속히 조성할 수 있기를 바란다.
