해외 기술 유출 사고로 인하여 한국 경제에 약 수조원의 피해가 발생하였다. 기업의 기술 유출과 사고 책임 소재를 증명하기 위한 e-Discovery시스템과 기업CERT/CC에 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 e-Discovery의 개념과 관련법안 및 권고안, 포렌식 수사절차에 대해 연구하고, 국내 e-Discovery 사고 사례와 해외 e-Discovery 사고 사례를 연구한다. e-Discovery가 도입되면 기업 CERT/CC에서 필요한 e-Discovery 시스템을 설계한다. e-Discovery 시스템의 접근과 인증을 위한 사용자인증과 기기 인증에 대한 기술과 암호화 기술을 연구한다. 본 논문 연구를 통하여 e-Discovery 제도의 도입과 포렌식 기술 발전에 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

산업안전 보건법에서 유해ㆍ위험한 작업을 필요로 하거나 동력에 의하여 작동하는 기계기구로서 유해ㆍ위험방지를 위해 방호조치가 필요한 기계기구 및 설비에 대하여는 방호장치의 설치를 의무화하고 있고 근로자의 안전을 위하여 작업상 필요한 보호구에 대해서는 신규, 수거, 부분검정을 통해 성능검정을 받도록 하는 검정제도를 의무화하고 있다. 그리고 선반, 컨베이어 등과 같은 산업용 기계류나 해외에서 안전인증획득을 목표로 하는 제품 및 재해예방에 기여할 수 있다고 인정되는 제품 등에 대하여 제품의 구조ㆍ성능 그리고 재료의 안전성에 대한 심사ㆍ시험 및 검사 등을 통하여 안전증표의 사용을 인증할 수 있도록 산업안전보건법 제34조 2항 등에서 검사 검정과 같이 의무화하는 것은 아니지만 다소 강제성의 경향을 갖도록 규정하고 있다.

지난 9월 29일 서초구 소재 서울교육문화회관에서 농장동물 복지정책 토론회를 개최하였다. 이날 농가 및 관련종사자 100여명이 참석하여 앞으로 실시될 농장동물 복지제도에 대한 많은 관심을 보였다. 이날 토론회는 동물복지 축산농장 인증제 추진과 관련한 전문가 주제 발표, 동물복지 축산농장 인증제 추진방안 및 농가 참여 확대 방안, 동물복지형 축산물 표시제 도입 및 유통 판매처 확보 방안, 소비자 인지도 제고 등 동물복지형 축산물 소비기반 마련 방안, 기타 국내 동물복지제도 정착 및 발전을 위한 토론으로 구성되어 진행되었으며 친환경 농장 경영과 동물복지(전남대학교 조광호 교수), 동물복지 축산농장 인증제 운영 방안(농림수산검역검사본부 동물보호과 한종현 과장), 동물복지 인증과 해외사례(국립축산과학원 축산환경과 유용희 과장)에 대한 발표가 있었으며 건국대학교 이상락 교수가 좌장을 맡은 가운데 본회 안영기 부회장, 동물자유연대 조희경 대표, 전남대학교 조광호 교수, 농림수산식품부 안유영 사무관, 농림수산검역검사본부 한종현 과장, 국립축산과원 유용희 과장, 대한양돈협회 이병석 차장이 토론자로 나섰다. 본고는 이날 발표내용 및 토론내용을 요약, 정리 하였다.

Burglary (also called breaking and entering and sometimes housebreaking) is a crime, the essence of which is illegal entry into a building for the purposes of committing an offence. It is one of the most common types of crime and also a serious issue for every society. A house that is left insecure is an accessible and attractive target for burglars and therefore burglary resistance test & certification system for doors and windows has been developed in many countries. This paper explores several advanced foreign burglary resistance test/certifcation cases (the British SBD, the Dutch KOMO SKH/SKG, the Japanese CP mark, the Australian Standard Certification) for security products and domestic test/certification systems for fire safety products as a comparative study so that any improvement points can be gained for South Korea in the field of security product performance. The comparative analysis results show that South Korea is far behind the security product certification system and needs a lot of improvement in the system by benchmarking foreign cases. The domestic test/certification systems for fire safety products also give some insights for burglary-related security products' performance certification system in Korea. Overall, the need for relevant rules and regulations, the establishment of standards regarding testing and certification, including certified security +hardware product in building security certification system, performance testing as well as production testing (i.e. quality management system evaluation), the basic competency of testers, incentive system for certified/high quality security products were suggested in order to make an optimal model for the security production performance testing and certification system in Korea.

In a society where ICT technology is converged, the use of various network-connected devices such as IoT is spreading. Network-connected devices are inevitably exposed to the threat of hacking such as information leakage, and countermeasures need to be prepared to respond. Security certification system for IoT devices has been introduced to promote security of IoT products, and for this purpose, legalization and standardization of certification standards and methods are in progress. In line with this, in Korea, as the Information and Communication Network Act was revised in 2020, ICT convergence devices connected to the network were newly defined as "information and communication network connected devices," and the basis for the security certification system is being established. We summarized related domestic and foreign trends and suggest specific considerations for implementing the security certification system for IoT devices in South Korea.

06년 세계에서 11번째, 아시아에서 2번째로 CCRA 인증서발행국으로 가입한 우리나라는 적극적인 대외활동으로 국제 경쟁력을 강화하였고 CC 저변확대를 통하여 국내 평가 인증 시장을 성숙시켰다. 즉, CC 차기버전 집중연구 및 ICCC(08년) 개최 등을 통하여 대외적으로 국내 평가제도를 한단계 끌어 올렸으며 4곳의 민간평가기관 추가지정으로 안정적인 정보보호제품 수급여건을 조성하였다. 향후에도 지속적인 CC 기반 평가역량확대와 올바른 평가제도 개선이 이루어지기 위해서는 국외 평가 인증기관과의 협력관계 유지 및 정보보호제품 평가동향은 필수적인 요소가 아닐 수 없다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 CCRA 인증서 발행국의 평가 인증 체계를 소개하고 정보보호제품 평가현황을 분석함으로써 CC 관련 국제 활동 및 해외시장 진출에 도움을 주고자 한다.

As ISO22301 (Societal security-Business continuity management systems-Requirements) related to BCM (BCP) was established in May 2012, KS A ISO22301 (National Standards) will be enacted at the end of the year. Foreign certification agencies at home and abroad are expanding their business, accordingly. And it is expected that there will be a trade barrier such as a demand for compliance with the Standards in the trade between companies. Hence I am trying to find the countermeasures of domestic companies and ways to invigorate Top Company Certification System in the reduction law (The Legislative bill on the support of voluntary activities of enterprises for disaster reduction).

As "Made in Korea" has high branding power in the fashion industry, domestic clothing manufacturers also need to consider branding the country of origin. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to reconsider the need for a domestic certification system and suggest a direction by analyzing apparel origin certification systems operating overseas. The results of this study could be used for planning certification standards and operating methods suitable for regional characteristics and industrial environments when establishing a certification system for clothing produced in Korea. The case study subjects were Japan's J∞ Quality, USA's Made in New York, Italy's 100% Made in Italy, and France's Origin France Guarantee has been classified as certification criteria related to the country of origin include items related to the production process rate in the region and the production area for each production process/stream. Manufacturing technology and design are used for quality standards, safety, hygiene compliance, production facilities, and quality control and are applied to working environment standards. The certification system selects and operates standards according to each country's industrial environment, certification subject, and purpose. Therefore, when designing a domestic apparel certification system, a feasible promotion plan should be established that considers the current state of the domestic industry, which will serve as a driving force for the growth of the apparel manufacturing industry and an opportunity to increase the trust of global fashion consumers.

Recent national policy agenda of 'Low-Carbon Green Growth' has been implemented as the important vision of the country. The government has set a target of entering the seven major world powers of Green Nation at 2020, and five major world powers at 2050. In order to achieve the goal, the reduction of greenhouse gases and the composition of green land and transportation has been promoted as an important policy. In a construction industry sector, policies and technologies for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and energy have been actively developed. In the case of developed countries, research for green road infrastructure has been conducted, which is the basis for certification system of green highway. This paper benchmarks the policies and cases of developed countries, verifies the applicability in the domestic road sector, and suggests the introduction of the certification system of green highway.
