문화콘텐츠산업의 수출경쟁력은 각국이 문화적 소프트 파워와 경제력의 결합으로 점점 더 중시하게 되고 국가 종합 실력의 중요한 구성 요소가 된다. 그러나 중국의 문화콘텐츠산업은 기반 빈약, 혁신 부족, 수출경로 좁기, 문화콘텐츠산업 전문인재 부족 등 어려움을 깎고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 관련 서적, 논문 등 문헌을 중심으로 SWOT분석방법을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 중국 문화콘텐츠산업의 수출경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 정부 차원에서 국제문화무역규범 제정 적극 참여, 관련 정책 지원체계 개선, 문화대오 건설 지원 및 지도, 기업 차원에서 제품내용과 표현형식 혁신 강화, 문화콘텐츠에 첨단기술 활용 추진, 판매경로 확장 등 방안을 구축해야 할 것이다.

본문은 중국 교동반도(膠東半島)에서 대표적인 신화전설에 대해 정리를 진행하고, 그 역사와 문화적인 함의를 끄집어내어 전형적인 중국 해양신화 이미지 원소를 조사하였다. 동시에 그것이 현대 디자인에서 활용된 사례를 조사하여 분석하고자 하였다.

In this study, changes in commercial areas in Yeongdo-gu urban regeneration region were analyzed in terms of regional revitalization. Urban decline can accelerate the decline of downtown commercial functions, and revitalization of stagnant areas can be evaluated as enhancing the vitality of commercial areas. To reach this objective, dynamic changes in the commercial area in urban regeneration region were confirmed through store density, industry diversity, and restaurant/cafe ratio. As a result of the study, it was found that the store density and industry diversity showed an increasing trend in Yeong-do urban regeneration region. Although it is difficult to find a substantial difference in the ratio of restaurant/cafe, it seems that Yeongseon 2-dong has undergone a relatively large commercial change. This research is significant in that it quantitatively evaluated and analyzed commercial changes in Yeongdo-gu urban regeneration region.

To improve the data on reliability of the onshore fish farm water quality monitoring system and operate the system efficiently, the water quality data of the onshore seawater fish farms which are progressing test operation, and the marine environmental information network(Wando tidal station) were compared and analyzed. Furthermore, data validation, data range filters, and data displacement checks were applied to analyze the data in a way that eliminates the data errors in water quality monitoring systems and increases the reliability of measurement data.

Since the five-day workweek has implemented and the spare time increased, the tourist industry has been showing the growth with quality. The tourist industry takes center stage as the twenty-first century higher value-added business on the strength of electronic communication development. Especially as being surrounded by water on three sides and national income has incremented, people have the interest in marine leisure industry. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries carries out a plan to promote marine tourism promotion plan through the significant policy support. Also, they makes an effort to lure the tourist through blending cultures. Therefore, through the 360 degree camera, the activity that mobilizes the policy fund can be monitored rightly and the application strategy that is useful to promote a higher value-added tourist industry can be suggested.

Traditional Performing Arts is a key element of national competitiveness that represents the identity of a country. Preserving traditional performing arts such as traditional culture overall aggregate such as literature, art, music, dance, theater and enable it to meet future national culture is to secure a competitive brand. Meanwhile, it shrouded in advance global success of K-pop and TV content, such as our popular culture, but our traditional performing arts sector, there has been a steady effort to receive the attention of the world and expanding capacity and performance. Now, this point will be a new policy approach needed to expand more popular in both domestic and world demand in traditional performing arts. In this study, we propose a strategic plan to raise the popularization and industrialization of our own needs and unique traditional performing arts opportunities for successful overseas expansion and promotion of the content of traditional performing arts.With the help of information technology.

영화는 하나의 높은 부가가치의 문화상품이며 영화산업도 한 나라의 문화를 반영할 수 있는 전력적인 산업이다. 중국 영화는 1978년 개혁 개방 이후 빠르게 발전하여, 특히 2016년부터 중국 정부는 "중국 영화산업 촉진 법안"을 반포하여 중국 정부는 영화산업을 적극적으로 지지 및 촉진하여 미래에 대해 강한 성장세를 보일 수 있다. 그러나 중국 영화 산업의 제도가 선진국과 달라, 또한 중국의 영화 심사제도의 경직성과 영화산업 구조의 불균형성으로 인해 중국 영화공급 및 수요에 항상 불균형에 빠져있는 문제들이 있다. 이런 문제점을 극복하기 위해 본 논문은 중국 영화에 대한 수요함수를 추정함으로써 정부의 정책 수립 및 산업적 지도에 도움이 되거나 투자자에게 참고도 되는 목적이다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 논문은 Eviews 8.0 이용해 중국 통계국의 통계 데이터를 분석하여 중국 영화 상품에 대한 수요함수를 추정하는 중심으로 실시하였다. 향후 중국 영화 상품 수요함구가 좀 더 미시적인 소비자 선호별, 지역별 구분하여 엄밀한 분석을 필요하다.

The researchers of this study closely looked into the methods for cognitive-scientific approach to problems of marine design at a time when the overall values of marine cultures are acknowledged in full scale. To that end, the researchers analyzed the problems and problem-solving process for the initial approach to marine design. At the same time, the researchers made the matrix of the design-developmental directions by cognitive scientific approach. After selecting the subjects, the researchers collected verbal protocol and behavior protocol which were shown in the process of a designer's thinking. This was for the sake of protocol analysis which is the representative research technique of cognitive science. Based on the collected data, the researchers empirically analyzed the behavior patterns shown in the marine design process so as to develop the design behavior-graph pattern of designers in an objective and systematic way. The behavior graph was helpful for looking into the initial developmental directions of design and for predicting cognitive structure of designers. The researchers hope that this study will become a fundamental material for predicting cognitive directions of designer for planning and designing the marine design.

In this paper, we design web retrieval component which store request information to database. When consumer required necessary information through personal mobile device, CPS can inform that. So, we wish to develop web retrieval agent component that parse informations in various World Wide Webs, and store to database.
