In this study, an analysis of natural convection of magnetic fluids in a closed-semicircular pipe was performed by the numerical methods. For the numerical method GSMAC method of Siliomis is used. From the results of numerical methods it is verified that the natural convection of the magnetic fluid, I investigated the nature convection phenomenon of the magnetic fluid with numerical analysis and was going to study the thermodynamic characteristic of the magnetic fluid. Because the effect of magnetic field control natural convection, we needed to find effective method to eliminate heat in the cure of heat transfer.

Humanities learning courses for the weak people in Korea is similar to the Clement course initiated by Earl Shorris in the US. This study aims to understand the in depth meaning of the course among the participants of the self-supporting programs in Korea. For this aim, data were collected mainly from the intensive interviews with 7 research participants who have finished both the general and in depth courses offered by Seoul Metropolitan government. Through the study, 4 substantial themes were drawn; 'exploration and acceptance of the unfamiliar', 'new understanding of the self through reflection', 'reconstruction of the self with humanistic value', 'continuous seeking for humanistic life'. As a result, the meaning of humanities learning was found to be 'recovering his/her own originality' or 'living like a decent human being'. Understanding both the results and difficulties that had to be overcome during the course, some practical and policy implications could be drawn.

The purpose of this study is to obtain a comprehensive understanding of shift nurses' mealtime experience on duty. This study was explored by hermeneutic phenomenological analytic method suggested by van Manen. The participants were shift nurses at two general hospitals in Korea. Six participants were interviewed until information reached saturation point. Data was collected through individual in-depth interviews. The results of study were emerged 7 themes. Each theme was :'Forgetting hunger.', 'Fatigue takes precedence over hunger.', 'Feeling sorry and becoming conscious of other colleagues.', 'Inhale the meal in a short time.', 'Conflicting between responsibility for the patient body and my body', 'They want look for freedom and right through their mealtime.', 'Hope that mealtime is a precious time.' The results of this study are significant in providing a convergence understanding of the working environment of the shift nurses.

This study explored the essence of psychological burnout experiences due to emotional contagion using a hermeneutic phenomenological approach. In-depth interviews were conducted on 9 participants who work in fields that are subject to emotional contagion. Data analysis was conducted by using van Manen's methodology, insisting that the pure description of an experience can be enriched by adding interpretation. The emotional contagion experiences were identified through this process and the findings were categorized into 3 core themes, 8 essential themes, and 35 subthemes. The first core theme is "emotions in constant exchange". This theme included two essential themes: 'various channels of emotional contagion' and 'subjective states that change depending on the transmitted emotions'. The second core theme, "filtering the experience of emotional contagion" included the essential themes of 'the characteristics susceptible to the emotions of others', 'attitudes of spreading negative emotions' and 'situations that makes one feel overwhelmed by emotions'. The final core theme, "from burnout by emotional contagion to communication" was categorized into the following essential themes: 'burnout-inducing entangled interactions', 'moving toward communication and connection' and 'recovery after psychological burnout'. Finally, the implications and suggestions for future research were discussed by summarizing the core contents of each themes.

In 1999, the French semiotician Jacques Fontanille published his work on discourse semiotics as an attempt to overcome the limitations of structuralism. Discourse semiotics has expanded the realm of semiotics by taking a phenomenological approach that examines the structure of consciousness. Phenomenology pays special attention to the operation of human consciousness, which, instead of staying put, moves from one place to another-unbeknownst to its agent. This paper examines "Bulls" through a phenomenological approach as the short story depicts the stream of consciousness that unfolds within the inner world of Pau, the young male protagonist. The rhetorical approach to literary analysis works at the level of the speech act and directly relates to speech act theory. In rhetorics, figures and tropes are dominated by speech acts. Whereas conventional rhetorical analysis lacks a kinetic perspective as it revolves around flat semantic inspections, the discourse semiotics approach applied in this paper allows for an indepth multidimensional analysis where the analyses of ${\acute{e}}nonc{\acute{e}}$ and ${\acute{e}}nonciation$ complement each other. Presenting a peasant movement to the reader through the eyes of the young male protagonist Pau, "Bulls" is considered a significant literary feat in the history of Korea's New Literature as the work is highly regarded for its impressive depiction of a communal movement. This paper reinterprets and reevaluates the story under a new light, mainly through a rhetorical approach and a phenomenological approach that hinges on discourse semiotics.

This study aims to explore the meaning and nature of the nursing experience of visiting nurses of home-based long-term care service centers by using van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological approach. A total of 10 home-visiting nurses working in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province were recruited through purposive, convenience, and snowball sampling and participated in the study. Data were collected from January 7, 2017 to October 12, 2018 through in-depth individual interviews with the participants. The analysis resulted in 6 essential themes regarding the lived experience of visiting nurses: 'establising a good rapport with the patient and his or her family caregiver', 'building the foundation of visiting nursing by performing autonomously nursing procedures for the patient', 'facing the reality not to be able to work as much as I want due to the limitations of the support system in performing work as a visiting nurse', 'upset when sincerity could not be delivered', 'following the calling of medical personnel by taking responsibility for 'my patient', and 'pledging oneself to career-long work, feeling reward as a visiting nurse.' The findings of the study help understand the role and importance of visiting nurses and contribute to the preparation of practical measures to improve the quality of home-visiting nursing.

The purpose of this study was to understand the meaning and essence of leisure activities experienced by older females in rural communities and, in reference to that, to provide basic data to help develop health-promoting nursing intervention programs by investigating the indications of leisure and its effects on older individuals' life process. The qualitative research method of van Manen's Hermeneutical analysis and Phenomenological research are useful to study the true meaning and nature of experiences inherited from their language, belief, culture and social traditions. Consequently, the leisure that the women from the rural community were found to have experienced came down to a total of seven themes or activities: (a) to overcome loneliness through social interaction and get-togethers; (b) to achieve balance between body and mind by engaging in physical activities; (c) to try and help ease the burden on one's children; (d) to simply kill time; (e) to find oneself small pleasures; (f) to learn something new and feel proud; and (g) to live one's life as maintaining communication with the outside world. The study herein confirmed that the female elderly in rural area spend their free time on appreciating the nature, maintaining health and social interaction and hanging around with the peers of similar age to overcome economic woes and the feeling of estrangement unique in the social and economic context of rural communities.

Objective : This study aimed to understand the experience of taking a bus, investigate successful strategies to overcome the psychological difficulties of people with disabilities. Method : In this study, a phenomenological and hermeneutic approach was used to gain a deeper understanding of the behavior, the language, the process. For participants through interviews and participant observation data were collected. Phenomenological interpretation of the way through technology and to evaluate the results. Result : Ambulatory persons with disabilities in the community have confidence in the bus-independent movement in the community possible. And get on and off the bus at the moment of urgent strategies to use in the bus seats were taken. To cope with unexpected situations like that do not put stress was confirmed. In addition, by bus and go sit on the seat to look at the patient's burden was to. Conclusion : Ambulant disabled people's confidence in the bus had a significant impact on the independent movement. Always on the lookout for falling, and many psychological difficulties and to overcome unforeseen circumstances to predict and know that public transportation could be.

This paper investigates the teaching and learning of Linear function relating functional contexts and suggests the improved methods of representation-shift through this analysis. The methods emphasize the link between students' preacquired knowledge of mathematical representations and the way of using those. This methods are explanatory teaching, teaching and teaming based on modelling perspectives or tasks (interpretation, prediction, translation and scaling). We categorize the 8th grade middle school students' errors on the linear function relating real contexts and make a comparative study of the error-remedial effects and the teaching and teaming methods. We present the results of a study in which representation-shift methods based on modelling perspectives and tasks are more effective in terms of flexible connection of representations and error remediation. Also, We describe how students used modelling perspective-taking to explain and justify their conceptual models, to assess the quality of their models and to make connection to other mathematical representation during the problem solving focusing on the students' self-diagnosis.

게임에서의 텍스트를 추출하고 이를 분석하고자 하였다. 기본적으로 그레마스의 구조생성기호학을 활용하여 텍스트를 분석하고자 하였는데, 연구방법론에서는 현상학, 해석에서는 정신분석학의 이론에서도 도움을 받았다. 구체적인 분석대상으로는 온라인게임인 스타크래프트, 리니지, 스페셜포스를 선택하였다. 연구문제는 이들 세 게임의 의미생성방식에 대한 탐구로 구성되었다. 각 게임의 의미생성방식은 구조생성기호학의 세 가지 층위에서 구분되어 연구되었다. 즉, 심층구조, 기호-설화구조, 담화구조의 세층위로 전환, 발화되면서 점진적으로 의미가 풍성해지는 과정이 탐구되었다. 각 게임의 차이, 나아가 게임 장르간의 차이는 주로 심층 수준의 차이에서 기인한다고 보인다. 이들 게임의 주요 공통점이자, 다른 매체와의 차이점은 행동자 모델에서 두드러지는데, 바로 이용자가 스스로 주체의 위치를 점하게 되는 것이다. 상호작용성으로 대변되는 게임의 특성은 이용자의 텍스트로의 적극적인 개입을 할 수 있게끔 한다. 이러한 적극적인 개입은 이용자가 스스로 텍스트의 주체가 되도록 허용하는데, 주체가 된다고 함은 곧 스스로의 욕망을 직접 대상에 투사하면서 텍스트를 창출함을 의미한다. 바로 이러한 점이 게임의 의미생성방식의 큰 특징이며 다른 매체들과의 주요한 차이점이기도 하다. 더불어 게임이 우리 문화와 사회에 커다란 영향을 미칠 수 있는 기제임이 입증되는 것이기도 하다.
