이 논문에서는 이동하는 파를 해로 갖는 편미분 방정식의 해를 찾는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 특히 이 해가 움직이는 근원을 가질 경우에 앞쪽으로 이동하는 해가 존재하는지의 여부를 파악하는데 어떻게 증명할 것인지를 보였다. 앞쪽으로 이동하는 해를 갖는 경우는 반응-확산 방정식에서 그 해를 찾아 볼 수 있으며, 움직이는 근원을 가진 경우에 앞쪽으로 진행되는 해를 갖는 경우는 화학 공정의 모델등에서 그 해를 찾아 볼 수 있는데 이 문제를 중심으로 어떻게 해의 존재 여부를 증명할 수 있는지를 보였다.

진화연산에는 교배, 돌연변이, 경쟁, 선택이 있다. 이러한 과정 중에서 선택은 새로운 개체를 생산하지는 않지만, 모든 해중에서 최적의 해가 될만한 해는 선택하고, 그러지 않은 해는 버리는 판단의 역할을 한다. 따라서 아무리 좋은 해를 만들었다고 해도, 취사 선택을 잘못하면, 최적의 해를 찾지 못하거나, 또 많은 시간이 소요되게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 stochastic한 성질을 갖고 있는 Tournament selection에 Local selection개념을 도입하여, 지역 해에서 벗어나 전역 해를 찾는데, 개선이 될 수 있도록 하였고 Fast Evolutionary Programming의 mutation과정을 개선하고, Genetic Algorithm의 연산자인 crossover와 mutation을 도입하여 Parallel search로 지역 해에서 벗어나 전역 해를 찾는 하이브리드 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다.

This study purposed to reveal the process of change in dismissed workers' experiences at dismissal and the subsequent period of unemployment. For this purpose, six dismissed workers' psychological experiences were explored using the phenomenological method as one of qualitative research methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the workers on their psychological experiences at dismissal, continuous psychological or physical changes after dismissal, current state, etc. and from the analysis of the data were derived 12 sub-themes and they were categorized into four main themes. The four main themes were 'emotions experienced with dismissal,' 'psychological and physical symptoms,' 'patterns of social perception,' 'and ways of coping with dismissal.' The main themes and their sub-categories were described, and dismissed workers' specific experiences related to them were explained. Lastly, dismissed workers' changes and experiences were discussed based on previous studies.

This study analyzed the process of change related to how long term laid off workers experienced layoff and the subsequent period of unemployment using a phenomenological method. The subjects of this study were five laid off workers whose average period of unemployment was 8 years and 4 months, and they were surveyed through in depth interviews. By in depth interviews based on a semi structured questionnaire, data were collected about the subjects' psychological experiences at the time of layoff, continuous psychological or physical changes after the layoff, current state, coping methods during the period of unemployment, etc. From the results of the survey were derived 21 sub themes and 5 main themes that comprehended the sub themes. The five main themes were 'emotion and perception on and after layoff,' 'symptoms and changes resulting from the lengthening of layoff,' 'lengthened current state,' 'pattern of social perception,' and 'coping with layoff.' The main themes and the sub themes were described and long term laid off worker' associated experiences were explained in detail. Lastly, long term laid off workers' changes and experiences were discussed based on previous studies.

타부 탐색은 타부 전략 기법과 최급 강하 알고리즘이 결합된 알고리즘이다. 이는 한번 방문한 해는 다시 방문하지 않음으로써 지역 최적해에 수렴하지 않고 새로운 방향으로 움직이게 하여 공간 탐색 능력 효율을 높인다. 그러나 기존의 타부 탐색에서 이웃 해를 생성하는 방법에 따라 성능이 많이 좌우된다. 좋지 않은 이웃 해를 생성하는 탐색에서는 얻고자 하는 최적해에 수렴하는 시간이 많이 걸린다. 따라서 이웃 해를 생성할 때 해밍 거리를 고려하여 균형 있는 이웃 해론 생성하고, 해 공간은 탐색함으로써 우수한 최적해를 얻게 됨을 본 논문에서는 보여주고 있다. 이는 다양성도 보장되므로 최적해에 수렴해 가는 속도 또한 빠른 것을 보여주고 있다.

탄성학문제의 엄밀해는 응력의 평형방정식과 변형의 적합조건식 또는 이들을 조합한 탄성의 기 초방정식을 만족하며, 주어진 경계조건을 만족하는 해를 구해야 하겠지만, 문제에 따라서는 그 엄밀해를 구하기가 곤란하거나 또는 아주 복잡하므로 엄밀해에 가까운 근사해를 구하는 것이 편리할 때가 있다. 본강좌에서는 극소 energy 정리와 ritz의 근사계산법을 결합하여 탄성문제의 근사해를 구하는 방법을 설명하고자 한다. 강좌의 처음에는 삼차원에서의 변형 energy와 외력의 일(work)을 유도하고, 이들 사이의 관계로부터 일반국소 energy 정리를 정의한 다음 이 정리가 실제문제에 어떻게 응용될 수 있는가를 보이는 응용예를 주로하여 진행해 보려한다. 이때의 응 용예로 서는 재료역학에서 이미 눈에 익은 기초적 문제를 주로 다루어 보려한다. 재료역학에서의 탄성문제의 해는 정정인 문제와 불정정인 문제를 따로 분류하며, 불정정인 문제의 해는 정역학의 평형방정식과 변형의 적합방정식을 연립으로 하여 해결하든가, 중첩법을 적용하므로서 일반적 으로 상당히 복잡한 해가 되는 것이 보통인데, 본강좌에서 기술하는 방법은 정정 불정정의 문 제를 구별할 필요가 없이 같은 방법이 적용되며 어떤 면에서는 불정정의 문제가 정정의 문제보다 그 해가 간편히 구해질 수 있다는 장점이 있는 것이다.

Explicit solutions of the wave dispersion equation are developed using the recursive relation in terms of the relative water depth. We use the solutions of Eckart (1951), Hunt (1979), and the deep-water and shallow-water solutions for initial values of the solution. All the recursive solutions converge to the exact one except that with the initial value of deep-water solution. The solution with the initial value by Hunt converged much faster than the others. The recursive solutions may be obtained quickly and simply by a hand calculator. For the transformation of linear water waves in whole water depth, the use of the recursive solutions will yield more accurate analytical solutions than use of previously developed explicit solutions.

북극해 주변에 부존된 석유자원의 선점과 기득권을 확보하기 위한 선진 각국의 노력은 2010년대부터는 쇄빙선박과 빙해구조물의 수요 증가로 나타날 것이라 전망된다. 국내 산업계도 빙해역의 자원개발과 북극해를 통한 물류수송의 증가에 신속하게 대비할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 북극해 항로의 역사와 자연환경에 대하여 설명하고, 북극해 항로의 경제성과 북극해를 통한 선박운항 전망에 대하여 논의하며 아울러 북극해 항로 이용에 필요한 제반의 경제적, 기술적 문제점에 대하여 기술한다.

풍수해로부터 안전한 지역사회를 만들기 위해서는 국가적인 대책과 함께 지역내 사회구성원이 풍수해에 대한 사전대비의 중요성 인식과 피해를 최소화 시켜야한다는 사회적 인식이 강화되어야 한다. 그러나 농촌의 경우, 지역 개발 정책이 우선순위에 있어 농촌의 풍수해 예방정책이 후순위에 있는 경우가 많다. 더욱이 농촌의 풍수해 피해는 유사한 지역에서 반복적으로 발생하는 유형을 가지고 있으며, 지리 지형적, 고령화 인구 비중 등 사회적으로 풍수해에 취약한 지역이다. 또한 농촌 주민들 또한 예방보다는 풍수해 발생 후 복구에 대한 대책이 풍수해 대책이라 생각하는 인식을 지니고 있다. 실제로 농촌주민의 안전 불감증은 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 통해 나타났으며, 재난 대책에 대해 이장 혹은 관공서 직원에게만 의존하는 등 풍수해대비에 대해 무지하고 낙관적인 태도를 지니고 있었다. 농촌 주민의 재난 대응에 대한 무지와 무관심등의 인식 변화를 고려하지 않은 채 구조적인 차원의 대응은 풍수해의 예방에 있어 한계성이 발생한다. 농촌의 재난에 대한 인식변화는 주민들의 구조 및 체제에 대한 태도를 변화하게 함으로 써 보다 실효성 있는 변화를 가능하게 한다. 그러나 현 재난 대책에서는 농촌 주민의 재난대책 등에 대한 의식의 반영이 미비하며, 수준에 대한 정확한 측정 또한 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 농촌주민의 재난안전 의식의 고취를 위해 현재의 주민의 재난안전 의식의 수준과 실태를 파악할 수 있는 측정도구를 모색하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발된 측정도구를 통해 농촌 주민의 재난안전의식에 측정 결과에 따른 각각 개선방향이 도출되어 농촌의 풍수해 대비 재난 대책에 대한 실효성이 증가될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 1차년도 사업으로 저공해 연료 및 저공해 자동차의 특성을 조사하고 국내외 저공해 연료 및 저공해 자동차의 연구개발 동향을 파악하여 문제점을 분석 정리함으로써 궁극적으로 대체연료 자동차의 실용화에 따른 자동차 연료의 다원화 및 탈석유화 실현에 공헌하고자 한다.
