과학교육에서의 문제해결력의 강조는 그 긴 역사를 가지고 있으나, 인지 심리학에서의 정보처리 모형을 사용한 문제해결과정의 분석이 사용되면서 그 교수가능성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 하나의 탐색연구로써 학습자들이 물리문제를 해결하려는 과정에서 그 문제를 자기나름으로 이해하여 만든 내적표상과 동원한 해결방안이 문제해결에 어떤 관련이 있는지를 알아내보려고 한다. 물리전공 박사과정 학생 3명을 전문가로, 고등학생 2명과 대학 1년생 4명, 모두 6명을 초보자로 삼아 역학내용을 다룬 세 문제를 소리내어 푸는 과정을 개인별로 녹음하여 그 문제해결과정들을 분석하였으며, 학생들의 사고수준을 알기위해 사고 수준검사가 실시 되었다. 주로 질적 분석을 사용했으나 그 결론을 뒷받침하기위해 비모수통계방법이 사용되었다. (유의수준 . 10) 밝혀진 결론은 다음과 같다. 1) 내적표상은 피험자와 문제에 따라 각각 달랐다. 초보자들은 모두 한가지 표상을 세 문제에 걸쳐 계속 사용한데 반해, 2명의 전문가는 문제에 따라 다른 표상을 사용하였다. 이러한 표상의 형태에 따라 문제해결결과가 달랐다. 즉,일-에너지 표상형태를 사용한 피험자가 더 나은 결과를 얻는것으로 나타났다. 2) 문제해결방안에 있어서는 전문가들은 세문제에 걸쳐 계속하여 지식-개발 방안을 사용하였으나 초보자들은 문제에 따라 다른 방안들을 동원하였다. 지식-개발 방안을 사용한 경우가 다른 것들에 비해 더 나은 결과를 얻는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 사고 수준검사(하위검사 또는 전체)의 접수와 문제해결과정 변인들-특히 내적표상의 형태, 문제해결방안의 종류, 목표확인 그리고 문제 해결력-간에는 유의미한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 4) 그외 속도와 가속도 개념의 혼동, 마찰력 개념의 부정확 등이 공통적으로 범하는 실수였다. 본 연구가 과학교육 실제에 주는 함의로는 내적표상, 문제해결방안의 훈련을 통한 문제해결력의 향상을 들 수 있겠으며 이를 위한 세부연구가 실행되어야 할 것이다.

최근 10여년간 대한민국의 부채 증가원인에 대해 분석하고, 자료분석을 통하여 문제해결기법을 이용하여 해결방안에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 주요 경제지표와 국가부채의 증가 등에 대한 상관관계를 분석하고, 주요 문제에 대한 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 해결방안으로는 문제해결 프로세스를 이용하여 앞으로 5년간 부채감소를 위한 방법론과 구체적인 실행계획(action plan)에 대한 제시를 목표로 한다.

물 분쟁은 더 이상 다른 나라의 이야기가 아니다. 우리나라 역시 산업구조의 변화와 인구의 증가로 물의 수요가 증가함에 따라 많은 물 분쟁이 발생하고 있다. 물 분쟁은 많은 원인과 다양한 차원의 분쟁주체들이 관계하고 있어 복잡한 네트워크구조로 나타나는 특징이 있다. 이러한 다양한 종류의 물 분쟁을 해결하기 위해서는 그 대책 또한 법률적, 기술적, 사회적으로 다양하게 접근 하여야 할 것이다. 그러나 과거 우리나라의 경우 분쟁이 발생하였을 때 그 분쟁의 최후 결정은 주로 사법기관에 의하여 처리되곤 하였다. 이러한 사법적 분쟁해결은 많은 시간과 비용을 필요로 하며 분쟁당사자 모두 만족할 수 없는 결과를 야기 할 수 있는 큰 단점을 안고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 단점을 보완하고 물 분쟁을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 대안적분쟁해결방안(ADR: Alternative Dispute Resolution)을 소개하고, 적용가능성에 대하여 검토하였다. 물 분쟁의 해결을 위해 ADR을 활용한다면 시간과 비용의 절약, 원만한 분쟁해결, 사후에도 당사자들의 좋은 관계 유지 등의 이점을 기대 해볼 수 있다.

본 스마트미디어의 증후군과 문제점 및 해결 방안에 제안했다. 스마트기기의 과다사용으로 거북목증후군, 손목터널, 디지털치매 증상이 나타내고 있다. 따라서 해결 방안으로 스마트미디어 사용을 줄이고, 몸과 마음을 쉬게 하고 스트레칭 등 운동과 쉼을 갖는 것을 예방 및 방안으로 제안한다.

In this article, we examine the current status and problems of research and development of social problem solving in university. Social problem solving R&D is characterized by pursuing social goals and participatory research and development. This paper summarizes the problems faced by the social problem solving R & D in the university and the remedies based on the focus group interview. 1) Establishment of 'the Social problem-solving R&D center' to create a base for embedding social problem-solving R&D within the university; 2) To develop and disseminate social problem solving research and development models suitable for universities; 3) Activation plans for vitalizing the participation of mainstream researchers and civil society in the social problem solving R&D were discussed.

In the design process that focuses on problem solving, in general, two or three barriers to design creativity appear at the same time and are linked to increase difficulty. Because the design problem always arises in unusual, unique, weird, and difficult to define, it is not possible to extract the correct answer through the formula and the answer is always plural. This study aims to present solutions and prove their effectiveness as a follow-up study that seeks to overcome the representative obstacles to design creativity discussed in the previous study. To this end, a qualitative study was conducted to find solutions to the obstacles suggested in the previous study and to devise key solutions(creativity development cards). At the same time, a quantitative research methodology using experiments and statistical analysis was adopted. After grasping the core characteristics of an object using the creativity development card, it was able to approach the creative solution by utilizing the reductive analysis of the original such as transformation of the core characteristics, reconsideration of essential problems and intentional differentiation. As a result, it was confirmed that the proposed solutions were effective not only as a method of overcoming the barriers to design creativity, but also in improving creativity.
