A Development of Tentative Measuring items of Korean Corporate Symbolic Image using brand personality (브랜드 개성 항목을 활용한 한국 기업의 상징적 이미지 측정 도구 시안 개발)

  • This study was designed to identify and develop the measurement items of symbolic image (personality) of most preferred Korean companies in adaptation of prior research of brand personality. From the common factor analysis, factors were extracted to five dimensions: Sincerity, Competence, Affection, Excitement, and Sophistication. In this survey, we collected data from the 558 respondents and performed a structural equation model using AMOS 16.0. The result of the confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the measurement model of Korean corporate symbolic image could be effectively used to envision the personality of Korean companies with similar context of brand personality research. Furthermore, this empirical study showed interesting results. One of unique Korean emotions, affection factor, was derived from this research as well and it is also proven that the Korean-corporate symbolic image could be used to measure the corporate personality and it should be continuously reinterpreted with deviation of socio-cultural changes rather than adhering to standardized paradigm.

새로운 패러다임의 지역 산업클러스터 성공전략: 오프라인과 온라인의 수렴

  • 본 연구에서는 항만클러스터에 대한 온라인과 오프라인의 융합요소를 도출하고 이러한 융합요소가 항만클러스터의 성공에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 온라인과 오프라인의 융합요소에는 첫째, 정보화, IT화, e-transformation화 수준 등을 포함하는 e-비즈니스화 정도 둘째, B2B 전자상거래 수준 셋째, 관련 온라인기업들의 활성화 수준, 넷째, 항만클러스터에 특화된 e-비즈니스 지원 산업 수준 그리고 마지막으로 E-Logistics 수준 등이 있다. 항만클러스터의 오프라인 요소와 온라인 요소가 융합됨에 따라 얻어지는 효익항목, 항만클러스터 SCM 가치사슬 구성요인에 대한 항목, 그리고 항만클러스터에 속한 기업이 얻을 수 있는 성과항목에 대한 요인을 추출하기 위하여 요인분석을 행하였으며, 요인분석에서 추출된 온라인과 오프라인의 융합요소가 거시적인 측면에서 항만클러스터 SCM 가치사슬 요인과 미시적인 측면에서 클러스터내의 개별기업 성공에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하기 위하여 회귀분석을 수행하였다.

Study on the Importance and Performance of Food & Beverage Festival Attributes Using IPA (IPA를 활용한 식음료 축제속성의 중요도와 성취도 연구)

  • This study examined the differences of importance and performance perception level among the food & beverage festival attributes of visitors participating 'Daegu Chimac Festival' and also conducted importance-performance analysis (IPA) of food & beverage festival Attributes. The results were as follows: firstly, food & beverage festival attributes were grouped into four factors such as 'sanitation environment', 'food taste and variety', 'food quality and supplementary service' and 'food purchase convenient.' Secondly, the 4 factors and 21 items of festival attributes showed statistically significant differences in their levels of importance and performance. Finally, results of the questionnaire survey of 322 visitors at '2018 Daegu Chimac Festival' indicated that 'food purchase convenient' and 'food taste and variety' were important to visitors and had high performance. Although attributes related to 'food quality and supplementary service' had an low importance and low performance, and also 'sanitation environment' had an low importance and high performance in the IPA results, they were identified as the key determinants affecting food & beverage festival' success.

Evaluation of Analytic Hierarchy Process Method and Development of a Weight Modified Model (AHP 분석의 문제점과 수정가중치모형의 개발)

  • This study examines problems with using the conventional analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and proposes a method of weight adjustment as a modification of AHP. AHP is a method for transforming complex decision problems into a hierarchal structure, which is composed of elements in the upper and lower levels and then using pairwise comparisons to evaluate these elements and subsequently to obtain their relative weights. The elements' relative importance is reliable if the elements in the lower hierarchical levels (sub factors) that comprise each element in the upper hierarchical level (primary factor) are equal in number. In other words, if the number of sub factors is different for each primary factor, a serious error is expected as a result. Therefore, this study proposes a modification of AHP that can avoid such an error when AHP is used. Specifically, an error that arises from different number of sub factors (matrix size) can be overcome by making the number of sub factors identical for each primary factor. The resulting model has been validated through the applications in different AHP hierarchical structures.

  • Along with high-rise buildings, complex buildings used by many unspecified people, such as various buildings and underground-linked buildings, are increasing. In particular, high-rise buildings are accompanied by a number of casualties and a lot of property damage in the event of a disaster, so reinforced integrated disaster management is necessary. The High-Rise Disaster Management Act stipulates that a general disaster manager is appointed and requires stricter safety management tasks than other buildings. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and present item factors for a preliminary survey of job satisfaction of general disaster managers through literature research and expert verification.

  • 본 연구는 정보보안 수준을 효과적이고 효율적으로 측정할 수 있는 간편한 지표를 개발하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 기존 관련연구 및 지표를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 개선 방향을 설정한 후, 관련전문가들에게 예비조사를 실시하여 후보지표 항목을 선정하였다. 선정된 후보지표 항목에 대한 타당성 검증을 위해 보안 전문가 집단에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 요소로서의 타당성, 상대적 중요성, 항목 결여시 보안사고 발생확률, 사고의 심각성 등 4가지 기준에 의한 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 각 후보 지표 항목에 대한 요소로서의 타당성을 도출하였다. 대부분의 후보 항목이 바람직한 항목인 것으로 나타났다. 향후 요인 분석과 상관 분석 등을 추가로 수행하고, 보안 수준을 계량화하는 연구로 발전시킬 필요가 있다.

Research on e-book Market Activation Factor in the viewpoint of CPND Eco-system : Focused in the Publisher AHP (CPND 생태계 관점의 전자책 시장 활성화 요인 연구 : 출판사 실무자 AHP를 중심으로)

  • In this study, we derived key factors required for the activation of the domestic e-book market and evaluated its importance. Specifically, we derived key evaluation items of C-P-N-D ecosystem perspective through literature review. In addition, we analyzed the implications by evaluating the importance depending on AHP after derived items were modified and classified together with the publisher working group. As the results of analysis, experts considered price(0.785), quality(0.149) and service(0.066) as the important items among three items derived as the primary upper class. A total of 23 factors were derived as the secondary lower class. The importance depending on C-P-N-D areas is as follows: contents(0.43), platform(0.35), device(0.11) and network(0.05). Among the entire sub-factors, three items such as 'distribution of profits with platform', 'profitability of product costs of contents' and 'appropriate rental price of contents and streaming service' showed significantly higher importance than that of other 20 items.

Usability Evaluation for Life-logging Application (라이프로깅 애플리케이션 사용성 평가)

  • As user-centered design and content development emerge, the research and the establishment of items on usability evaluation are becoming more important. However, research on usability evaluation for digital systems in specific areas of mobile applications is still incomplete. Due to the recent development of wearable devices and smartphones, development and usage of quantified-self and life-logging applications has been rapidly increasing. This study aims to establish evaluation items and the main factors for the usability assessment of the applications that support life-logging services. In order to establish evaluation factors for life-logging application usability, we first gathered existing usability assessment items and selected the initial items through the Focus Group Interview(FGI). Second, we conducted user assessment surveys on the selected initial questionnaires and performed reliability and exploratory factor analyses based on the survey results. Third, through the statistical analyses results, we established 28 usability assessment items and four factors: recognition; functionality; aesthetics; and satisfaction. Finally, we discussed the expectations and limitations of the established usability assessment. The results from this paper could be used as a guideline for the usability assessment of life-logging applications and thus will contribute to effective content development.

A Study on the Customer Reward Program Factors in Ski Resort (스키리조트의 고객 보상프로그램 요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed to research customer reward program factors of ski resorts in Korea through surveying the expert panel side and the customer side. This study conducted survey for 28 practicians that have been working for the department of customer reception of 6 different ski resorts all over the country and 7 faculties quited well-known in the academic circles. Delphi technique has been used to conduct survey customer reward program factors of the supplier side till the 3rd survey as the final. Based on this survey, an interview and a questionnaire survey have been used to conduct survey customer reward program factors that have been aware by the 50 customers, who have visited the ski resorts in 2014, and compared those two surveys above. In order to process the data, descriptive statistic analysis and Kendall W test have been utilized PASWWIN Ver. 18.0. The results were as follows: discount factor 8 articles, promotion factor 10 articles, package factor 5 articles, and convenience factor 6 articles have been produced as a good result.

한국기업의 지식경영 준비도(Readiness) 측정 도구 개발에 관한 연구 : 지식 고도화 모형을 기반으로

  • 본 연구에서는 지식경영을 실시하기 전에 자사의 현 상태를 진단할 수 있는 조직의 지식경영 준비도 측정 도구를 개발하였다. 조직 내 지식활동을 총체적으로 분석하기 위해 '지식고도화 모형'을 기반으로 해서, 각 영역에 사회적 요인과 기술적 요인으로 구분된 틀을 적용하여 연역하였다. 연역한 결과, 사람, 문화, 제도, 프로세스, 기술의 5차원에서 총 22개의 측정항목이 도출되었고, 도출된 요인의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 통해 최종적으로 5차원에서 총 21 개의 측정항목이 도출되었다.(중략)
