Companies are facing challenges to have high competitiveness because of continuous oil price rising and CO2 emissions regulations. Thus, companies are trying hard to construct effective logistics and operation system to achieve high customer service quality and saving cost. Also the ec-friendly idustrial complex is needed. Busan is in process to construct GILC(Global Industry Logistics City) in west Busan province to achieve high competitiveness and support lack of industrial complex. To construct this kind of logistics industrial complex, it needs logistics system through proper policy and freight transportation co-operation. Especially, efficient management through logistics hierarchy construction in industrial complex is very important for low cost and eco-friendly point of view. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze logistics system and suggest operation model to present logistics complex construction base data.

Domestic offshore business is oriented toward building drill-ships, FPSOs(Floating Production Storage and Off loading). But the equipments needed for offshore platforms are not so developed in Korea because the equipments can not be verified in Korean territory where the offshore platforms are not stationed. This study aims at finding some methods on entering into OSI for the maintenance and disassembly of fixed offshore platforms. Slack model is adopted to find out how slack assets could play a role in penetrating foreign markets. Firstly, entry into the South East Asian market is recommended. Secondly, forming a consortium is suggested by which taking part in offshore market can be easier. Finally, strategic plans for obtaining the technology for ship building equipments are needed as well as government support.

By strengthening the market control and expanding the networks, providers of global logistics are expanding their service scope. Warehouses connects networks to between internal and external warehouses worldwide by using employees. The paper focuses on analyzing the efficiency of the top forty Global Logistics Providers. Therefore, the study classifies the factors which specify the efficiency of a total logistics industry and verified its firmness. Furthermore, the most recent published reports by Logistics Quarterly and Armstrong Association in 2012 was used in order to guarantee credibility of the study. For scope period for analysis, this study utilizes three years of materials, from 2007 to 2010. By applying the DEA Window model and Malmquist, the trend in efficiency and stableness was analyzed. Consequently, the main purpose of the paper is evaluating the efficiency. Also, analyzing its determinants and illustrating a long-term relationship between the annual turnover and the number of Industry Focus/Key Customers was used as output measures. In addition, the number of warehouses worldwide and employees worldwide, of Logistics Providers were used as input measures.

The Alibaba Company, founded by Mayun in 1997, captured no.1 position in the global electronic commerce industry in 2016. Logistics strategy and paying system of the firm have greatly contributed to its success. The study aims not only to investigate the entrepreneurship of Mayun to inspire Korean youths with it, but also to help Korean E Commerce industry with logistics strategy of the Alibaba Group. The study adopts the management history approach through a literature survey on life time story, management philosophy of Mayun. Results from a study on Ma Yun's entrepreneurship style showed certain key characteristics: a global mindset, marketing and advertising proficiency, patriotism, a challenging spirit, and creativity. Alibaba's logistics system has greatly contributed to the success of the company's E commerce trade so far. However, some things are left to be desired in the following areas: logistics management system, logistics contract unit price, competitiveness in warehousing compared to rival Chinese companies, and last mile delivery.

As corporate management enters the era of informatization or knowledge management, the level of patent quality, which is the fruit of R&D and technical innovation, is an important element of corporate competitiveness in this age of unbridled competition. This study analyzes the relevance between R&D stocks and 6 types of knowledge stock (patent quality) and corporate market values in utilization of related research models. With Tobin Q model utilized, 108,851 U.S. patents (observed value per year: 2,795) registered by 402 domestic enterprises were analyzed. As the Hall model was analyzed, it turned out that the R&D stock/asset, claim stock/patent stock, and citation stock/patent stock had positive effect on corporate market values. The inventor stock/patent stock also show positive effect on corporate market values.

In order to suggest ways to enhance service competitiveness in cruise and destination, this study developed a measure of cruise tour service and analyzed the impact and relative importance on customer satisfaction. Specifically, for the service quality analysis, based on the SERVPERF model, the specialty of the industry was reflected through the arguments of tourism and transport logistics, and the three factors of cruise service quality and destination service quality were derived and utilized as measurement tools. As an analysis method, factor and reliability analysis were conducted using data collected via a survey. Next, correlation analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between variables and regression analysis was performed to check the impact of cruise tour service quality on customer satisfaction. The study found that both cruise service attributes and destination service attributes had a positive effect on customer satisfaction and that the relative importance of service attributes was identified. Accordingly, it was found that the service quality should be formed by reflecting arguments in the tourism and transport logistics sectors and that the service should be further improved and developed according to the importance of the service attributes so as to enhance cruise tour products.

It has been reported that dried orange peel in a medicine prepared from crude drugs has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral functions, prevents circulatory diseases, reduces lipids, improves immunity, and strengthens capillary vessels. This study attempted to identify the antibacterial effects of dried orange peel extract on S. mutans causing dental caries, and its effects on GTase activation. The extract was put on the medium at the concentration of 5, 10 and 20 mg/ml and its effects on the inhibition of S. mutans growth were examined. Analysis found that the higher the concentration was, the more the number of colonies was reduced. In accordance with the measurement after 8 hours, the extract displayed a high growth inhibition rate: 92% at a concentration of 5 mg/ml, 95% at a concentration of 10 mg/ml and 99% at a concentration of 20 mg/ml. Furthermore, the GTase deactivation rate by the extract was measured. The higher the concentration of extract was, the more rapidly the deactivation rate increased. The deactivation rate of the extract was significant at 42% at a concentration of 5mg/ml.

The purpose of this study is preparing for the expansion of water leisure sports in accordance with the marina port building project, enforcement of Reservoir Development Special Act and the revision of Water Leisure Sports Safety Act by government. For the purpose, this study investigated the status of physical education class as a cultural study in universities, collected/analyzed the related literatures to analyze the role of physical education class and analyzed the curriculum of university physical education as a cultural study being taught at 17 national and public universities in nationwide 12 areas. The university physical education as a cultural study should be given as a preparation for future water leisure sports age so that it can achieve its inherent purpose of fostering sports demonstrating ability as a lifetime sports. By doing such, people will have better life while enjoying water leisure sports.

This research aims to grasp ripple effect of land space by assuming the linkage of transcontinental railway, asian highway, rail ferry and undersea tunnel. The result of research was drawn positively. But all region don't have same result. Pacific Yellow Sea of Chnia has better route on the present sea transport. The other region has better route on changing network. This research has some academic significants as a research start in an unexplored field and basic research for following research. Currently, the amount of containers is growing up continuously. However, they still depend on humans checking or validating. In this situation, humans must participate in the systems. Situation-awareness technologies allow human participation to be minimized. The situation-awareness technologies provide data or service appropriate to the object's current state, and the state is recognized automatically by the system. They can automatically execute working processes without human intervention. We suggest a middleware system based on situation-awareness technologies using an ontology for the safety transportation of containers. The middleware is aware of the current state and sends the data required by an application. It can help build new applications by enhancing agility, and it can also support automated service processing by invoking the service required like fire-fighting, fixing container, and so on. Improving transportation of containers process automation with situation-awareness technologies reduces manpower requirements for checking and validating containers, and so saves logistics costs of container transportation.
