The research of skin-tone detection has been conducting continuously to enlarge the importance in security, surveillance and administration of the information and 'Password Control System' for using face and skin recognition in airports, harbors and general companies. As well as tile rapid diffusion of the application range in image communications and an electron transaction using wide range of communication network, the importance of the accurate detection of skin color has been augmenting recently. In this paper, it will set up the boundaries of skin colors using the information of Cb and Cr in YCbCr color model of human skin color which is from hundreds compiled portrait images for each race, and suggest a efficient yet simple structure about the skin detection which has been followed by whether the comprehension of the boundaries of skin or not with adaptive skin-range set. With the possibility of the 1D Processes which does not use any memory, it is able to be applied to relatively small-sized hardware and system such as mobile apparatuses. To add the selective mode, it is not only available the improvement of tie skin detection, but also showing the correspondent results about previous face recognition technologies using complicated algorithm.

The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of characteristics of maritime telemedicine (service quality, recognition or not of service, health counselling service experience or not) on seafarer's satisfaction, and also analyze the effect of seafarer's satisfaction on loyalty. This study's data was collected from the Research Report of Survey of telemedicine service subjects in 2017 conducted in the maritime telemedicine pilot project. However, only 103 seafarers who received maritime telemedicine (Tele-Monitering) services were analyzed statistically. The main results of this study were as follows. ⅰ) Better service quality led to higher levels of satisfaction, ii) High levels of seafarer's satisfaction led to high levels of loyalty, iii) Seafarers whose age is under 50 than 30 years old are less satisfied, ⅳ) In total boarding career, Seafarers with more than 5 years but less than 10 years were more satisfied than seafarers with less than 5 years, ⅴ) Seafarers with more than 10 years but less than 15 years were more satisfied than seafarers with less than 5 years, ⅵ) Seafarers with more than 15 years but less than 20 years were more satisfied than seafarers with less than 5 years, ⅶ) Also, Seafarers in excess of 20 years were more satisfied than seafarers with less than 5 years, In conclusion, ⅰ) Better service quality led to higher levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Accordingly, the improvement of service quality is not only an important factor in improving satisfaction and loyalty, but also plays an important role in forming a positive image of maritime telemedicine. ⅱ) Seafarers with younger age and lower overall total boarding career were more satisfied. It is believed that the seafarer who are willing to use telemedicine and who are willing to refer to others are young.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the middle-aged Korean's experience discriminated level on the acts of discrimination against the elderly, and moderating effect of the awareness of social status of the aged. The subjects were 509 middle-aged(40-54 years old) from the Korean General Social Survey(KGSS)(2011). This study applied descriptive analyses, correlation analysis and multi-regression with STATA14. The results showed that the level of discrimination against the elderly was 2.20points(5 points), and awareness of elderly's social status was 2.45 points (4 points). Middle-aged Korean's experience discriminated was 0.74. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that discriminatory experiences affect positively on discrimination against the elderly. However, the awareness of elderly' social status had a negative interaction effect on the relationship between discriminatory experiences and discrimination against the elderly. Discrimination against the elderly was increased when the level of experience of discrimination was high and the social status of the aged was low. Based on the results, this study suggested practical and political opinions for reducing Discrimination against the elderly.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management may be one of the recent hot topics in corporate management. The purpose of this paper was to study the level of ESG activities of shipping companies. The shipping industry is known to have low transparency and low favorability (Yun, 2022). This study determined whether ESG activities of shipping companies known to the public or studied qualitatively were consistent with objective facts through quantitative analysis. Analysis was conducted on 8,009 firm-year KOSP I listed companies from 2010 to 2022 using ESG ratings evaluated and published by KCGS. As a result of the analysis, it was found that shipping companies had a lower level of ESG activities than non-shipping companies. Although many research studies have been done on companies' ESG activities, research on corporate social responsibility activities and ESG activities of domestic shipping companies is limited. This paper is significant in that it is the first study to quantitatively analyze ESG management status of domestic shipping companies. Shipping companies should make efforts to improve their images, improve their business performances, and increase corporate sustainability by taking the lead in proactive ESG activities rather than performing passive ESG activities due to external regulations such as IMO 2020 and IMO 2050.

The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of active ingredients in cosmetics are very important. The effects are closely related to the prevention of skin aging. Among medicinal plants, Bletilla striata Reichenbach fil. has well-known pharmacological activity. Extracted samples were prepared using sequential fractionation of ethyl acetate, butanol, and water. The antioxidant effect of the fractions was confirmed by DPPH and ABTS+ radical scavenging. Among the various fractions of B. striata Reichenbach fil., ethyl acetate was associated with a reduction in nitric oxide production, which was induced by LPS (lipopolysaccharide) treatment in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, the production of iNOS (inducible nitric oxide synthase) and COX-2 (cyclooxygenase-2), which are upstream regulators of nitric oxide production, was also inhibited. Thus, the ethyl acetate fraction of B. striata Reichenbach fil. appears to be a potential active ingredient for use in cosmetics.

Numerical analysis has the advantage that no actual flow pathways need to be formulated, making this technique especially useful for simulation analysis such as pathway design. However, it does require that the complete physical parameters of the fluid and the complete boundary conditions be known. If any of them are unknown, either the calculation will become impossible, or even if the calculation does converge, the reliability of the result will be low. Therefore, a means of more accurate acquisition of flow information is required. In this paper, we present techniques for estimating flow field from a constraint equation for image information and velocity field, based on the image intensity changes accompanying the motion of dye in waterway. In the equation, we entered a stabilizing term to suppress estimation error. We show the effectiveness of our method through experiments with generated and real images of a Karman vortex.

Amid growing social interest in child abuse, and announced the seriousness of child abuse crimes and aroused public interest in related issues. Based on true stories and characters, both films created unique narratives about child abuse cases, but drew on the traditional representation and discursive construction of child abuse news articles. By setting the stepmother as the perpetrator and the father as the neglecter, the gender role of women as primary caregiver was reconfirmed and the stereotypical image of the 'evil stepmother' in popular narratives was exploited. The cinematic reenactment of the evil stepmother not only highlighted the normative family discourse, but also reinforced the maternal myth by emphasizing the binary opposition between the evil stepmother and the lost birth mother.

Physics-Informed Neural Network (PINN) is used to invert bubble size distributions from attenuation losses. By considering a linear system for the bubble population inversion, Adaptive Learned Iterative Shrinkage Thresholding Algorithm (Ada-LISTA), which has been solved linear systems in image processing, is used as a neural network architecture in PINN. Furthermore, a regularization based on the linear system is added to a loss function of PINN and it makes a PINN have better generalization by a solution satisfying the bubble physics. To evaluate an uncertainty of bubble estimation, deep ensemble is adopted. 20 Ada-LISTAs with different initial values are trained using the same training dataset. During test with attenuation losses different from those in the training dataset, the bubble size distribution and corresponding uncertainty are indicated by average and variance of 20 estimations, respectively. Deep ensemble Ada-LISTA demonstrate superior performance in inverting bubble size distributions than the conventional convex optimization solver of CVX.

About the phenomenon of being imaged of everything, the scholars of the humanities who had studied on the simple reason structure in a text have been in a big agony how accept it. Especially, semiologists have studied about this for a long time and the points at issues of Saussure, Peirce as well as Umbeto Eco are more outstanding. Being based upon his philosophic interesting from medieval esthetics to modern semiotics, Eco was very concerned about the field of general esthetics and poputar arts like television and cartoons. He connected the mutual open-relations between 'signifier' and 'signified' debated in Semiotics with the open and vague modern arts and regarding it as a deviation from the custom, intensively studied the film-media. Saussure is a representative figure of semiotics and explained Sign and the character of semiotics as the division into two parts such as signifier/ signified, form/ substance, langue/ parole, synchrony/ diachrony. The triadic semiotics (the theory that Sign is composed of the triadic structure like sign, referent and interpretant) of Peirce put the new item- 'interpretant' in sign and referent to connect them and open the possibility to introduce time in to the Sign. In this paper, I try to analyze a cartoon film in the semiotic structure with the systemic, reasonable and logical approach and analysis as as possible. While the images shown through a film were depended on the romantic and impressional judge in the past, due to semiotics, it' s quite possible to correlate the procedure of symbolization to social coherence so that we analyze the incredible power of images to suck audiences with the systemetic Sign. I accept all ot film-images including a cartoon film as not the simple esthetic arts but a social custom and system, want to serve as a aid to properly understand world and humanbeings and prevent the film-image from being mystic. A cartoon and a cartoon film which were begun with the link of a text and an illustration give shape to all of images such as materials, places and even thoughts with a cartoon icon existed in only a cartoon. A cartoon and a cartoon film simply and exquistely conceptualize the complex and vague attribute of an organic creature and extend them infinetly beyond language. However, it can be exploited as a mysticism to temptate the general public and a faking material. In addition to that, it can distort our world-knowledge engaging a political power and the massive power of mass media. In this paper, being based on semiotics to approach a cartoon film in a scientific and organic system, I conclude that a non-linguistic cartoon expression is entangled with the manifold signs and implies the supplementary meanings just like a regular linguistic expression. It remarks that the iconic images of a cartoon film are composed of the social codes and can be analyzed on grounds of a linguistic system.

검사점 및 복구 도구(Checkpointing & Recovery Facility)를 이용하여 임베디드 시스템에서 결함 허용(Fault Tolerance) 기법을 적용할 경우 쓰기 작업의 오버헤드로 인해 실용성이 크게 떨어지게 된다. 실시간 운영체제와 함께 어떠한 한계 상황에서 결함 허용 및 복구 도구가 오히려 시스템의 성능을 저하시키는 요인으로 작용하게 되면 이는 결국 쓸모없는 도구가 되어 사용되지 않을 것이다. 따라서 프로세스의 복구를 위해 저장하는 프로세스 이미지의 기록에 소요되는 시간을 크게 낮추어야만 비로소 검사점 도구가 그 진가를 발휘하게 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 NVSRAM(Non Volatile SRAM)을 검사점 및 복구 도구의 저장 장치로 활용함으로써 기존의 검사점 도구에서 성능을 저하시키는 주원인이었던 검사점 기록의 오버헤드를 개선하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 검사점 기록 시간을 줄이기 위한 방법으로 주 메모리에 저장된 프로세스의 복구와 관련된 데이터를 SRAM 특성을 갖는 비휘발성 저장 장치인 NVSRAM에 저장하여 디스크 접근에 소요되는 시간을 최소화시킴으로써 임베디드 시스템에서 실용적으로 사용 가능한 검사점 도구를 구현하였고, 이러한 연구의 결과를 검증하기 위해 기존 시스템에서 저장 장치로 사용되던 플래시 메모리, 주 메모리, 원격 메모리를 사용하는 경우의 성능과 NVSRAM을 활용할 때의 성능을 비교해 보았다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 결함 허용 도구는 실제 시스템에 적용하여 효과적인 성능을 발휘할 수 있을 것이며, 차세대 메모리를 이용한 결함 허용 도구의 연구에 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.ate첨가배지(添加培地)에서 가장 저조(低調)하였다. vitamin중(中)에서는 niacin과 thiamine첨가배지(添加培地)에서 근소(僅少)한 증가(增加)를 나타내었다.소시켜 항이뇨 및 Na 배설 감소를 초래하는 작용과, 둘째는 신경 경로를 통하지 않고, 아마도 humoral factor를 통하여 신세뇨관에서 Na 재흡수를 억제하는 작용이 복합적으로 나타내는 것을 알 수 있었다.으로 초래되는 복합적인 기전으로 추정되었다., 소형과와 기형과는 S-3에서 많이 나왔다. 이상 연구결과에서 입도분포가 1.2-5mm인 것이 바람직한 것으로 나타났다.omopolysaccharides로 확인되었다.
