기존 바다낚시공원을 비롯한 바다낚시시설은 이용률 저조, 연계 프로그램 및 관광상품 부족, 편의시설이나 숙박시설 등 부대시설 부족 등으로 인해 바다낚시를 중심으로 증가하는 해양레저의 수요에 대응하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 바다낚시 및 해양레저 수요에 대응하여 가족이 즐기고 힐링할 수 있는 낚시복합타운의 조성이 필요하며 이에 본 연구는 국내 해양레저복합공간의 사례분석을 바탕으로 낚시복합타운 개념을 정립하고 낚시복합타운의 유형을 분류한 다음 유형별 시설구성안을 제시하고자 한다.

통영항에 5,000DWT급 여객선과 일반화물선이 이용 가능한 다목적부두 건설을 위해 해상교통현황 조사 및 측정, 통항 및 접 이안안전성, 계류안전성 등과 같은 해상교통안전진단을 실시하였다. 연안항으로 지정 운영되고 있는 통영항 다목적부두의 안전진단 수행 과정에서 부각된 항만 및 수역시설에 대한 안전관리 체계의 미비점, 전담 부서의 부재, 임의도선구의 문제점 등을 고찰하고자 한다. 특히 국내 연안항 항만개발 사업의 대부분이 해당 도 시 군이 직접 시행하는 경우가 많아 항만개발과 수역시설의 안전관리사이의 공백이 발생하고 있어, 향후 연안항 안전관리체계 전반에 대한 구조적 개선이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

우리나라의 지리적인 여건상 대륙과 연결되지 않기 때문에 해상운송에 절대적으로 의존하고 있다. 해상운송에 있어 항만시설의 확보가 필요하며 대외무역의존도가 높은 우리나라의 경우 더욱 중요한 역할을 한다. 항만시설은 장기적인 항만수요예측을 통해 대규모 인프라투자를 결정하며 단기적인 예측은 항만운영의 효율성을 개선하고 항만의 경쟁력을 제고하는데 기여하므로 예측의 정확성을 높이기 위해 많은 노력이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 모델 중에 하나인 LSTM(Long Short Term Memory)을 적용하여 우리나라 주요항만의 컨테이너 물동량 단기예측을 수행하여 선행연구들에서 주류를 이뤘던 ARIMA류의 시계열모델과 비교하여 예측성능을 평가할 것이다. 본 논문은 학문적으로 항만수요예측에 관한 새로운 예측모델을 제시하였다는 측면에서 의미가 있으며 실무적으로 항만수요예측에 대한 정확성을 개선하여 항만투자의사결정에 과학적인 근거로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 서해안 특성에 적합한 연안역 안전시설 설계기준을 마련을 위해 국내 외 도로, 해안, 항만 구조물의 안전시설기준을 비교, 분석, 정리하였다. 검토된 설계기준은 항만시설물의 안전시설 설계지침,항만 및 어항설계기준, 조경 설계기준, 도로부대시설, 도로교 설계기준, 미국 FHWA DSTA, 그리고 미국 FHWA PFG을 검토하였다. 검토결과 국내의 연안역 안전시설 설계기준 및 적용이 미흡한 상황에 있으며 설계외력산정 및 평가에 적절한 보정계수 및 관련 상세설계기준 마련이 시급한 것으로 판단된다.

항만은 해륙교통의 요충지로서 그리고 국토의 균형적인 발전과 지역진흥의 기반으로서 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있지만 노후항만시설 및 쇠퇴공간에 대한 유지 및 보수가 효과적으로 이루어지지 않아 기능의 상실은 물론 재해와 우범화의 대상이 될 수 있다. 특히, 항만의 활성화를 위해 중요한 부분인 항만고유의 기능인 생산 및 물류의 지원과 아울러 소득수준 향상에 따른 풍부한 생활공간으로의 환경 친화적인 정비와 항만재개발이 필요하며, 미래지향적 종합항만공간으로의 기능전환이 이루어지고 있다. 국내 최초로 대규모 항만재개발이 추진되고 있는 부산북항재개발 사업에서도 항만도시의 경쟁력을 위해 국가차원에서의 경관계획을 반영하고 있으며, 해양도시 이미지 개선 및 가치향상을 위한 노력의 일환으로 고유의 자연, 역사, 문화적 자원과 함께 각종시설, 건축물, 상징물, 생태 녹지의 상황과 특성에 맞는 경관조성에 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산북항재개발 사업에 대한 경관색채계획 사례분석을 통해 경관조성방안에 대해 향후발전방향에 대한 기초자료로 활용 할 수 있으리라 판단된다.

National industrial complexes, airports, and seaports are major logistics nodes and the availability of their logistics services is a key factor for the successful operation of entire supply chains. For this reason, the central government has established a plan for their development and is investing in development projects. However, some difficulties exist in project prioritization and investment plan creation owing to the absence of a clear appraising method. For a smooth flow of national logistics and efficient investment on facilities, it is necessary to diagnose the logistics facilities' present conditions and practice sustainable management. In this study, a diagnostic method for logistics services, which consists of service factors and facility factors, is proposed. Adopting the method, facility factors can be prioritized to improve facilities' services; further, a standard procedure is proposed to support decision making for effective investments in logistics facilities. The method is applied to actual logistics facilities (three national industrial complexes, three seaports, and two airports) and the results indicate that it can be effectively applied to actual logistics facilities.

본 연구에서는 국내 항만보안 효율성을 측정하기 위한 사전연구로 항만보안에 있어서 중요 평가항목을 선정하고 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌조사 및 관계자들의 인터뷰를 통해 평가항목을 선정하였고, 이들 항목을 4개의 대분류와 12개의 중분류로 분류하였다. 다음으로 해양수산부 공무원, 항만공사 직원, 학계 관계자들로 구성된 전문가들의 설문조사를 통해 평가항목에 대하여 AHP 기법을 이용하여 중요도를 산출하였다. 상위 수준의 중요도 산출결과, 해양수산부 공무원 그룹과 항만공사 직원 그룹은 시설 지원 항목의 중요도가 높았으며 학계 관계자 그룹의 경우 인력예산 지원 항목의 중요도가 높았다. 하위 수준 항목의 종합중요도 분석 결과, 해양수산부 공무원 그룹과 항만공사 직원 그룹에서는 항만 내 통합시스템 구축 및 유관기관 간의 협조를 통한 운영시스템 강화의 순위가 가장 높았으나, 학계 관계자 그룹의 경우 보안인력들의 처우개선이 가장 높은 순위로 나타났다.

해양교통시설 관련 산업은 광학, 전자, 금속구조, 화학, 전파, 컴퓨터, 우주공학까지 많은 첨단가술이 복합되어 있고 자국 내 시장의 협소로 관련 산업을 육성하지 않아 세계의 대부분 시장을 소수의 선진국이 거의 독점을 하고 있다. 우리나라의 관련 산업체와 외국 업체와의 기술을 비교하고 문제점을 도출해서 세계시장으로 진입 할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

This paper is designed to look for a specialized strategies by drawing the special features of Busan New Port from both a comparative analysis of major factors of harbor competitiveness and a SWOT analysis of Busan New Port and Yangshan Port, one of the biggest competitive ports in Northeast Asia, so that Busan New Port may preoccupy a status as the hub port of the area. The researcher would like to suggest the following measures to make Busan New Port serve as the central port of Northeast Asia on the basis of the findings; Korea should push ahead with creating a railroad transportation linking with Eurasia Contient, secure the amount of goods and resources with the help of the early development of the surrounding complex of the port, make a considerable progress in the level of port service, come up with a differentiation strategies for harbor marketing activities and improve its productivity.

The quantity of container transportation of the world habors is constantly increasing by 8.8 per year until 2011. Present port facilities will not satisfy it. So facility expansion is necessary. Because the processing cost in the harbor becomes to 30% of total transportation expense, major pors inthe world are making an effort in the automation facilities to solve the problems of higher labor costs and indufficient labor and to maximize the efficiency of the work and use of the land. Especially, the automation of the gate, which is the place of cargo's appearance and disappearance, the node which creates the information, is now rising as the important issue. In this study suggest more efficient design for port gate automation. First, calculate scale of gate complex, and compare of 1 step gate and 2 step, and optimal design for automated operation method of gate process.
