시화호 유동특성 해석을 위한 기초자료 수집 및 분석

  • 금회 연구대상지인 시화호는 과거 외해와의 소통이 차단되어 심각한 수질악화현상이 나타나 2001년 이후 해수의 상시 유통 및 환경개선에 노력중인 해역으로써 2004년 방조제에 조력발전소 건설이 확정된 이후 방조제 내 외측의 조차를 이용하여 발전 중이며 주변 도시의 산업단지 및 신도시 조성계획에 따라 지속적인 간척사업이 이루어지고 있다. 조력발전소 가동에 의해 일 2회 외해와의 해수 소통이 있으나 차폐된 해역으로 하천에서 유입되는 오염원와 내측 간척사업에 따른 수질 악화가 우려된다. 따라서 이러한 해역 특성을 고려한 해양환경을 파악하기 위하여 금회 연구에서는 바람, 하천 유입, 조력발전소 유입수 등의 영향을 분석하여 이에 따른 유동 특성을 해석하였다. 검토 결과 시화호의 유동장은 조력발전소의 유출입과 하천의 유입에 의해 흐름 양상이 결정되며 간사지가 넓게 분포하고 있어 이에 따른 영향이 클 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 호수 내측의 조류 자료가 미비하여 이를 고려한 검증 작업이 필요할 것으로 판단되며 강우를 포함하여 영향을 분석할 경우 추후 시화호 오염물질의 해양 확산 양상을 재현하는데 있어 기초연구로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • Recently several research groups using CORMIX, approved by EPA, have been working on the hydrodynamic mixing processes due to the ocean discharges. It provides a useful tool for analyzing near field mixing characteristics through the outfall system. This paper applies CORMIX 1 & 2 to the Pusan Jungang Effluent Outfall System, which is planned to be in the Gamchun harbour and will be completed in 2011. This model output shows the trajectoral variation of dilution and concentration for three cases of outfall system. Dilution differences have been simulated and found the highest dilution condition under the different displacement of outfall system. On the basis of these outputs it will be proposed the optimum outfall system type and location. This approach might contribute on protecting the serious water quality problem due to the ocean discharge.

  • The bus as a feeder trip should supply equality service to the whole community. But in spite of the change of latent demand to the bus by the variety of regional structural change, the existing bus route can not supply effective feeder service. For cope with the latent demand to the bus, this study establish a concept that frame of the bus operation and management. This study tackled to evidence this fact by analyzing the bus transport problems in terms of the urban growth, and following issues were discussed: 1) the strategy for improvement of bus operation, 2) the land use control which is appropriate for the public transport network, 3) the economical range to justify the bus operation, 4) the allowance for the private transport mode. On the second part of this study, the difference on the bus operation was compared to determine the range within which the bus operation can be justified. This would provide the direction to improve the management for bus operation and fundamental information to develop the bus operation system.

부산지역 도시교통체계의 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Improvement on the Urban Transportation System in Pusan Area)

  • Most of Cities are suffering from the traffic congestion problem with the vehicles increased. Especially, the City of Pusan is experiencing the severest traffic congestion with the lower read capacity and the higher travel demand than any other cities in the country. Thus, the purpose of this study was to grasp the conditions, review the problems and finally suggest the improvements which we faced at this time for the construction of the Urban Transportation System considered in Pusan area. Based upon the results, it was concluded that firstly the Urban Transportation System(UTS) in Pusan area should be constructed by the Public Transportation System in the center of the Public Transit Modes(i.e., bus and subway), secondly the Para-transit Modes(i.e., Light Rail Transit, LRT) introduced, and thirdly the Transportation Demand Management(TDM) implemented with the expansion of the transportation facilities if possible.

  • In this paper, we codify the objective function that should be optimized by using Genetic Algorithm instead of Heuristic method to solve these problems. So, each bit that constitutes one structure can signify each commodity. Therefore, we can exchange customers without restriction if the traveling distance diminishes among the districts. Furthermore, even though the capacity of a customer's commodities exceeds that of a vehicle, the following vehicle can be allocated. Also, we obtained good result by testing with real data. To be brief, we can effectively allocate innumerable commodities, that have various magnitudes and weight, into restricted capacity of the vehicle by applying genetic algorithm that is useful in solving the problems of optimization.

국내 텔레포트단지 모델개발에 관한 연구 (A Model Development of Teleport Town in Korea)

  • A Teleport is an integrated facility that provides its users with fast, convenient access to advanced telecommunicatoins by satellites, fiberobtics, microwave and other networks. A teleport town is an urban sub-center equipped with teleport and other telecommunication infra-facilities. This study is based on the explicit disclimination between these two related concepts. In this paper we classify various types of teleport town with respect to the specific conditions and situation in Korea. The teleport town which will be developed in Korea should be fitted into the balanced regional structure to boost up the effects of urban or regional development plan. Three models of teleport town(large scale, middle scale, small scale) are proposed on the basis of the classified types of teleport town.

부산광역시 하나로교통카드 이용실태 및 효과분석에 관한 연구 (Utilization Condition and Effects of HANARO Traffic Card at Pusan Metropolitan City)

  • Pusan Metropolitan City has developed 'HANARO Card' system. It is a sort of multi-function card systems which has devised to resolve many traffic problems, to improve public transportation services, to build advanced transit information systems, to encourage reasonable operation of the public transit companies, and to obtain basic informations for devising transportation policies. This study aims at reviewing the systems of 'HANARO Card', analysing the situation of usage of the card, and suggesting some issues for improving the system. Main finding is that the major effects of the introducing HANARO traffic card are convenience (to pay a charge) in using transit, public parking lots, city freeway toll for citizens, and saving in personnel expenses, maintenance expenses for buses, subway and taxi companies. It is also found that HANARO traffic card system needs to be expended to be compatible with other fields of economic activities.

  • 현재 해운·항만 산업은 급변하는 트랜드와 치열한 경쟁 속에서 살아남기 위해 항만물류자원의 확충 및 효율적인 운용을 통해 항만 처리능력을 향상시키기 위한 전략을 펼치고 있다. 항만의 처리능력 산정은 부두에 설치되는 하역장비에 의하여 결정되는 것으로 항만의 처리능력은 물류자원을 추가적으로 배치하거나 활용 중인 자원을 효율적으로 운용하는 등 다양한 방법을 통해 향상 시킬 수 있다. 하지만 물류자원의 추가 배치는 시간과 비용의 한계가 명확하기 때문에 단기간에 향상 효과를 기대하기 어렵다. 따라서 처리능력 향상을 위해서는 활용중인 자원에 대한 효율적인 운용 방법을 찾는 것이 실현성이 높다. 국내 항만들 역시 4차 산업혁명 기술의 발달에 따라 정보화, 디지털화를 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 그러나 현재 하역 프로세스에서 Y/T 배정 대수 산정은 전문가의 경험에 따른 감각에 의존하고 있는 실정이며, 관련된 선행연구 또한 Y/T의 배차 또는 항만 전체의 필요 대수 산정에 초점을 두고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 입항 선박의 하역정보를 활용하여 Y/T 배정 대수에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 군집분석, 회귀분석, DNN(Deep Neural Network : 심층신경망)모형을 활용하여 분석하였다.

  • We proposed the concatenation of logistics' Information to constructing the intelligent logistics city that is to manage efficiently cargo distribution as providing at real-time information of cargo location trace and management through the Telematics/RFID. Case of the Incheon of the "Air Logistics Hub", this area is on an increasing trend on the quantity of cargo transport of the Air & Sea cargo system until 2006. As intelligent project of the Air's and the Sea's field is independently developed at each area, it is a problem on the concatenation of logistics' information such as freight location trace and management, operation management and route information of cargo vehicles. Therefore, we propose the advanced transport service model for the concatenating smoothly of Air & Sea cargo system. In this paper, we only manage the model of Air & Sea cargo system of the advance logistics city.

  • Over-weight vehicles give the structure of the road an impact overly and shorten the life of the pavements. But unfortuntely so far there has been no clear regulation to implement over weight vehicles. So I suggest that the fining should be evaluated differently according to the size of axle loads. In addition I adapt our study to Pusan city and propose an adequate regulation against over weigtht vehicles.
