  • 본 연구는 운송주선업체와 관련된 다양한 선행연구를 통해 중국물류주선업체 발전과정 및 상해지역 운송주선업체의 시장현황을 고찰하고, 화주와 운송주선업체의 이용현황을 제시하였다. 그리고 상해지역 화주를 중심으로의 운송주선업체의 선정요인을 파악하고, 화주들에게 제공하는 만족도, 충성도, 기업성과에 있어 각 선정요인에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다.

  • OSV는 해양플랜트 운영을 지원하는 선박으로, 해저 석유가스 산업의 성장으로 동반성장하고 있는 산업이다. 2008년 글로벌 경기침체 이후 경영난에 빠져있는 구내 해운선사, 중소조선업체, 기자재업체가 동반성장할 수 있는 대표적인 산업임에도 불구하고 아직까지 국내기업의 경쟁력을 극히 미흡한 수준이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 OSV 시장의 전반적인 동향을 살펴보고 국내기업, 특히 해운선사가 진출할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다.

  • 최근 유엔의 아시아지역과 개도국 공급선 확대 추세는 국내 물류 기업의 유엔 진출에는 희소식이나, 국내에는 연구 자료가 없으므로 국내물류 업체가 단독으로 해외의 선진 글로벌 물류 업체와 경쟁하여 성공적으로 시장에 진출하기는 쉽지 않다. 잠재 가능성이 높은 유엔조달 물류 시장에 대한 사전 연구와 적합한 분석을 통하여 진출 전략을 수립하고자 한다.

A Study of Cause of Employee Turnover and Countermeasures against Turnover in Shipping and Port Logistics Firms (중소항만물류기업의 이직원인 분석과 대책에 관한 연구)

  • This study One of the key elements of corporate competitiveness in the modern world of unlimited competition is human resource management. The reason that the world's leading companies are devoting a lot of investment and effort for good human resource development and management is that human resource can impact firm survival. In particular, there is little research on the internal and external environmental stimuli and job stress in the employee of small business which are often led to turnover, while they have suffered from chronic shortage of manpower. The purpose of this study is to determine the turnover factors in the small logistics companies and contribute to stable maintenance of workforce, facilitating human resource management and minimizing turnover. This study empirically analyzed the factors of the turnover in the organization of logistics companies from Busan Port, South Korea, which became one of the national infrastructure and the fifth world largest harbor. The conclusion proposed the development and direction of the human resource management which could promote the job environment improving the turnover factors and creating sustainable work condition through conducting preventive measures. The results indicated that the highest turnover rates was found in the category of field work, and the highest turnover group was from the 'less than one year', which implies that high turnover rates after and during job training might be greater cost to the companies than early turnover. The most common reasons for the high employee turnover were 'excessive workload' and 'dissatisfaction with wages'. Followed reasons including 'troubles with managers' and 'failure in organizational adaptation' can be understood in line with worse working conditions of the small logistic companies. It turned out that the preventive programs of the logistic enterprises had little effect through 'incentives system' and 'improving wage system' which are mainly conducted. The human resource managers appreciated the importance of 'wage raise' and 'benefits improvement'. This study is aimed at contributing to efficient human resource management through understanding of the turnover causes and human resource managers applying preventive measures. In particular, this can benefit small port logistics companies securing competitiveness and promoting persistent growth and development.

우리나라 물류기업의 경영성과 비교 분석에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 물류기업의 경영 효율성 비교 분석을 통해 물류기업의 특성별 차이가 있는지 파악하였다. 분석방법은 효율성을 측정하는데 유용한 자료포락분석(DEA)의 CCR 및 BCC 모형을 이용했다. 투입변수는 종업원 수와 매출원가를 사용하였고, 산출변수는 매출, 영업이익과 당기순이익을 사용하였다. 분석자료는 2016년도 공시된 금융감독원 전자공시시스템의 자료를 활용했다. 분석결과 고효율성으로 나타난 물류기업의 수는 3자 물류기업이 많았으며, 효율성이 높은 2자 물류기업들은 우리나라 대기업의 물류 자회사로서 모기업 및 계열사들의 물량을 바탕으로 내부거래 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

스마트 항로표지 참여기업의 비즈니스 모델 발굴에 관한 연구

  • 항로표지 관련기업은 장비 및 유지보수 기업 중심으로 구성되어져 있었으나, 최근 스마트 항로표지 현장시설 고도화 R&D 추진에 따라 항로표지의 핵심장치라고 볼 수 있는 전원시스템과 통신단말 개발 기업이 참여하고 있으며, 이 두 기업들의 향후 R&D 종료 시점에 개발 제품이 최종 상용화되어 판매될 수 있도록 다양한 형태의 비즈니스 모델 발굴 추진이 필요하다. 동 연구에서는 참여기업의 성장과 신사업 추진이 가능하도록 개발 제품 및 서비스에 대한 수요 시장의 요구와 제공 가능한 수준의 단계에서부터 전략계획 및 목표관리, 비용관리 및 시스템과 같은 툴을 활용하여 체계적이고 구체적인 접근이 가능할 수 있도록 다양하게 고려하여 B2G, B2B까지 발굴에 대해 연구해보고자 한다.

A New View on Mokpo Port Development Strategies (목포항 물동량 변화에 따른 항만개발전략)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the new port development concepts in relation to the Mokpo port development. To analysis, we examine the relationship between the trade volumes which the port have and the capacities of the port facilities with 8 Korean seaport data. As a result of analysis, the trade volumes of port were found to be the major factors positively influencing the capacities of the port facilities in Korean ports. This findings shows that Mokpo port which trying to increase the trade volumes should have the new alternatives for Mokpo regional development. The new alternatives on the Mokpo Port's development are the model which constructing the Free Trade Zone(FTZ) and port city.

A Study on the Utilization of Enterprise Architecture to Attract Reshoring Manufactures into Port Logistics Park (리쇼어링 제조기업의 항만배후단지 유치를 위한 정보기술아키텍쳐 활용에 관한 연구)

  • This paper aims to explain the reasons of manufacturing's reshoring (U-turn) and to suggest the supporting law and policy and the utilization of enterprise architecture (EA) in order to attract reshoring manufacturers into port logistics park. First, this paper found the reasons of reshoring reviewing the previous researches. The reasons are 1) advanced country's manufacturing competitiveness in total production cost compared to the emerging countries such as China, 2) the government policies enhancing the reshoring of their enterprise, and 3) the deterioration of management environment of foreign companies in the emerging countries. Second, this paper reviewed the supporting law and policy of korean government for reshoring manufacurers, and suggested the method to attract them into port logistics park. The current law to support the reshoring manufacturers does not have articles about moving into the port logistics park in order to help global trade from outsourcing countries. Finally, this paper provided the method of utilization of enterprise architecture to help reshoring decision making to get their benefit for the future and collaboration among related government departments with the ministry of maritime affairs and fisheries.

Evaluation of Port Authorities' Marketing Promotion Strategies (항만공사의 마케팅 촉진전략 평가에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzed specific ports' marketing strategies through interviews and, using fuzzy TOPSIS methodology, derived marketing strategies for the Incheon and Pyeongtaek-Dangjin ports by comparing them with the Busan port. Previous studies had concentrated on the Busan port, and the majority of these studies analyzed the present conditions and suggested 4P strategies using a marketing mix. After weighting all of the respondents' answers, the results show that among all marketing strategies, incentive provisions ranked the highest, followed by the intermediary role between the relevant agencies and companies, and last- the agent system for establishing local networks. The fuzzy TOPSIS analysis results showed that the Busan port had the best marketing performance. The most sensitive strategies, based on the sensitivity analysis, were the intermediary role between relevant agencies and companies in the Incheon port, and the incentive provision in Pyeongtaek-Dangjin port. The implications of this study are that the port management agencies' actual marketing strategies were similar to the marketing promotion strategies suggested by previous research, and thus, each port's marketing targets and their characteristics should be clearly defined.
