Due to the increased leisure time, national income levels, and increasing the desire for new experience, interest causes increasing demand for recent aviation leisure sport. This leads to the need for a competitive foundation of the expansion of aviation leisure sports market potential. In 2014, the MOLIT(Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) created definition of sport and recreational aviation industry in the Aviation Act. The most significant change in Aviation Act related to sport and recreational aviation, it allows easier access for those wishing to participate in the joy of flight and also creating a sport and recreational aviation business market expansion. Therefore, in this paper, by analyzing the trend of foreign policy trends and domestic policies that sport and recreational aviation has been enabled, it is trying to present the activation policy proposals of sport and recreational aviation that is suitable for Korea.

In order to bridge the digital divide issues in the Asia Pacific region, Japan initiated the Asia Broadband Program, during implementing E-Japan and U-Japan Plans with collaboration among Asia Pacific Counties. This paper describes first joint experiments that were undertaken in Japan, Singapore and China. Then this paper also describes Japanese efforts to build space infrastructure for development of ICT Society in the Asia Pacific region for further international cooperation to bridge the digital divide Article 1, para. 1, of the Outer Space Treaty of 1967, calls for exploration and use of outer space to be carried out for the benefit and in the interests of all countries irrespective of their degree of economic or scientific development. The augmentation of common benefit from space communication could contribute to bridge the digital divide issues in developing countries in Asia Pacific region. Accordingly, space- infrastructure building would be very important to implement common benefit among countries concerned through international cooperation and collaboration

With the flow of globalization, world aviation markets are showing growing trends toward liberalization, deregulation, and privatization. At the same time, also apparent is a strong trend toward regionalism on aviation markets to realize open skies at the regional level. This research examines the recent trend of regionalism in the world aviation market from a political economic perspective, taking a single European aviation market as an example. The results show that the creation of a single European aviation market is the EU's strategic response against the US to enhance the European aviation industry's competitiveness. More specifically, the results show that the European countries are creating a single European aviation market in order to stand against the US' so-called 'divide and nile policy' and 'encirclement strategy' and to make their airliners to have competitive advantages over the US airliners on the lucrative North-Atlantic air routes. Recently, the single European aviation market is expanding by including the Mediterranean and Balkan states to pursue Pan European aviation cooperation and to develop European Common Aviation Area so that it can continuously enhance its negotiating leverage against external markets. The results imply that it is urgent for the Northeast Asian countries to create their own regional aviation bloc to develop their aviation industry and to increase their negotiating power against external countries.

인류가 달에 착륙한 이후 우주개발은 인류에 있어서의 위대한 전진이며 역사적 의의를 지니고 있다. 세계 각국에 우주가 인류의 마지막 보고라는 인식이 커지면서, 최근 우주개발을 둘러싼 세계의 경쟁은 대단히 치열하다. 각종 첨단기술의 결집과 복합응용이 필수인 우주산업을 국내기술로 이루기 위한 노력이 선진국에 비해 결코 적지 않으며 그 뜨거운 열정 또한 우주산업의 미래를 밝게 해 주리라고 믿는다. 항공우주연구소는 우리 나라의 항공.우주과학기술의 개발과 실용화를 위한 중심체 역할을 담당하고 있는 국책연구기관으로서 1989년 10월에 설립되었다. 설립이래, 수많은 업적을 이룩한 바 있으며, 특히 무궁화위성 버스 기술지원사업과 우리별 2호의 우주환경시험 등으로 국내에서는 거의 불모지나 다름없던 위성관련 분야에서 꾸준한 기술축적을 이루어 현재는 위공위성 본체설계 능력을 갖추었으며, 소형위성의 우주환경시험 시설 및 관련기술을 보유하고 있다. 또한 '94년 11월부터 시작되어 현재 추진중인 다목적 실용위성사업은 우리나라 우주기술개발의 새로운 비젼을 제시하는 대형국책사업으로 산.학.연.관의 협력으로 추진되고 있다. 이러한 중요한 시점에 항공우주연구소를 이끌어 나갈 제 4대 소장으로 취임한 장근호 소장으로부터 항공우주산업의 발전을 위한 항우연의 마스터 플랜과 추진현황, 전망 등에 대하여 들어보았다. 열정적으로 대담하시는 모습에서 우주를 향한 우리의 푸른 꿈이 큰 결실을 맺을 것이라는 확신을 가졌다.

The purpose of this paper is "A Study on the Establishment of Distribution and Logistics System in the unified Korea". The main conclusion of this paper are as follows : North and South Korea shall conjunctionally foster the exchange and cooperation area and operate the joint pilot project to combine distribution and logistics system. To solve the problems of the maritime affairs, Fisheries, and international logistics, the cooperative agreement between North and South Korea will be needed to protect and develop of shipping, aviation and shipbuilding industry. Unification of two Koreas must be prepared as stage by stage ; ${\cdot}$Stage1(preparation period) : initiation of peace area. ${\cdot}$Stage2(development period) : forming the exchange and cooperation area ${\cdot}$Stage3(settlement period) : establishing peace belt on border area. After the unification, two Koreas must plan and undertake the construction of the distribution and logistics infrastructures, establishment of SCM system through Network and the connection to China through railway and road Network.

최근 몇 년 동안 나타난 러시아 해군의 부활(resurgence)은 우크라이나 사태로 본 러시아 군사력 증강을 대표하는 상징이다. 전통적으로 러시아 해양전략(Sea power)은 러시아 경제 및 안보 목표를 달성하는데 있어 핵심이었다. 러시아 해군은 주로 전략적 억제, 연안방어, 해상교통로 보호, 해외전개 그리고 군사력 투사 등의 임무를 수행한다. 특히 최근 들어 러시아 해군력이 양적 질적으로 증강되는 양상을 보이고 있으며, 이는 최근 잠수함, 수상함 그리고 해군항공 전력이 크게 증강되고 있는 현상에서 증명되고 있다. 이는 불과 몇 년 전까지 러시아 해군력에 대한 정비 및 작전 운용에 있어 많은 문제점을 보이던 부정적 사례와 현격히 다른 모습이다. 특히 푸틴 정부에 들어서 러시아 해군은 양적이며 질적인 증강뿐만이 아닌, 세계 해양에서의 원해 해군작전을 비록 지금은 간헐적이기는 하지만 활발히 실시하고 있으며, 러시아 주변국 해군과의 다양한 해군협력도 추진하고 있다. 궁극적으로 러시아 해군은 단기적으로 연안방어를 기본 임무로 수행할 것이나, 장기적으로는 과거 구소련 해군력 위상과 영향력을 부활시키기 위해 세계 무대에서의 군사적 영향력을 증진시키는 대양해군(Blue Water Navy)을 지향할 것이다.

The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) legislates the CS-E (Certification Specification-Engine) for type certification of aircraft engines. According to the CS-E, engine manufacturers (type certificate holders) the need to show compliance of continued airworthiness of an engine during the overhaul, and the Accelerated Mission Test (AMT) is usually accepted as means of compliance. As a part of the Korean Civil Helicopter program, the engine has been developed with foreign manufacturers to achieve the EASA engine type certificate. In this study, the AMT procedure is planned for the engine to be certified by the EASA, and AMT cycles are also established to meet airworthiness requirements of the CS-E in consideration of the engine design and operation characteristics.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the priority of curriculums on students preparing to become flight attendants using paired t-test, Borich method, and Herschknowiz's criticality function. As a result of this study, it was discovered that what flight attendants and students needed to study the most were foreign language subjects as English, Chinese, and Japanese. Therefore, a department of universities related to airline service should develop new curriculum to adapt to the trend of globalization. Also, flight attendants need curriculum including subjects related to tourism as an introduction to airline service. This means that the role of flight attendants needs to be expanded and specialized. In conclusion, a department related airline service should try to elevate its quality of education and design curriculum which will help flight attendants become specialists in their field.

It is challenging to build the integrated information system for a large scale cooperative R & D project. To develop the aircraft program which especially has several leading agencies and is supported by many demestic/foreign participating companies, the common data flow in harmony is the core factor to achieve a development goal. For this, the development are carried out maintaining the existing management systems of agencies and companies. As a first step, the standard for the common data information and the classification category of technical data are defined. Second, the work flow standards are also set. Based on the foundation, the efficient technical data management system are built including the function of storage, inquiry, revision, link, approval, submission, etc.

미국이 우주개발의 방향을 우주탐사로 변경하면서 중국 및 인도, 일본 등 주요 우주개발 국가들은 우주탐사 분야의 국제협력을 위하여 발 빠른 움직임을 보이고 있으며, 이러한 우주개발의 큰 방향전환과 더불어 세계의 우주산업도 인수와 합병을 통한 산업재편으로 분주한 상태이다. 이와 더불어 인공위성과 우주발사체 제작산업이 주도하던 우주산업은 위성을 이용한 서비스시장의 급격한 성장으로 여러 가지 새로운 국면을 맞게 되었다. 특히 산업의 수익구조면에서 위성 서비스 시장의 영업이익이 70%~80% 수준에 이르며 제작산업의 수요를 좌지우지하는 고객으로 자리 잡게 되었고, 그 여파의 하나로 제작산업체의 인수와 합병을 불러오기도 하였다. 이와 같은 우주분야의 연구개발과 산업의 움직임에 대한 전체적인 조망을 위하여, 주요 우주개발 국가의 정부예산과 연구개발 동향, 그리고 우주산업의 현황과 미래, 우리나라의 우주산업과 우주개발 관련 최근의 정책 변화 및 연구개발 동향을 분석해 본다.
