Shared Data Synchronization and Change Notification between A-SMGCS System Node (A-SMGCS 시스템 노드 간 공유 데이터 동기화 및 변경 통지 방법에 관한 연구)

  • A-SMGCS 시스템은 HMI 단말 노드, 외부 시스템 연계 노드, 운영 데이터베이스 노드, 서버 노드 등 여러 노드로 구성되어져 있으며 이 노드들이 협업하여 운영자에게 원활한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 최소한의 공유 데이터가 서로 동기화되고 변경 발생 시 해당 노드에 자동으로 통지될 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는A-SMGCS 시스템 운영에 필요한 최소한의 공유 데이터 동기화 및 변경 통지 기능 제공을 위해 협업 미들웨어인 ZooKeeper를 활용하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 클러스터를 구성하는 복수개의 ZooKeeper에 공유 데이터를 계층적으로 저장하고 특정 데이터에 변경이 발생할 시 자동으로 A-SMGCS 시스템 노드들에 통지가 됨을 확인하였다. 이러한 기능은 A-SMGCS 시스템뿐만 아니라 시스템 노드 간 신뢰성 있는 공유 데이터 실시간 동기가 필요한 다양한 시스템에도 쉽게 적용이 가능하다.

  • There is concern about the increased risk of accidents from manual investments due to ground handling service operators, aging equipment and manpower shortages. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of ground treatment services and safety management at the airport. Therefore, this study analyzed the domestic and overseas ground operation status and the license handling procedure of aircraft handling business. In addition, a case study on the evaluation system of international organizations examined the applicability of the certification body to the Korean situation. It is practical in that it provides policy implications for improving the quality of groundwork not covered in previous studies. This is expected to improve the constitution, improve quality, improve airport operations, and operate safely.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공항 내 혁신시설에 대한 공항이용객의 평가를 통해 혁신적 서비스 양상과 기틀을 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구는 소비행동의 관점에서 공항이용객의 추구 혜택, 지각된 혁신성, 수용 의도, 구조화에 대한 욕구 등 4가지 개념의 이론에 근거하여 수행되었다. 공항의 혁신시설을 이용한 경험이 있는 299명 성인을 대상으로 2022년 7월 5일부터 9일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 공항이용객의 추구혜택과 수용의도 간의 관계에서 공항이용객의 지각된 혁신성의 매개효과 및 공항 이용객의 추구혜택과 지각된 혁신성 간의 관계에서 구조화에 대한 욕구의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 공항이용객의 추구 혜택은 수용 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 지각된 혁신성은 수용 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 공항 이용객의 욕구에 근거하여 혁신적인 기능을 향상시켜야 함을 시사한다.

Study on comparison of quality factors, which effect on service satisfaction by passengers who use multi-airport (복수공항 이용객의 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 품질요인의 비교 연구)

  • The role of airports in the metropolitan area in Korea is very important which is located on the center of Northeast Asia considered as the highest potential growth continent in the world air transport market. This study includes comparison on service quality between Gimpo Airport and Incheon Airport which are indicated as multi-airport system in the metropolitan area appraised by passengers from Korea, Japan and China, and analysis on primary factors of airport service which affect the customer satisfaction and loyalty. The service quality appraised in the order of Chinese, Korean, and Japanese and the analysis result indicated that the service quality factors which influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty were all different among passengers from three countries. Information service was the priority factor for customer satisfaction to Chinese and Korean, but Japanese considered that personal service was the most important factor. This research paper tried to provide many current issues and guides to operational strategy including plan for the specialized routes of multi-airport system in domestic metropolitan area.

  • The more advanced IT and mobile technologies get, the smarter customers become in the use of airline services. Using an airline, passengers are expecting more value than what airline're willing to provide them. Therefore this paper tries to find out the effect of airline staff's perception of airline's service management strategies to realize passengers' value based on previous oversea's research results. First of all, this paper provides t-test analysis results between passengers and airline staff regarding the perception of airline's service management strategy and customer orientation. Moreover, it was analyzed how the staff's understanding of the upper management's decision on service strategies would results in meeting customer's expecting values through such mediating variables as job satisfaction and customer orientation. It was proven the perception of service management strategies by staff played a very important role to realize customer's value.

  • The aim of this study is to propose strategies for in-flight OTT services by examining differences in binge-watching patterns through online video streaming services based on age. Additionally, it investigates how the moderating effects of need for cognition and critical media literacy influence the relationship between age and binge-watching. Data from the 2020 Korean Media Panel Survey conducted by the Korea Information Society Development Institute were utilized, with moderating effects analyzed using Process Macro Model 1. Results indicate that as age increases, the frequency of binge-watching content rises while the duration decreases. Moreover, moderating effects of need for cognition and critical media literacy in the age-binge-watching relationship were confirmed. This study analyzed binge-watching behaviors among online video streaming service users, confirming the influence of age, binge-watching habits, need for cognition, and critical media literacy. Theoretical and practical implications include insights for in-flight service providers, content marketers, and online video streaming service operators.

  • This study is based on the Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT) and categorizes trust types in non-face-to-face boarding services into three dimensions: structural assurance, platform, and service provider. It analyzes the impact of these trust types on users' perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continuous usage intentions. Using a structural equation model, the study found that the three dimensions of trust positively influence users' satisfaction and perception of usefulness, thereby promoting intentions for continuous use. However, perceived risk weakens the positive relationship between trust and continuous usage intentions. By exploring the moderating role of perceived risk in non-face-to-face boarding services, this study analyzes its impact on user behavior patterns, contributing to the optimization of service design and enhancement of user trust. This study promotes widespread acceptance and continuous use of the service, and is crucial for developing effective non-contact service strategies that meet the needs and expectations of Chinese travelers in the post-pandemic travel environment. The findings provide a new perspective and empirical evidence for understanding user attitudes and behaviors towards non-face-to-face services, holding significant theoretical and practical implications.

  • In this study, a study was carried out to see what influence low-cost carrier's e-service quality has on low-cost carrier customers' perceived value and customer satisfaction and what impact the results have on customer loyalty based on the results of previous studies related to e-SERVQUAL, an e-SERVQUAL measurement model for general e-commerce. In addition, a survey of consumers who have experienced using low-cost carrier experience through web sites was conducted. For the analysis of the data collected, SPSS 18.0 was used to conduct frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis and thus to test a hypothesis. Research findings showed that perceived value and customer satisfaction are closely related to customer loyalty, and it was also observed that the reliability factor on the service provided on the web site acts as an important influencing factor for customer loyalty in the perceived value and security factors such as payment by credit cards and protection of personal information serve as important one in terms of customer satisfaction. This study has its limitation in that samples of users who have experienced low-cost carrier are concentrated on specific ages and professions. In the future, it is required to conduct further studies on whether difference is made on the importance of measurement factors related to e-service quality by gender, age group, occupation, and e-service quality.

  • This paper concentrate on the passengers' perception of risks by analyzing data gathered through a field survey in the South Korean air market. Twenty two Koreans were killed in the accident of PMT Air in the Kingdom of Cambodia on June 25th 2007 and This has caused customers to be more concerned about the safety of airline. Three hundred forty-two samples were collected from field survey at Kimpo International Airport in Seoul and Jeju International Airport on Jeju island and the findings are based on 316 questionnaires. The multiple regression analysis, Analysis of variance (ANOVA), Correlation analysis, T-test were carried out to examine the effect, relationship and difference of data set. The results show that there are differences between passengers' perceived risks in LCC's and those in FSC's. Passengers of LCC's took serious consideration of the type of fleet and feeling physical risk, whereas those of FSC's only took consideration of financial risk.

  • As the global air traffic volume has shown a rapid increase, doubling every 15 years since 1977, domestic and international air traffic control services and air navigation safety facility operation management system and status review It is necessary to present the feasibility of establishing an air traffic control agency with integrated functions and establish an operating system for an independent dedicated agency to provide advanced air traffic control services in preparation for the future air transport environment. In particular, in 2021, the national ATM reformation and enhancement (NARAE) a customized comprehensive plan for operations, facilities, and systems to handle air traffic safely and efficiently by actively reflecting changes in the navigation environment such as international policies and standards as this is established, the role of the air traffic control agency becomes more important, and an improved action plan for the control and navigation operating system must be promoted.
