항공운항 스케줄링 문제는 여러 가지 제약조건이 많고 탐색공간이 방대하기 때문에 백트래킹 방법이나 단순 스케줄링을 통한 방법으로는 항공운항 스케줄링에서 매우 중요한 승무원(운항승무원, 객실승무원)들의 운항스케줄 만족도를 향상시키기 어렵다. 객체기반 항공운항 스케줄링 기법은 제약만족문제(CSP;Constraint Satisfaction Problem)와 객체지향개념을 운항관리 스케줄링 문제에 적용하여 승무원들에 대한 인력관리상의 문제점들을 해결하고자 하였다. 객체 지향 개념을 기반으로 승무원 객체들이 갖고 있는 사건들을 주어진 제약들에 만족하도록 목표인 운항스케줄 보드에 배정한다. 승무원들의 운항 스케줄 만족도를 높이기 위해서 승무원의 스케줄 우선순위에 따라서 자원(타임 슬롯)을 배정하고, 자원에 대한 승무원들의 선호도 차이를 가질 수 있게 하였다. 보드에 대한 정의와 모든 사건들에 대한 정보를 전역제약으로 사용하고, 승무원들이 가지는 보드의 타임 슬롯들에 대한 선호도를 지역 제약으로 사용하였다. 또한 실제로 항공운항 스케줄링을 모의실험해서 승무원들의 운항 스케줄 만족도를 살펴보았다.

항공기 운항과 밀접하게 관련되는 장비중에 하나가 CNS&ATM관련 탑재 항공전자 장비이다. 임베디드 소프트웨어가 들어간 항전장비 개발에 에러 유입이 주로 요구도 분석 및 아키텍쳐 설계에서 일어난다. 항공전자 장비 개발에 운영자가 적극적으로 참여함으로써 에러 발생 요인 감소, 고장 영향성 분석, 요구도 기반 시험 등을 효율적으로 수행할 수가 있어, 장비의 개발기간 및 비용을 줄일 수가 있다.

In recent years, Korea's aviation industry has been developing rapidly due to the emergence of low-cost airlines. In order to survive in such competition, airlines are making various efforts to save the operation cost as much as possible. Fuel costs account for more than 25% of operating costs. For airlines, reducing aircraft fuel costs is an important part of improving profitability. In this study, analyzing the difference weight between flightplan and W&B Manifest for calculated the fuel that was unnecessarily loaded. As a method to calculate the unnecessary fuel was used by Airbus company flight planning program.

This study investigates the operational facets of low-density urban air mobility (UAM) from an airline's perspective amid burgeoning concerns about urban congestion in megacities. UAM, employing electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) technology, emerges as a potential remedy to the challenges of traffic gridlock and environmental degradation. As the UAM market progresses from initial stages to maturity, tailored traffic control systems become paramount. Focused on the context of low-density environments during UAM's inception, this research scrutinizes operational frameworks, essential infrastructure, and likely scenarios. It aims to bolster the safety and efficiency of UAM operations by delving into the specifics of traffic control concepts designed for these unique settings. The study seeks to significantly contribute to optimizing UAM's initial phases, providing insights into crucial operational dynamics for a smoother integration of urban air mobility into contemporary urban landscapes.

ICAO(International Civil Aviation Organization) Doc 9803의 국제규정에 의거하여 SMS(Safety Management System-안전관리시스템)의 대표적인 비행안전 모니터링 프로그램으로 인정된 신개념의 운항감사제도인 LOSA(Line Operations Safety Audit-항공운항 안전감사)를 항공사에서 실시하여 정상 운항시의 운항승무원을 관찰하여 실제의 안전취약 및 위협요소, Error를 포착하여 텍사스대학 인적요인 연구소에서 작성한 최종보고서의 분석을 통해 제도와 방안을 개선한다. 본 논문에서는 LOSA실행을 통한 승무원들의 위협 및 error의 유형과 발생율, 관리율 및 관리여부를 분석하여 설명하고 항공사내 개선인 SCP(Safety Change Process)를 소개하는데 있다.

The traditional safety management method starts with the misconception that similar accidents will recur if the inappropriate behavior of the person who caused the accident is investigated and punishment is not judged. However, in modern safety management, incidents or situations occur when negative conditions latent in the system are mutually influenced and triggered. The precedent for revoking the disposition of suspension of first officer A of Eastar Jet, which won a legal lawsuit against the administrative regulatory authority, is a representative example that will serve as an opportunity for the administrative regulatory authority to break away from the punishment-oriented safety management method of the past. On the other hand, airmans and air carriers also need to have a clear understanding of flight regulations, and when judicial judgment is required, predictable and effective legal effects can be obtained by preparing clear standards for flight regulations. In addition, administrative regulatory authorities expect a change from the punishment-oriented safety management policy of the past to a systematic safety management policy.

항공서비스에 있어서 여러 중요한 요소가 있지만 그 가운데 가장 중요한 요소로 운항의 정시성을 들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 마코프 체인을 이용하여 항공사 및 공항의 정시성을 평가하고 예측하고자 하였다. 실험용 데이터로 선택한 미국 항공운항 데이터를 기상 악화에 따른 도착지연시간을 기준으로 정시성이 우수한 항공사를 제안하는 기능을 테스트하였다. 본 논문에서는 과거의 항공운항 데이터를 활용하여 미래의 운항 지연을 예측할 수 있도록 마코프 체인을 기반으로 한 예측 방법을 제시하였다.

The existence of appropriate teaching materials in foreign language is very essential especially if it is related to safety. Among them, the importance of textbooks is more emphasized because there is no suitable education or curriculum for EPTA (English proficiency test of aviation). A good textbook not only presents the right direction to study but also provides an efficient way to learn. This research exploded how well textbooks for EPTA are organized and analyzed current pilots' responses whether the textbooks are suitable for preparing EPTA through the questionnaire. The conclusion drawn is that textbooks for EPTA should be designed to encourage current and pre-pilots to learn how to communicate with controllers efficiently and briefly, and also should provide proper guide lines for preparing EPTA.
