A Study on the Establishments of Aircraft Noise Abatement Procedures in Gimpo International Airport (김포공항 항공기 저소음 운항절차 수립을 위한 연구)

  • The final purpose of this study is to develop noise abatement procedures for minimizing damages caused by aircraft noise, to establish appropriate noise limits and to suggest a plan for imposing surcharges and penalties on aircraft infringing the noise limits. This study establishes noise abatement procedures and suggests a plan to complement and improve upon NMS in Gimpo International Airport by reviewing the NMS structure. In addition, this study establishes a noise limit at each noise monitoring system and a verification system to discriminate infringing aircraft. Finally, this study suggests a control plan for aircraft infringing the noise limit.

Comparison of community annoyance from commercial and military aircraft noise (민간항공기와 군용항공기 소음에 의한 성가심 반응 비교)

  • The noise problem has been a public interest for several years in Korea. Especially, the noises which were emitted from aircrafts on the airport and in the air have injurious effects on people over a vast range. Hence, there need vast data on the aircraft noise to evaluate the effect of various parameters. In present study, the works which consist of social surveys and noise measurements were conducted at points near the airport and the airbase. Total of 1,784 participants give effective responses in forty-five areas nearby the measurement points. Questionnaires asked the responses concerned with attitude, noise sensitivity, directive effects, secondary effects, annoyance and attempts to lower noise level exposed. From the field survey, the doseresponse relationship of community response to aircraft noise was established and there are different characteristics between civil and military aircraft. Though the study is still continuing on a few interest, one among some results is that %HA (%highly annoyed) of civil aircraft is higher than military's under the 70 WECPNL.

  • The monitoring efficiency of the aircraft noise monitoring stations is decided to the reference noise level and the infringement of each monitoring stations. We are calculate the monitoring efficiency of three noise monitoring stations among twelve in the vicinity of Gimpo Int'l Airport. As a result, the monitoring efficiency shows that the noise monitoring stations #3,#5 and #6 are 14.3%, 18.5% and 29.3% respectively, #6 which is underneath the flight track is higher efficiency than another two stations.

  • 환경측면에서의 소음. 진동은 교통기관(도로, 철도, 항공기 등), 공장, 건설공사 및 생활 등에 기 인하여 발생되는 것으로, 어떤 지역에서의 소음. 진동은 이들이 개별적 또는 복합적으로 합성된 양상을 띠고 있다 하겠다. 본고에서는 환경측면에서의 소음. 진동 저감을 위한 제도적 방안으로, 현행 환경보전법에 정한 기준과 더불어 공장의 소음. 진동 대책을 소개하고자 한다.

항공기의 공탄성 제어를 위한 압전재료의 응용

  • 지금까지의 항공기 날개에 공력 탄성학적 제어를 위해 압전재료를 작동기로 사용하는 연구는 아직은 완전하지 못하지만 실용화 가능성을 조사하기 위해 집중적인 투자가 행해지고 있다. 본 글에서 언급한 예 외에도 압전재를 이용 날개의 익형을 능동적으로 조절함으로써 천음속에서의 저항을 줄이기 위한 연구(transonic drag reduction with piezos), 압전재로 작동하는 제어면을 부착하여 헬리쿱터 블레이드 의 진동을 제어하기 위한 실험적 연구, 항공기 외부 장착물에 의해 발생되는 불안정 성을 제어하기 위한 압전작동기를 사용한 pylon decoupler 설계 등 다양한 분에에서 연구가 되고 있다. 하지만 아직까지는 제어에 필요한 충분한 제어력을 얻는 문제, 주 구조물과 압전재료의 강성도의 차이, 가용한 압전재의 실용화, 내구성 문제 등 항공 기에의 응용을 위한 새로운 재료의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 그리고 사용에 필요한 전력을 공급하는 문제는 지상에서 작동되는 시스템과는 달리 항공기에서는 해결해야 될 큰 문제점이며, 이에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있으며, 실용 가능성이 보일 경우 재료의 내구성, 제어 성능, 번개 등 외력에 대한 손상 예측 등 광범위한 연구가 이어 질 것으로 예측된다.
