이 연구는 인천의 정체성을 알아보는 데 연구의 초점을 맞추었다. 연구방법으로는 실증적 방법과 민속학적 방법 두 가지를 병행하였다. 시민단체, 공무원, 학생을 대상으로 임의목적표본방법을 사용하여 총 613명이 분석되었다. 분석방법은 교차통계분석 및 다중분류분석을 하였다. 정체성은 한 지역에 거주하는 주민들의 집단결속력과 성취도를 결정하여 주며, 그 지역의 사회적 통합과도 밀접한 관련을 지니고 있어서, 지역의 문제나 관심사를 해결하고 발전시키는데 가장 핵심적인 요소이다. 인천의 정체의식은 세 집단 모두 낮으며, 전체응답자의 절반 이상은 그저 그렇다는 중용의 의견이었다. 인천에 대한 정체의식을 응답집단의 특성별로 보면 여자보다는 남자가 높고, 기혼자보다는 미혼자가 높으며, 30세 이상으로 연령이 많을수록, 수입과 생활수준이 낮을수록 정체의식이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 그리고 전문.관리.사무직보다는 판매.서비스.생산.농업직 종사자들의 정체의식이 높았다. 전문대 정도의 교육을 받은 시민의 정체의식이 상대적으로 높고, 인천의 문화.복지.환경개선을 위한 특별기금 기부의사가 있는 시민과 인천을 마음붙이고 살 곳으로 생각하는 시민의 정체의식이 높다. 총괄적인 의미에서 본 인천의 정체성에 관한 조사를 보면, 인천은 "주인의식 없음"과 "이제부터 만들어 가야 한다"는 답변이 제일 많았고 그 다음은 "포용력", "선구적 개척정신", "긍정적인 의미의 짠물", "합중시(合衆市)적 다양성", "외세에 대한 호국정신", "세계의 관문도시"로 나타났다. 이와 같은 응답유형으로 보아서는 인천지역에 대한 이미지를 한마디로 딱 잘라 말하기는 어렵다. 그러나 인천은 서울.경기인, 충청인, 호남인, 영남인, 이북인, 외국인 등을 가리지 않고 받아드리는 "포용력이 있는 합중시적 다양성을 가진 도시"로 지역차가 서로 다른 출신성분이 공존할 수 있다는 점에서 의미하는 바가 크다. 이는 "세계속의 도시"와 "동북아의 거점도시"를 추구하는 미래지향적인 시각에서는 지역주의를 지양하고 지역통합이슈와 세계화 물결속에서 외국인에게도 열린 상태문화를 제공하는 관문이 될 것이라는 면에서 인천이 추구해야 할 정체성으로 시사하는 점이라고 본다.는 미래지향적인 시각에서는 지역주의를 지양하고 지역통합이슈와 세계화 물결속에서 외국인에게도 열린 상태문화를 제공하는 관문이 될 것이라는 면에서 인천이 추구해야 할 정체성으로 시사하는 점이라고 본다.

Difficulties in riding, driving and parking are a common issue which inevitably appears in city urbanization and city modernization development all over the world. However, those cities differ in controlling the traffic. According to the specific practice in Shanghai, this article presents the various factors which affect the traffic capacity and the operation quality. This article also outlines transportation system management technique of overall coordination and comprehensive control in the following seven aspects: controlling traffic motivation; improving traffic distribution; reasonably and scientifically selecting travel mode, travel route and travel time; reinforcing traffic management and road construction. The article finally suggests that above mentioned points are cost-effective ways of handling traffic plight for metropolitan transport.

우리의 선인들은 자연환경과 풍토조건을 고려하여 ‘인간과 자연의 합일’이라는 안정된 생활환경공간을 조성하였는바 복거관에 따라 주거지를 조성하고 경작물재배에 유리한 조건을 만들며 이웃과 공동생활을 영위할 수 있는 삶터를 경영하였으며, 우주관에 따라 생활영역을 구축하여 삶에 대한 의미와 가치를 정신세계로 확장시켜 나가는 형이상학적 관념을 엿볼 수 있게 한다. 즉, 전통마을의 경영에는 하늘과 땅과 사람(천+지+인, 산+수+방위+사람)이 조우하여 균형을 이루고 합일되는 생명영속사상의 준거틀을 운용하여 물질적 풍요는 물론 정신적 풍요를 중시하는 환경설계 철학을 엿볼 수 있다. 특히, 마을의 조영체들을 자연환경 속으로 깊숙이 관입시켜 생태환경에 대한 질서와 평형원리를 존중하는 유기체론적 설계목표를 반영하였다. 안정된 생활환경공간으로서 생태적 네트워크를 구축한 환경설계기법은 입지, 토지이용과 동선, 주거형태, 생태, 영역성, 교육생활문화, 경관, 공동체 구성과 관련된 원칙의 내용을 담고 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate Toegye's simhak in relation to spiritualism. In general, we call Chu Hsi's learning "lihak" (the learning of principle) while Wang Yangming's learning is described as "simhak" (the learning of mind). However, we sometimes call Toegye's learning "simhak" in spite of his respect for Chu Hsi's philosophy of li. Toegye's simhak is different from Wang Yangming's. Nonetheless, Toegye too, highlighted the existential meaning of truth. Toegye regarded simgyung (the book of mind) as one of the most important classics for self-cultivation. As is well known, Toegye's main concern was concentration on mind and heart cultivation. Toegye understood li as a spiritual being, which can actualize itself. The goal of simhak is to become a sage. For a sage, there is no contradiction between moral norm and human desire. To become a sage, Toegye developed the theory and practice of mind cultivation. Toegye's simhak has some common characteristics with Louis Lavelle's philosophy of spiritualism. Both Toegye and Louis Lavelle lay great emphasis on self reflection and spiritual life. In particular, Toegye developed the concrete method of mind cultivation. In the 21st century, human beings are confronted with spiritual crisis in many aspects. Toegye's simhak can be advanced as useful wisdom to keep one's mind in a peaceful and harmonious state.

The science education reforms put the emphasis of scientific literacy, so that students can understand how scientific knowledge is constructed through scientific inquiry at schools. However, scientific inquiry at schools has a problem as a cookbook system without the opportunity of developing argumentation, where students could understand how they use evidence to support their theory or vice versa. Teachers are supposed to understand the basic elements, purpose, and definition of scientific inquiry to implement authentic scientific inquiry at schools, then develop the instructional strategies of providing the opportunity of scientific argumentation to meet its needs.

The paper is aimed at evaluation method for technology-focused professional ESCO. We set up some premise about the evaluation indicators, there are such as the financial soundness, energy savings performance excellence, customer satisfaction, source technology vendor's participation, and guaranteed savings contract. The evaluation indicators consist of the evaluation of expertise (40points), management state (15points), customer satisfaction (20points), technical skills (25points), and detailed indicators were determined. We can apply technology categories such as lighting, cogeneration, process improvement, waste heat recovery, cooling & heating equipments.

This thesis is studing Kim Chi-in's Life and Confucianism-Buddhism-Taoism-Unity of Namhak lind on Jinan in Junbuk. He combined thought of Confucianism-Buddhism-Taoism and drawed up religious doctrine, after spotting internal and external troubles of nation. Kim Chi-in was influenced by Lee Un-gyu's thought of Confucianism-Buddhism-Taoism-Unity. He spoke with emphasis of Tao in doctrine through religious experience. The root of Tao originates in heaven. Although Tao was divided according to Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism for the human's aspect of thought, it is ultimately the one. In time on explaining the one, he invoked 'eum(陰)', 'yang(陽)', 'che(體)'와 'yong(用)' as concepts of Neo-Confucianism. This ididn't incline to one side of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. While he spoke with emphasis on Confucianism's ethics of 'yang' and 'yong' with Buddhism and Taoism's divine of 'eum' and 'che' as the center, he want to find pivot of thought. He especially seeked Younggamu(詠歌舞) of sing and dancing on training mind and body. This was that he let the people and scholars in retirement demand realization of Tao and aim at real virtue. The study of Kim Chi-in's thought and religion of Confucianism-Buddhism-Taoism-Unity will be an opportunity look around his identity for the traditional native thought and universality.

This study focused on the anding of Inchon's identity The empirical method and ethnomethodological approaches were used to collect the data. Among members ofcitizen movement groups,government workers,and students who are living inInchon were selected as 613 samples using a purposive sampling method. MultipleClassification Analysis (MCA) and cross-tabulation methods were used in theanalysisThe study of identity in an area is important in terms of providing the solution ofthe problem in a region and social integration of the citizens. The scores of the indexabout Inchon's identity are quite low and more than half of the respondents to allthree groups showed the middle position of the scores from the identity index. By thecharacteristics of the respondents,female,unmarried single,30 years or more,lowerincome groups showed relatively higher identity index scores than other counter-parts . And professional,administrative,clerical workers'identity index scores werehigher than people who work at sales,service,and agricultural sectors. Respondentswith 2 years of college or more,with intentions to donate special monies for cultural, social welfare, environmental reform,persons who want to live in Inchon for along period of time equipped with a stronger identity index.For the character of Inchon's identity,there are no identity,making it fromnow on,capacity or broad-minded city,vanguard pioneer,displeased, Oiversity/multiplicity of the city,defense spirit from foreign invasion,entrancecity from the world in that order. Therefore,it is hard to say what exactly Inchon'simage is in a single word. However,Inchon can be characterized as a diverse citywith capacity to live together without any serious conflicts among citizens who come from Seoul,Kyunggi-Do,Chungchung-Do,Chunla-Do,Kyungsang-Do,and foreign countries including North Korea. We tried new analysis including social network analysis(SNA) on the transaction network centered on electronic companies using more than 50 thousand company transaction data obtained from Korean enterprise data (KED) for the year of 2015. We found 97 clusters having more than 10 firms and remarkable 13 clusters having more than 90% sales of the electronic industry in Korea. Clusters are the groups of companies having most of their transactions in the clusters they belong to. We found 5 clusters have 83% of sales in the electronic industry. Most of clusters have main single firms having most of the sales in each clusters except a few clusters. However, we found a few firms to have high rear production linkage effect and found the firms with high linkage effect specially for the small and medium size enterprise (SME). The companies with high production linkage (specially on SMEs) should be managed in terms of (SME) growth policy. The last firm group consisting of the small clusters with less than 10 firms has high employment coefficients. The clusters or company having high production linkage effect on this last firm group should be noted in the terms of employment policy. We also note that there exist the firms with the high value of betweenness coefficients meaning high potential of technology development. They should be managed carefully in terms of technology development policy.

This paper discusses about real time control applying sliding mode to robot manipulators whose nonlinear terms, which are inertia term, Corilis term and centrifugal force mterm, are regarded as disturbances. We could simplify the dynamic equations of a manipulator and servo system, which are composed of linear elements and nonlinear elements, by assuming that non-linear terms are external disturbance. By simplifying that equation, we could easily obtain a control input which satisfy sliding mode. We proposed a new control input algorithm to decrease chattering in the application of sliding mode control of manipulator whose nonlinear elements are regarded as disturbances. We could take impulse response of linear elements of dynamic equations of a robot manipulator and servo system by Signal Compression Method. So then, we could obtain the unknown parametes of its linear lements, which are used to obtain switching parameter satisfying sliding mode, by Signal Compression Method. In this experiments, we used DSP(Digital Signal Processor) controller to suppress chattering by obtaining a switching speed and to carry out real time control.
