  • 이달 2일 한국원자력안전기술원 시험관리실은 "제47회 RI취급자일반면허시험"의 합격자 125명을 발표하였다.(12쪽 참조) 이번 시험에 총 1,843명 응시에 125명이 합격함으로 합격률은 6.78%로 '96년 306명에 비해 합격률이 저조하며 작년부터 시행된 실무교육에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 국제적으로 통용되고 있는 정보보호 자격에 대하여 운영기관, 응시자격, 검정방법, 시험과목, 합격결정 기준, 합격률, 합격자수에 대하여 상세히 분석한다. 정보보호 분야의 국제통용 자격으로 CISSP, SSCP, CISA, ISO17799/BS7799, GIAC, CBCP, CIA 등 7개의 자격에 대한 분석을 통하여 국외 정보보호 자격의 추세와 흐름을 고찰한다.

Quantitative Evaluation of Gated Radiation Therapy Using Gamma Index Analysis (감마지표 분석을 통한 호흡연동방사선치료의 정량적 평가)

  • Generally, to evaluate gated radiation therapy, moving phantoms are used to simulate organ motion. Since the target moves in every direction, we need to take into account motion in each direction. This study proposes methods to evaluate gated radiation therapy using gamma index analysis and to visualize adequate gating window sizes according to motion ranges. The moving phantom was fabricated to simulate motion in the craniocaudal direction. This phantom consisted of a moving platform, the I'm MatriXX, and solid water phantoms. A 6 MV photon filed with a field size of $4{\times}4cm^2$ was delivered to the phantom using the gating system, while the phantom moved in the 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-cm motion ranges. The gating windows were set at 40~60%, 30~40%, and 0~90%, respectively. The I'm MatriXX acquired the dose distributions for each scenario and the dose distributions were compared with a $4{\times}4cm^2$ static filed. The tolerance of the gamma index was set at 3%/3 mm. The greater the gating window, the lower the pass rate, and the greater the motion range, the lower the pass rate in this study. In case treatment without gated radiation therapy for the target with motion of 2 cm, the pass rate was less than 96%. But it was greater than 99% when gated radiation therapy was used. However gated radiation therapy was used for the target with motion greater than 4 cm, the pass rate could not be greater than 97% when gating window was set as 30~70%. But when the gating window set as 40~60%, the pass rate was greater than 99%.

  • 최근 우리 나라 청년실업률의 증가와 함께 기업에서는 좋은 인재를 뽑기 위하여 정형화된 자격증보다는 지원자의 경험과 역량을 보기 위한 자기소개서에 대한 중요성이 커지고 있다. 그리하여 비정형 데이터를 분석하는 대표적인 방법인 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 취업 커뮤니티에 올라 온 합격한 삼성, 현대자동차, LG 자기소개서 데이터를 얻어내고 그 후 KONLPY 패키지를 통하여 형태소 분석을 실시한다. 합격자소서에 자주 나온 단어의 순위를 매기고 공통적으로 많이 들어간 단어와 각 대기업 별 차이가 나는 단어를 회사의 인재상과 비교해본다. 그리고 취업 준비생들에게 효율적인 방법을 통해 자기소개서를 작성하여 합격률을 높이는 방향으로 사용한다.

  • We need a study of the ratio of successful applicants control methodology about the national technical qualification under the global-green industrial society and rapid change of international circumstances, infinite competition rider society under FTA aspects. It is necessary to develop of HRD Korea selfishness and increase brand value of national technical qualification. So, this study is analysed to the ratio of successful applicants of national technical qualification toward change of the 'bank of problems' control rule, various characters of candidates and the trend of demand and supply of labours instead of the absolute evaluation method. Accordingly, this study suggests to a methodology for the forecasting model of the ratio of successful applicants using the level of problems difficulty and pattern and the candidates academical carriers.

Actual Condition of Quality Control of X-ray Imaging System in Primary Care Institution: focused on Gwangju Metropolitan City (1차 의료기관의 엑스선 발생장치 정도관리에 관한 현황조사:광주광역시 지역을 중심으로)

  • With the expanded use of radiation in modern medical practices, the most important issue in regards to efforts to reduce individual exposure dose is quality assurance. Therefore in order to study the present condition of quality assurance, the Gwangju Metropolitan City area was divided into five districts each containing ten hospitals. Four experiments were conducted: a reproducibility experiment for kVp, mA, and examination time (sec) intensity of illumination; half-value layer (HVL) measurement; and beam perpendicularity test matching experiment. The tube voltage reproducibility experiment for all fifty hospitals resulted in a 95.33% passing rate and mA and examination time both resulted in a 77.0% passing rate. The passing rate for intensity of illumination was 86.0% and 52.0% for HVL, which was the lowest passing rate of all four factors. For the beam perpendicularity test matching experiment, generally the central flux is matched to within $1.5^{\circ}$. Of all fifty hospitals 30.0% were beyond $3^{\circ}$. The results of the survey showed that 58% responded that they knew about quality assurance cycle. All fifty respondents stated that they have not received any training in regards to quality assurance at their current place of employment. Although quality assurance is making relative progress, the most urgent issue is awareness of the importance of quality assurance. Therefore, the implementation of professional training focusing on safety management and accurate quality assurance of radiation will reduce the exposure to radiation for radiologists and patients and higher quality imaging using less dosage will also be possible.

  • The recent increase in preference for teacher jobs has led to a rise in preference for education colleges. Not all students can enter teachers, but they must pass the test called the competitive examination for teacher appointment candidates after graduation. However, due to the declining population, the and employment T.O.s are decreasing every year and the competition rate is rising steeply. Therefore, in order to concentrate on the recruitment exam upon entering the university, the university is becoming a huge academy for the exam, not a place to study and learn. We found a connection between students' overall school life and their use of study groups as well as their grades and whether they passed the competition test for teachers using deep running. The academic activities did not significantly affect the acceptance process, and the accuracy of the prediction of the acceptance rate was generally 70% accurate.

국내 정보보호 자격제도 현황 및 활성화 방안

  • 본 연구에서는 국내의 정보보호 자격제도에 대하여 운영기관, 직무분야, 응시 자격, 검정 방법, 시험과목, 합격률 및 합격자에 대한 현황을 분석하였다. 현재 우리 나라의 정보보호 자격은 인터넷보안전문가, 정보보안관리사, 정보보호전문가 자격이 민간 자격으로 운영되고 있으며, 정보보호 자격이 개발되고 운영된 기간이 얼마 되지 않기 때문에 자격취득자의 수가 매우 적다. 본 고에서는 국내 정보보호 자격에 대한 실태 분석을 통하여 우리 나라 정보보호 자격의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 농업마이스터는 국가 법률로 지정된 농업 분야 최고의 장인으로 재배품목에 대한 전문기술과 지식. 경영 능력. 소양 등을 갖춘 자로서 이를 후배 농업인에게 전수하고 교육·컨설팅할 수 있는 자질을 갖춘 농업인을 뜻한다. 2011년 처음 도입된 농업마이스터 제도는 2013년 마이스터 1기를 시작으로 현재까지 224명이 배출되었는데 양계마이스터는 총 7명이 활동하고 있다. 농업마이스터 지정시험은 2년마다 있는데 1차 필기시험, 2차 역량평가, 3차 현장 심사로 진행되며, 합격률은 10% 미만이다. 농업마이스터로 지정되면 농식품부와 각 지역에서 추진하는 귀농, 귀촌 및 후계농 지도자, 농업경영상담사 등 각종 교육사업에 현장실습 교수로 활동하게 된다.
