우리 전통술산업의 육성은 원료농산물의 소비증대와 수입주류의 대체, 전통문화의 복원 등 다양한 의미를 가지고 있다. 즉 쌀과 잡곡, 과일, 약초 등 우리 농산물로 빛은 민속주의 재현을 통해 개방여파로 인해 남아도는 우리 농산물의 소비증대와 국민들의 건강 증진, 전통문화의 계승발전에도 기여할 수 있기 때문에 산업적 활성화의 필요성이 크다. 특히 술은 지역축제나 관광, 예술 등과 결합한 고부가가치 문화상품이 될 수 있는 만큼 그린투어리즘(green tourism)이나 농촌문화관광을 풍요롭게 하는 중요한 컨텐츠가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 우리술산업의 활성화를 위한 정책과제로는 다음을 제시할 수 있다. (1) 우리술의 맛과 향, 숙취제거 등 품질을 개선하되 특히, 젊은층과 서민들의 기호에 맞으면서도 건강기능성을 가미한 다양한 제품의 개발과 포장 및 디자인의 개선이 필요하며 이를 위해 전문연구기관을 설립하거나 한국식품개발연구원을 통한 연구개 발과 교육 훈련이 선행되어야 한다. (2) 우리술의 품질관리와 차별적 유통을 위한 브랜드화가 필요한데 이는 지방자치단체와 관련업체에서 지역에서 생산되는 술에 대해 원료나 제조방법, 생산지역 등 품질기준과 표기방법을 제도화하고, 이를 소비자들에게 알리는 방법을 강구해야 한다 (3) 시음회나 품평회, 우리술페스티벌 등 다양한 이벤트행사를 통해 우리술에 대한 부정적 이미지를 개선하고 소비를 촉진하기 위해서는 적극적인 홍보와 판매촉진이 필요하다. (4) 우리 전통술의 품질향상과 가격인하를 위해 시설현대화와 기술개발, 포장 및 디자인개선, 원료구입, 홍보 및 판매촉진 등에 소요되는 자금을 지원하고 주세 차등화 등 조세감면과 경영컨설팅 등의 지원이 필요하다. (5) 현재 국회에 계류 중인 [전통술산업육성 및 지원법(안)]를 통과시켜 제도를 정비하고, 여러 부처에 흩어져 방치되고 있는 농민주 및 민속주 관련 행정체계를 정비해야 한다.

This paper presents the digitally implementable methods to preserve and restore the traditional wooden buildings, which are the typical "Korean Cultural Contents," by using computer and multimedia technologies. We first define the meaning of the digital implementation of Korean traditional wooden buildings and important points to be considered. In addition, we present the steps and methods for implementation. Furthermore, we considered wooden materials, structures and Danchung (patterns of paintings on the wooden pieces) in implementing of Gongpo (wooden structure system) for both Geunjeongjeon of Gyeongbok Palace and Injungjeon of Changduk Palace by using the presented methods. We present the mechanical method to digitally implement wooden buildings by using numerical ratios of Gongpo. The other advantage of this paper over the other studies, which focus on implementation of exterior of wooden buildings, is presenting the methods how to show the complicated relations of inner parts in Korea wooden buildings. Thus, it can be practically used in preserving and restoring Korean traditional wooden buildings.

In order for young people to be interested in tradition, a specialized experience program that can be frequently encountered is needed. We have developed an after-school traditional gift-wrapping design program in relation to the subject of home economics for the purpose of enabling students to become interested in tradition and deepen their traditional knowledge. The research process was comprised of analysis, development, and evaluation. We analyzed the home economics curriculum, authentic designs from blogs and department stores along with books published by gift-wrapping associations, and interviews with three gift wrapping specialists. Contemporary traditional packaging design is not limited to the reproduction of the traditional design but also creates designs that strongly express unique Korean identity using traditional symbol patterns, colors, traditional decorations, and small items along with modern materials. A 16-week after-school program was developed based on the analysis results. After the implementation of the after-school program in a middle school, survey results showed students who were indifferent toward tradition showed interest and acquired a positive image towards tradition.

본 논문에서는 문화유산 현장에서의 몰입형 교육을 위한 VST(Video See-through) 방식의 HMD(Head Mounted Display) 기반 XR(eXtended Reality) 체험 프레임워크를 제안한다. 매장문화재적 요소가 강한 문화유산 현장의 경우 실물이 남아있지 않아 교육 및 체험 측면에서 흥미로운 정보 전달이 어렵다. 최근 모바일 기기의 대중적인 확산에 따라 이를 이용해 문화유산 현장에 소실된 문화유산을 AR(Augmented Reality)로 복원 및 시각화하거나 관련 정보를 제공하는 연구들이 이루어졌으며, 나아가 OST(Optical See-through) 방식의 안경형 AR 디스플레이를 활용하는 사례들도 등장했다. 그러나 이러한 연구들은 기기의 특성으로 인해 몰입감과 사용성 측면에서 한계점을 보였으며, 단순히 소실된 문화유산의 복원된 모습을 정적으로 시각화하는 것에 그쳐 문화유산 현장에 내재된 동적인 역사 스토리를 재현한다는 측면에서 부족한 점이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 문화유산 현장에서 VST-HMD를 이용하여 AR 기반의 정적 문화유산 시각화뿐만 아니라 VR(Virtual Reality) 기반의 동적 역사 스토리 애니메이션을 제공하는 XR 체험 프레임워크를 제안하여 더욱 몰입감 있고 만족스러운 문화유산 교육을 제공하는 방안에 대해 검토한다.

The Internet have increased the number of digital web documents related to the history and traditions of Korean Culture. However, users who search for creators or materials related to traditional cultures are not able to get the information they want and the results are not enough. Document classification is required to access this effective information. In the past, document classification has been difficult to manually and manually classify documents, but it has recently been difficult to spend a lot of time and money. Therefore, this paper develops an automatic text classification model of traditional cultural contents based on the data of the Korean information culture field composed of systematic classifications of traditional cultural contents. This study applied TF-IDF model, Bag-of-Words model, and TF-IDF/Bag-of-Words combined model to extract word frequencies for 'Korea Traditional Culture' data. And we developed the automatic text classification model of traditional cultural contents using Support Vector Machine classification algorithm.

Susan is necessity to ready our unique cultural special quality that is correct to this because is intending international sightseeing city in APEC, PIFF etc. Specially, the hotel does the mediation deposit role which provides the place it will be able to experience our specific culture in the tourists. The Comodo-Hotel situated in Jung-gu, Susan has elements the Korean traditional culture, but there is problem that these elements is not applied to room interior. Therefore, hotel room remodeling applied to Aesthetic Attributes of the Korea Traditional does so that tourists do it so that may experience our culture familiarly and advances continuously and preserves and inherits our culture together and become universal culture. Target hotel room chooses by Standard-double, Deluxe-twin, Semi-Suite-ondol three type and applies modernity and Traditional characteristics of Korean culture variously and proposes interior remodeling.

The game market has been converted into PC such as Microsoft X-box, SONY Playstation, and Nintendo, which have been called traditional game consoles. Recently, the mobile game market has been growing as the performance of mobile devices has been reduced. The expansion of the game market is a worldwide trend, and the discovery of game contents are causing many concerns for game companies. Known as the birthplace of animation and games, Japan uses traditional cultural contents to create many characters and game stories. China, which is a latecomer, is also working to find materials for making game contents using Chinese traditional culture. is one of the most successful games in China's online marketplace. The game is designed to allow game users to experience traditional culture by reproducing the images of the time period shown in the wall painting into a virtual space. In this study, I would like to analyze the story of the Buddhist scripture in the mural of Donhwang mural, a Chinese cultural heritage.

The purpose of this study is to suggest specific elements for archiving tangible and intangible materials based on popular, administrative, historical, and cultural functions of traditional markets. Related literature was thus reviewed and the cases of Seoul Yangnyeongsi Story Archive, Gwangju Dae-An Yesul Market Archive Project D, and Daegu Bukseong-Ro Gongu Museum were analyzed. Through the literature review, elements of physical environments, social factors, experience, and people were defined as the placeness of traditional markets. Based on the aforementioned, specific elements to archive traditional markets were thus suggested.
