지금까지의 전자정부 구축은 국민의 편의성과 정부업무의 효율성에 맞추어져 왔으며, 이는 경제적 사회적 흐름에 따른 IT서비스가 국민과 정부가 실제로 원하는 것을 찾아 지원하고 선도하여 줄 수 있도록 하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 엄밀히 말하면 우리의 전자정부 과제는 남한에 국한된 것이다. 헌법에 의하면 남한과 북한은 하나의 국가인데도 불구하고, 남북한 간의 한계성을 의식적으로든 무의식적으로든 인식하여, 남한으로 테두리를 정하고 u-Korea를 실행하고 있는 것이다. 이러한 상황에서 통일부가 운영하고 있는 남북교류협력시스템(http://inter-korea.unikorea.go.kr)를 바탕으로 남북교류협력을 위한 실질적인 프로세스 개선과 정보화 전략을 새롭게 수립하기 위하여 현황과 방향성에 대해 연구하여, 향후 남북통일을 위한 초석이 될 수 있는 IT서비스로서, 또한 남북간의 특이사항을 반영한 시스템으로 기타 전자정부 과제들의 통일 이후의 모습이라는 거시적인 미래과제를 풀 수 있는 한 도구로 본 연구가 활용되고자 한다.

Archives Innovations have been generalized by the legislative system since 1999 in Korea. Although the legislative system is necessary to develop national archives system, it seems to be true in most situations or for most people. This study argued that it may not be completely true in all cases. And this study aimed discourse for more discussions about archives.

The medium and long term plan is one of the most important factors for the cooperation between cultural institutions such as archives, libraries and museums. This paper tries to analyze comparatively the development strategies' backgrounds and tasks of the national representative cultural institutions, with their similarities and differences. Limitations of the development strategies caused by their low stature are also presented in the paper. Accordingly this paper put emphasis on the changeover from separate and individual development strategy to joint and collaborative one for the cooperation between cultural institutions.

소규모 건설 사업장에서는 한 사람이 과도하게 많은 관리영역에 대해서 책임을 져야하므로 특정 영역에 대해 집중적인 관리가 불가능하다. 실제로 이와 같은 소규모 프로젝트는 작은 규모로 인해서 정부의 관리 통제에서 면제되고 있는 바, 이는 소규모 건설 사업장에서의 안전관리와 안전관리에 대한 의식 수준이 낮은 주된 이유 중 하나이다. 정부는 그간 전국적 사고 발생 건수를 줄이기 위해 지속적으로 노력하고 있지만 매년 백여 명이 넘는 근로자가 건설현장에서 사망하고 있다. 이는 그간의 관리 방법으로는 일정 수준의 목표를 달성하고자 함에 있어 상당한 한계가 있다는 것을 시사한다. 건설 사업장에서 발생하는 각종 안전사고는 건축물의 대형화 복잡화함에 따라 다양한 형태로 발생되며 그 중 대형건설사는 지속적인 안전관리를 통해 안전관리 수준이 향상되었고 상대적으로 소규모 건설 사업장과는 안전수준의 격차는 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 상대적으로 안전 관리가 미흡하고 전체사고의 반 이상을 차자하는 소규모 건설현장의 문제점을 파악하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The information processing capabilities of contemporary people have reached its limit as the daily life in an information society calls for prompt judgment and decisions while being overwhelmed with information. We no longer make optimal decisions after analyzing all necessary data and information and instead make automatic decisions based on just a handful of important information. Such a phenomenon can be observed not just in daily life but also on the internet. People believe they are making a rational choice when selecting and purchasing a product online, but in fact subconscious thoughts and behavior triggered immediately by certain parts of the brain without our knowing are what makes the decision. Therefore, this study seeks to investigate the cases of various UX designs where the persuasion method based on Cialdini's psychology of persuasion is applied and to suggest a direction for a more effective user interface design based on the findings.

A wide range of health professionals have interest in changing the health behavior of individuals. To intervene effectively and to make informed judgements about how to measure the success of such interventions, health professionals must have an deep understanding of health behavior. This paper provides an overview of the thories of health-related behaviors and the strength and weakness of each, how the theories relate to others, and how they can be used in practice. The theories reviewed include Suchmann's stages of illness experience, Health belief model, Attribution theory, Fishbein's theory of reasoned action, Multiattribute utility models, Consumer information processing, and Anderson's models. Finally, this paper introduces the reader to interesting research findings in our country.

This research begins from the recognition that the Korean library OPACs have failed in reflecting the information needs of children, and especially the behavioral aspects of digital kids. Maintaining such problem recognition, this research examines the weak points and limits of Korean OPACs for digital kids, and explores the possible solutions. In details, identified at the first hand is digital kids' library use behavior, in particular, their search behavior of library OPACs. Also discussed is on the development of a new generation OPAC for digital kids. The data were collected from a survey with 545 elementary school students, in-depth interviews with 8 carefully selected students among the survey participants, and a direct observation on the children's information search process in 6 libraries.

The actress of the movie is an operating system called Samantha. She only has a voice in the movie. Theodore, the main actor writes letters for his clients. He got married Katherin after dating for years but they failed to maintain their relationship. It was hard for them to grow with distance. On the contrary, the learning OS doesn't have any fixed pattern and any limits, so it becomes the ideal partner for him. Since she was accessed by him, Samantha has expanded her ability rhizomatically. She could have sex with human and philosophical debates with a departed philosopher. While they have relationship, Theodore experiences the expansion of his conscience. Love cannot be confined in a small box. After realizing how to love people around him, he sends a love letter to Katherine with all his heart. The meaning of co-existing with A.I. and human is to have a chance to introspect our inner side of mind more deeply.

Background: This study was conducted to identify the experiences of nursing students students who participated in jigsaw cooperative learning in medical terminology classes. Methods: Data were collected through in-depth individual interviews and analyzed using the Colaizzi phenomenological analysis methodology. Results: Six categories emerged through experiences of jigsaw cooperative learning of nursing students. The specific categories are 'two contrasting emotions that exist under consciousness', 'progression towards self-directed learning', 'resurrection of community spirit', 'facing the growing self', 'realistic limits', and 'co-operation that has risen above consciousness'. Conclusion: Jigsaw cooperative learning enhances nursing students' self-directed learning and community consciousness. It is a very useful teaching and learning method that encourages growth through community spirit and cooperation. In the future, we propose a study using jigsaw-cooperative learning in various classes.

Korea Train Express (KTX) is now leading the train industry, heralding a new renaissance of transportation and changing the old construction-oriented policy to one based on customers' needs that intends to offer better service in speed, convenience, and space creation around the railroad stations. These new policies aims to provide differentiated 'utility' based services, with the commitment to environmentally friendly 'green growth'. Nevertheless, the new policy has the unspecified 'public' as its target and tends to change bus users to train users rather than automobile users to train users. Furthermore, due to the heavy dependence on automobiles, there exists the definite limit of the new policy to attract the automobile users to train services. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the car dependence in Seoul metropolitan area. Based on the analysis using structure equation modeling, it can be described that environment consciousness and public satisfaction level affect on the car dependence. Author concludes that emotional marketing needs to go with utility marketing and Incentive marketing to weaken the heavy dependence on automobiles and to successfully prompt the change to train services.
