A Study on Learning Sequence Control of Agent for Effective teaming (효율적인 학습을 위한 에이전트의 학습 순서 제어에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 효율적인 e-teaming 학습을 학습자에게 적합한 학습 환경의 학습 순서로 제공하기 위한 튜터(코치) 기능의 에이전트 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 튜터 기능의 에이전트는 다양한 학습자 환경과 학습 수준에 따른 학습자의 학습파일과 선수 학습 자료를 데이터베이스로 저장하여 학습자에게 적합한 학습 순서의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 학습자와 에이전트의 지속적인 상호작용으로 효율적인 e-teaming 학습이 유지될 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구에서는 학습자의 선수(기초) 학습이나 학습 진행 상황, 결과 등의 정보를 저장하고 이를 이용하여 학습자에게 최적의 학습 순서를 제공할 수 있도록 튜터(코치) 기능의 에이전트와 협력 학습이 이루어질 수 있도록 한다. 그 방법의 하나로 학습자의 학습 진행 상황을 저장하고 학습자들의 학습 순서와 시스템에서 제안하는 학습 순서를 비교하여 학습자에게 보다 적합한 학습 순서(courseware)를 제안할 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구의 결과로 학습 순서를 제안하는 튜터 에이전트 시스템은 학습 시스템이 제안하는 학습 순서와 학습자가 학습하고자 하는 학습 순서를 학습자의 학습 진행에 따라 학습 순서를 재구성하고 평가 전에 학습자의 학습 순서 경로를 다시 한번 반복 학습하게 함으로써 학습자가 최대의 학습 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 효과를 나타낼 수 있다.

A study of the relationship between learning flow and learning burnout in college online classes (대학 온라인학습에서 학습몰입과 학습소진의 관계에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to investigate the relationship among the learning flow, perceived effectiveness of online learning and learning burnout in college online classes. A total of 149 college students participated in the study and completed the survey including learning flow, learning burnout and demographic information. The results showed that participants with higher learning flow showed less learning burnout. In addition, the perceived effectiveness of online learning partially mediated the relationship between cognitive learning flow and learning burnout, but did not mediate the relationship between defined learning flow and learning burnout. Since learners with higher cognitive learning flow perceived online learning as more effective, it is necessary to find out how to build learners' cognitive learning flow to decrease learning burnout. The results imply that universities should provide students with administrative support and an appropriate online learning environment.

  • 본 논문에서는 개선된 유전자 알고리즘과 역전파 신경망 알고리즘의 특징을 살펴보고, 비선형 모의자료를 이용하여 개선된 유전자 알고리즘 기반의 신경망 학습 효과와 역전파 신경망 알고리즘을 이용한 신경망 학습 효과를 비교해 본다. 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 신경망 학습에는 개선된 신경망 제어기를 이용한다. 역전파 알고리즘을 이용한 신경망 학습에는 일반화 성능향상을 위한 인자들의 결합효과를 이용한다. 모의실험을 통하여 두 가지의 학습에서 학습 수령의 정도와 학습 속도 등을 비교하는 모의실험 결과를 개선된 유전자 알고리즘과 신경망 알고리즘의 학습 결과와 항께 제시한다. 모의실험의 결과로서 유전자 알고리즘을 적용한 개선된 신경망 제어기를 통한 학습 결과가 일반 신경망 학습 결과보다 초기 가중값을 작은 범위에서 발생시킬 때 수렴 정확도 및 학습 속도에서 좋은 결과를 나타내 주고 있다.

  • 본 연구는 웹기반 신용교육에서 학습자의 몰입과 학습효과간의 관계를 분석하여 이를 기반으로 프로그램의 기획, 설계에 있어 시사점을 제공하기 위한 연구이다. 기존 연구 결과에 기초하여 웹기반 신용교육에서 몰입에 영향을 미치는 영향요인들을 학습자의 자기효능감, 상호작용성, 프로그램 유용성으로 정리하고, 몰입수준, 학습효과간에 어떠한 인과적 관계가 있는지 규명하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 상호작용성과 프로그램 유용성이 몰입수준, 학업만족도, 학습전이도 등과 상관관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 몰입 영향요인으로 정리된 자기효능감, 상호작용성, 프로그램 유용성은 모두 몰입수준에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 몰입 영향요인 중 상호작용성과 프로그램 유용성은 몰입수준 촉진을 매개로 하여 학습효과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • The purpose of this study has been found to be effective using ICT teaching-learning than traditional teaching-learning method on academic achievement applying the meta-analysis method. This study set the following questions to be answered. 1. The 85% subject of analysis of ICT-using teaching-learning selected in this study turned out to be clear effective than traditional teaching-learning method in academic achievement of students. 2. ICT-using teaching-learning is more effective for academic achievement of elementary school students and university students than for middle school students and high school students relatively. 3. ICT-using teaching-learning is a most effective method in subject of art and physical education and social subject but less effective in mathematics subject.

Structural Equation Model Analysis of Communication Ability by Havruta Teaching-Learning Method

  • This study is to apply the Havruta teaching-learning method to college students' major classes and analyze the relationship between the effectiveness evaluation of communication skills and sub-factors using a structural equation model. As a result of the study, the communication ability score was different before and after Havruta teaching-learning, and it was found that after Havruta teaching-learning was higher than before Havruta teaching-learning. The path effect was found to be significant in all of the total, direct, and indirect effects among latent variables, except for the relationship between interpretation ability, role-playing ability, and goal-setting ability in the direct effect. In this study, it was found that the Havruta teaching-learning method not only improves creativity and thinking ability, but also improves self-directed learning ability. In addition, it was reconfirmed that it is a teaching-learning method that can develop social skills and communication skills as well as problem-solving skills while experiencing opinions different from one's own. As a result, research on a thorough student-centered teaching-learning method suitable for the Homo Machina era must be continued and its application in the educational field must be implemented.

  • 본 연구에서는 학습자의 프로그래밍 학습능력을 향상시키기 위하여, 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 교수 전략을 규명하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 프로그래밍 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 교수전략으로는 진도 적절성, 난이도 적절성, 교수자의 개입수준, 유머 사용으로 측정하였으며 학습효과는 성취도와 만족도를 측정하였다. A 전문대학의 컴퓨터공학과 110명의 학생을 대상의 설문을 실시한 후 학습효과에 대한 교수전략의 영향을 분석한 결과, 난이도 적절성이 성취도에 영향을 끼치며, 난이도 적절성과 교수자의 개입수준이 수업만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 규명되었다. 이에 따라 프로그래밍의 학습효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 시사점을 제안하였다.

  • The increase in demand for e-learning has created a need to explore the implications of the emerging paradigm shift on the learning environment. To utilize information technology to improve learning processes, the pedagogical assumptions underlying the design of information technology for educational purposes must be understood. However, little theoretical development or empirical research has examined the learning effectiveness in web-based distance learning. In this regard, the primary purpose of this study is to investigate which factors of E-learning influence the effectiveness of education and expectation. Based on the prior studies of the education and business training field, research model and research hypotheses were developed. Factors studied in this paper were student characteristics, system environment and teacher characteristics. The result showed that the student characteristics has the significant effect on the effectiveness of education and expectation. However, the system characteristics and the teacher characteristics have the partial significant effects. This result is partially due to the subject characteristics of this study, because the subjects of this study are the students and they have already the experiences in IT and e-learning.

  • The aim of this study was to analyze effects of a blended learning program based on case study approach and to suggest implications in appropriately evaluating blended learning in practices for corporate education and training. In order to achieve the goal, issues such as the ones related to blended learning including development and status quo of blended learning programs in the field of corporate education and training and operation models for the blended learning were reviewed. Then, the outcomes of a blended learning program were completely analyzed through systems approach. The methodology of the study was a mixed research method which was comprised of quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of quantitative analysis showed that blended learning itself seemed to have significant effects on the leadership capability in general assessment and self assessment. The most viable effects of blended learning in leadership training are said to be actual change of actions and activities in leadership capability of the participants followed by changes in their job tasks contributing to improving the managerial performance of the company, good transfer to current job tasks, and implementation of the practice plans.
