Most domestic educational mobile contents put special stress on learning foreign languages such as English, and usually the telecommunications companies and the education companies partner to provide mobile terminals with the contents such as video files. Recently the trend of mobile platforms for the educational contents have been changed because of the release the many kinds of smart phones like iPhone and Google Phone. In this paper, we design the educational contents for Korean listening education to aid to study Korean effectively as a foreign language. It carries out a detailed design to realize and run the contents based on the Android OS which is an open source platform backed by Google.

In recently, the trend is that the mobile platform of educational contents is changing according to development of various smart phones like I-phone and Google-phone. In this paper, so, we implement listening contents for Korean education to support learning Korean as foreign language effectively. In detail, we implement the operation of contents based on android OS of Google open-type platform of smart phone.

본 연구는 오늘날 대학 교육과정의 일부로 중요시되고 있는 봉사학습에 대한 것으로써 봉사학습 교육과정의 하나인 해외봉사활동 프로그램을 어떻게 개발하고 체계적으로 운영하여 교육적 효과를 높일 것인지를 삼육대학교의 사례를 중심으로 제안한다. 대학은 봉사학습의 일환으로 해외봉사프로그램을 운영함에 있어 지도교수, 학생, 학교 봉사관련부서(사회봉사단 혹은 봉사센터)가 역할의 분담과 상호 협력을 통해 일관성 있으면서도 조화롭게 운영되도록 한다. 프로그램 성공의 핵심은 학교의 봉사교육에 대한 분명한 철학과 비전 제시, 지도교수들의 봉사정신과 세밀한 준비, 봉사활동 참여자들에 대한 철저한 사전교육, 봉사자들이나 팀들에 대한 봉사단의 체계적 지원활동 등이다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop case-based self-learning multimedia contents for preventing malpractice that frequently occurred among nurses working in the operating room. Methods: Based on the learning needs of operating room nurses, real case reports, and literature reviews, the case-based multimedia learning contents were developed according to the instructional design procedure. The assessment of learning needs was performed by the combination of surveys using structured questionnaire and of interviews for 40 operating room nurses. Results: The learning contents included four learning modules with real malpractice cases from the areas of operating preparation, nursing skills during operation, environmental management of operating room, and patient safety and observation-related. The 80 minute long case-based multimedia learning contents were finally developed after content validity tests from clinical experts. Each module contained photos, sounds and flash animation with voice recording on the contents of nursing error cases and standardized protocols. Conclusion: The developed multimedia learning contents based on real error cases in this study can be utilized as an educational hands-on training materials for nurses to prevent malpractice in the operating room.

One of the main reasons of information divide of multi-cultural family is caused by language barrier that is associated with low education level. In addition the social problem can be triggered by the information divide that may increase the gap of economic inequality. With respect to the overall capability of accessibility of digital devices and the level of data utilization, the parent of muiti-cultural family's level is inferior to that of the parents of an ordinary family. However the traditional learning contents management system for those parents is not appropriate to decease the gap of the information divide. To handle this problem, it is necessary to construct a customized learning contents management system that is used to support the education of the parents of multi-cultural family depending on the level of understanding the learning contents written in korean. In this paper we design the korean to korean translation based learning contents management system and show the result of its prototype.

Recently, the importance of self-directed learning has emerged in the fields of public education, private education, lifelong education, and vocational training education, in which learners can actively cope with knowledge in an infusion-oriented way. However, there are various theoretical knowledge such as concepts and strategies for self-directed learning, but the situation is insufficient for a system where learners can easily receive content in the academic field they want, depending on the actual self-directed learning operation plan or learning area. Therefore, since it is important to provide various learning content in this paper, we utilize text mining techniques to obtain appropriate information and refine and categorize the meaning. On-line, they want to study a system that provides a variety of content in the academic field that learners are trying to acquire.

The study aims to gain information for developing educational content to support LPSMBs (low-performing students with multicultural backgrounds) in elementary and middle schools. The procedure involved surveying students about their personal characteristics, attitudes related to learning, and learning environment. I analyzed responses from 1,147 students from 200 elementary schools and 3,760 students from 320 middle schools who were LPSMBs and NPSMBs (normally performing students with multicultural backgrounds). LPSMBs in both elementary and middle school showed statistically significant lower scores on most questionnaires related to learning and learning environment than NPSMBs. LPSMBs in elementary schools showed higher scores on teachers' learning support, LPSMBs in middle school showed higher scores on classmates' learning support. LPSMBs born in foreign countries need to be given opportunities to learn Korean as well as their father's and mother's culture. I give suggestions for how to support LPSMBs' learning and learning environment based on the survey results.

급속한 정보통신 기술의 발달로 인하여 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 기술, 네트워크 인프라, 3D 기술, 가상현실 기술 등 미래 콘텐츠 기술을 적용한 새로운 디지털 사용자 환경이 구축되고 있다. 교육 및 지식 분야에서도 동영상 기반이나 플래시 기반의 단순하고 일방형의 교육 콘텐츠를 벗어난 새로운 고품질의 이러닝 콘텐츠가 요구되고 있다. 또한 개인의 체험 중심의 학습경험과 지식을 스스로 구성해나가는 새로운 학습방법을 지원하는 이러닝 기술의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 대한 대안의 하나로 실재감과 몰입감을 촉진함으로써 학습효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 혼합현실기반의 이러닝 시스템의 개발이 시도되고 있다. 본 고에서는 혼합현실 이러닝 기술 개발 방향을 모색하기 위하여 국내외 혼합현실 이러닝 기술 동향, 시스템 사례, 교육적 효과에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

Whether the engineering department of universities employs ideal usage of e-learning or not needs to be investigated as many engineering departments diversify the use of the e-learning elements for educational purpose. Applying the teaching and learning methods and characteristics would lead to better strategies which are applied to development of contents and deployment of the e-learning courses. This study examines the characteristics and approaches of the usage of e-learning elements used by some instructors who use multimedia contents in offline teaching and learning environment. The results of this study shows that the e-learning elements assist the face-to-face course and the interactions are manifested in the classroom rather than in online setting. Lecture, hands-on-practice, simulation, and PBL(Problem-based learning) are turned out to be the major teaching and learning methods. This study signifies the need for use of various teaching and learning methods by the instructors and provision of PBL environment.

As the learning space has expanded, the distance education has become a recent scholarship in teaching-learning method, and also a great type of media, technologies and strategies to support distance education are attracting a fair amount of attention. However in order to manage a distance education system, it is necessary to be endowed user with technical ability and operational expenses. On the other hand, although a web-based system that makes simple may cut cost, it is difficult to analyze learner's behaviors. Therefore, in this paper, we developed a interactive distance system based on individualized questioning, which relies upon learner's knowledge state and applies a efficient individualized learning method. Additionally, this study is instrument to reduce users' technical ability and operational expenses.
