We made a research on web service of famous Korean and foreign universities' CTLs(Center for Teaching and Learning). Foreign CTLs of famous universities surpass Korean CTLs in manpower. However, the web services of Korean famous universities' CTLs are never inferior to those of foreign famous universities' CTLs. Web services of Korean famous universities' CTLs, which provide application forms and participants' boards are more system oriented than those of foreign CTLs of famous universities.

The web services of the CTLs(Center for Teaching and Learning) of 30 well known Korean and foreign universities have been evaluated in the present study. The CTLs of renowned foreign universities surpass Korean CTLs in terms of manpower. Nevertheless, the web services of the renowned Korean universities' are in no way inferior to those of the foreign CTLs surveyed in the present study. We found some web services to be desired and suggested a more system oriented web service function model.

This study analyzed the websites of domestic college's Teaching and Learning Center of Quality. The title of "Teaching and Learning Center of Quality" was given to 9 colleges selected for 3 years since 2010 by Korean Council for College Education. The websites mostly consist of introduction, teaching support, learning support, e-learning support, service, media support, resources, community, and so on. This study also analyzes the similarities and differences of the websites by the degree of the webpage menu activation. This study suggests the direction of the websites functions which college's Teaching and Learning Center should have.

This study analyzed on web services status of World Class College(WCC)'s Teaching and Learning Center. WCC refers to colleges equipped with educational environment which can accommodate the needs of industry and growth potential and vision. Web services of WCC's Teaching and Learning Center consist of center introduction, teaching support, learning support, service, and specialized menu. This study analyzed on menu and specialized web services from 9 colleges out of total 21 colleges. This study is to propose a way of Teaching and Learning Center's web services which college's Teaching and Learning Center aims at by analyzing on web services of World Class College's teaching and learning center.

교수학습센터는 교원의 전문성 향상과 교육정보화 기반 학교 교육 혁신을 실천하기 위한 중요한 목표를 수행하고 있다. 국내에는 대학에서부터 초등학교에 이르기까지 다양한 교수학습센터가 설치 운영되고 있다. 대상은 국가차원의 초중등 교육의 교수학습을 지원하는 중앙단위의 교수학습센터이다. 본 연구에서는 교수학습센터의 성과를 효과적이고 효율적으로 평가할 수 있는 성과 분석 모형 개발에 앞서 여러 성과평가모형의 이론 및 실천적 탐색을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 교수학습센터의 성과평가에 관련된 이론적 관점과 실천적 관점의 모형탐색을 살펴볼 수 있을 것이며, 이를 통해 모형 개발과 성과 평가를 위한 실천 전략을 수립하는데 기여할 것이다.

This study examined the constructivist perspective and the characteristics of informal learning in relation to work place learning of sports center leaders through a theoretical approach. For this reason, informal learning has important learning meaning because sports center leaders based on informal learning enable them to develop their professionalism through workplace learning in terms of experience and practice in promoting the process of growth and learning. Can be. In addition, the leaders in the sports center coaching sites lack formal learning opportunities in workplace learning compared to office workers in general companies. Therefore, the type of informal learning and the way to improve learning should be presented. This part is considered to be an educational element as an important factor for the professionalism of sports center leaders. In addition, the establishment of a workplace learning environment in personal, environmental, institutional and organizational aspects will help sports center leaders to increase their professionalism.

관계추출기의 학습을 위해서는 많은 학습 데이터가 필요한데, 사람이 모으게 되면 많은 비용이 필요하여 원격 지도 학습을 이용한 데이터 수집이 많은 연구에서 사용되고 있다. 원격 지도 학습은 지식베이스를 기반으로 학습 데이터를 자동으로 만들어 내는 방식이기에 비용이 거의 들지 않지만, 지식베이스의 질과 양에 영향을 받는다. 본 연구는 원격 지도 학습을 기본으로 관계추출기의 성능을 향상 시키고, 지식베이스를 확장하는 방안으로 반복학습을 제안한다. 실험을 적은 비용으로 빠르게 진행하기 위해 반복학습을 자동화 하는 시스템을 설계하여 실험을 하였고, 이 시스템으로 관계추출기의 성능이 향상 될 수 있는 가능성을 보였으며, 반복학습을 통한 지식베이스의 확장 방안을 제시한다.

The Teaching & Learning Center plays an important role in increasing the expertise of instructors and for directing the diffusion of innovation not only in primary & secondary education but also in education at the university level. In this study, the Performance Evaluation Model is devised and developed for improving the competency of the Teaching & Learning Center. It consists of three domains - (a) the planning domain, (b) the process domain, and (c) the performance domain - and 11 external indices and 8 internal indices. The Performance Evaluation Index and Guidelines are proposed based on this model.

의료산업은 진단 및 치료 위주의 기술개발이 진행되어왔다. 최근 의료 빅데이터를 기반으로 진단, 치료 및 재활뿐만 아니라 예방과 예후관리까지 지원하는 의료서비스에 대한 패러다임이 변화되고 있다. 특히, 여러 의료 중심의 플랫폼 기술 가운데 객관적인 진단지표를 가지고 있는 의료영상을 기반으로 인공지능 학습에 적용하여 진단 및 예측을 중심으로 한 플랫폼 개발이 진행되고 있다. 하지만, 인공지능 연구에는 많은 학습 데이터가 요구될 뿐만 아니라 학습에 적용하기 위해서는 데이터 특성에 따른 전처리 기술과 분류 작업에 많은 시간 소요되어 이와 같은 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방법들이 요구되고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문은 인공지능 학습까지 적용하기 위한 의료영상 데이터에 대한 확장 모델을 개발하여 공통적인 조건에 따라 의료영상 데이터가 표준화되어 변환하며, 자동화 시스템 구조에 따라 데이터가 분류·저장되어 인공지능 학습까지 지원할 수 있는 플랫폼을 제안하고자 한다. 그리고 근감소증 학습데이터 관리 및 적용 결과를 통해 플랫폼의 수행성을 검증하였다. 향후 제안한 플랫폼을 통해 의료데이터에 대한 전처리, 분류, 관리까지 지원함으로써 CDM 확장 표준 의료데이터 플랫폼으로 활용 가능성을 보였다.
