  • 수학적 지식과 능력을 활용하여 생활 주변의 여러 가지 문제를 해결하는 능력의 신장이야말로 수학교육의 목표이자, 수학 학습의 근본적인 이유가 된다. 그러나 문제해결 능력이 가장 많이 필요한 문장제 문제해결과, 문제 푸는 방법 찾기 단원을 학생들은 해결하기 어려워한다. 다른 단원보다 명확하게 식을 찾을 수 있는 연산 문제들과 다르고, 책에 제시되어 있는 방법을 쉽게 사용을 하지 못하며. 그 문제의 의미를 이해하지 못한다. 그래서 문제를 푸는데 즐거움을 느끼지 못한다. 이에 본 연구는 문제 푸는 방법 찾기 단원을 중심으로 문제해결 능력 신장을 위한 교수 학습 시스템 설계를 목적으로 학습의 과정별, 특성별, 연계별 학습 내용을 고려하여 학년 통합, 내용 통합하여 재구성하였다. 그리고 교수-학습 모듈, 평가 모듈, 상호작용 모듈로 시스템을 구성하였다. 시공간의 제약을 극복하여 학습자들의 수준에 적합한 개별화 학습을 제공하고, 웹을 이용한 문제 만들기 활동을 통하여 학습에 자신감을 기르고, 또한, 자기주도적 학습 능력을 향상시키는 계기가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Developing and Applying Environmental Education Learning Modules Using Goal-Based Scenario (목표기반시나리오를 활용한 환경교육 교수·학습모듈의 개발과 적용)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop learning modules for environmental education using goal-based scenarios and to examine their pedagogical benefits at the elementary educational level. To enhance environmental knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behavior, this research developed learning modules relevant to three sub-dimensions of environmental education: education about environment, education in environment, and education for environment. In particular, this study provided useful educational strategies based on students' everyday lives. The developed modules consisted of three parts: 1) acquiring knowledge concerning the cause of global warming, 2) practicing and internalizing environmental knowledge in students' everyday lives, and 3) extending and disseminating environmental knowledge and awareness to other people. After applying the modules, the students acquired knowledge regarding the causes of global warming through discussions with their peers, and furthermore, exercised pro-environmental behaviors in their everyday lives. Moreover, the participants created UCC to urge other people to act for environment.

Exploring Learning Effects of Elementary School Students Engaging in the Development of Geological Virtual Field Trips (가상 야외지질답사 모듈 개발에 참여한 초등학생들의 학습 효과 탐색)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore inductively learning effects of virtual field trips(VFTs) programs developed by elementary school students under the theme of minerals and rocks, focusing on learning in virtual geological components. Ten students attending 'H' elementary school in the metropolitan area voluntarily participated. In order to develop a virtual field trips programs, pre-actual outdoor geological field trips were conducted and virtual field trips programs were developed. In this process, written data of students observing, all video recording and voice recording materials of the course in which students participated, VR development data, and post-interview data were collected. Data were inductively analyzed focusing on four areas(cognitive, psychological, geography, and technical components) of learning in virtual geological field trips. As a result, there were positive learning effects for students in four areas. This study revealed that the study participants were not just participants in virtual learning, but rather developed classes for virtual field trips programs, which had significant results in terms of authentic inquiry.

  • 이 논문에서는 멀티미디어 컴퓨터에 연결된 미디키보드를 사용하여 피아노 연주를 혼자서 배우고 연습할 수 있도록 하기 위한 지능형 교습 시스템을 개발하기 위하여, 시스템 구조 및 모듈별 기능과 기본적인 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하였다. 시스템의 구조는 미디 키보드의 실시간 연주 샘플링 모듈, 미디 데이타의 시퀀싱 모듈, 사운드 합성 모듈과 연결된 지능형 교습 시스템이 된다. 세분화된 모듈별 기능에서는 학습 콘텐츠, 학습자 모델, 진단 평가 모듈, 진도 관리 모듈, 등의 세부적인 기능 설계가 필요하다. 학습자 모델을 기반으로 진단 편가 및 진도 관리를 지능적으로 처리하기 위해서 CLIPS를 사용한 전문가시스템 접근을 사용한다. 컴퓨터 화면상의 악보 디스플레이, 실시간 연주 화면, 진단 평가 디스플레이를 위한 GUI 설계가 필요하다. 그리고, 향후 콘텐츠 구축 및 시스템 구현 시에 예상되는 문제점과 해결 방안을 논의한다.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an scientific inquiry learning module by applying ESD and to verify its effect so that students could understand sustainable development and geology concepts by reconstructing the contents of the geology related unit. For this purpose, the "Volcanoes and Earthquakes" unit in the 3-4 grade group of the Korea national curriculum was selected and the scientific inquiry learning module was developed. The developed inquiry learning module consisted of one textbook and one teacher 's guidebook, and it was put into one class of elementary school to verify the effect. As a result, the teacher said that it was good to be taught contents of ESD and it was useful because of the concreteness of inquiry activities. The students responded that they were interesting because developed textbook is more often the interesting picture and activity than traditional textbook. And the students responded that 'ESD' has been an opportunity to be interested in science.

  • 최근, 분류기 쪽에서는 모듈라 학습을 이용한 방법들에 대해서 상당한 관심이 모아지고 있다. 모듈라 학습 방법은 divide and conquer 개념에 바탕을 두고 있기 때문에 복잡한 문제에 대해서 학습 질 측면이나 학습 속도 면에서 단일 분류기에 비해 좋은 결과들을 나타내고 있다. 인공신경망을 이용한 분류 방법 쪽에서도 이러한 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 번호판 인식을 위한 간단한 형태의 모듈라 신경망을 제안하고 이의 성능을 평가하였다. 실험 결과, 일반적인 차량 번호판의 영상에서 성공적인 결과를 보였으며, 잡음에 의한 훼손된 번호판도 좋은 인식 결과를 보였다. 또한 인식률 측면 뿐만 아니라 학습 속도 면에서도 상당한 이득이 있었다.

An Evaluation Study of an ESP Module Program Combining with Keller's Learning Motivation Model for the 1st grade Nursing Students (학습동기모델과 특수목적영어 융합 모듈 프로그램 평가연구: 간호학과 신입생을 대상으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of an ESP module program which combines Keller's ARCS model for the $1^{st}$ grade nursing students. Students' learning motivation and academic achievement were compared between an intervention group and a control group and their perception and subjective effects on the module program were identified. Quantitative data showed that the overall level of learning motivation in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (t=2.391, p=.019). No significant difference was found on the level of academic achievement between two groups (t=0.116, p=.098). Contents analysis on the qualitative data showed that ESP module program was interesting, effective, helpful for understanding clinical settings, and giving confidence and satisfaction. According to the result, it is assumed that the ESP module program which combines ARCS model can be effective in motivating the $1^{st}$ grade nursing students to learn nursing contents and English.

A Study on the Activation of Construction Practical Course through the Analysis of the Satisfaction Level in NCS Learning Module (NCS 학습모듈 만족도 분석을 통한 건설 교과 실무과목 수업 활성화 방안)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the basic materials needed to plan the NCS Learning Module to be used effectively in practical courses. In this study, teachers and students' satisfaction surveys were collected about the NCS (National Competency Standards) learning module, career and field practice, practical environment used in the construction subject course. This study was conducted on public high schools in Chungcheong province (including Daejeon), which is operating practice course using the NCS learning module. The research questions are as follows; First, how was the satisfaction of teachers and students in the practical subject class using NCS learning module? Second, what is the degree of satisfaction of teacher's career and field practice guidance, student's career decision and field practice after the practical course using NCS learning module? Third, the satisfaction level of the developed NCS learning module and practical subject class using the same was determined by setting whether the number of training of NCS-related teachers or the presence or absence of on-the-job training of students were affected? The results of the study are as follows; As a result of comparing the teachers' and students' satisfaction, the students showed satisfaction in all items, whereas the teachers showed 'content level', 'interest', 'necessary knowledge', 'skill acquisition', 'Improvement of practical skills (level of skill performance)', 'scale of experimental practice', and 'items of experimental practice equipment' were dissatisfied. It was found that the number of NCS related teachers' training (or absence) or the presence of students on the field had an effect on the satisfaction of the developed NCS learning module and the practical course using it. In order to fully utilize the developed NCS learning module in the practical course, it is required to develop and construct the teaching material of the teacher who can serve as an intermediary for conceptualization and understanding of job skills. It is necessary to increase the number of education and training specialists to positively reflect the demands of the education field.

  • The occupational execution technique and the ability of people has been changed along with the change of thinking and the development of complicated social structure. The needs of learner's self-controlled learning system is arise to increase the occupational execution technique and adaptation in such a changing social environment. To meet these needs, we must develop systematic approach on the module-type educational material system. The purpose of this study lies on developing the module-type educational material system and its application in aspects of occupational execution ability. Based on the job analysis of advertising design, 1 analyze the learning ability for the occupational execution and abstract knowledge, function, attitude from each learning category of each learning ability. All these processes are the basis of developing the module-type educational material system. and the system will be appreciated in many other fields not only on advertising design.

Intelligent Vocabulary Recommendation Agent for Educational Mobile Augmented Reality Games (교육용 모바일 증강현실 게임을 위한 지능형 어휘 추천 에이전트)

  • In this paper, we propose an intelligent vocabulary recommendation agent that automatically provides vocabulary corresponding to game-based learners' needs and requirements in the mobile education augmented reality game environment. The proposed agent reflects the characteristics of mobile technology and augmented reality technology as much as possible. In addition, this agent includes a vocabulary reasoning module, a single game vocabulary recommendation module, a battle game vocabulary recommendation module, a learning vocabulary list Module, and a thesaurus module. As a result, game-based learners' are generally satisfied. The precision of context vocabulary reasoning and thesaurus is 4.01 and 4.11, respectively, which shows that vocabulary related to situation of game-based learner is extracted. However, In the case of satisfaction, battle game vocabulary(3.86) is relatively low compared to single game vocabulary(3.94) because it recommends vocabulary that can be used jointly among recommendation vocabulary of individual learners.
