  • The purpose of this study is to increase the level of learning achievement and satisfaction by developing of on-line learning instruments. This study was to investigate the relationship among learning instrumments(lecture, homeworks, on-line interaction and off-line interaction), learning achievement and learning satisfaction. This survey was conducted 226 responses of e-learning social welfare education learners. Research method used Amos 18. Result indicated that homeworks and off-line interactive instruments had a positive effect on learning achievement and satisfaction. And lecture had a positive effect on learning satisfaction, but on-line mode interaction instruments had no effect. In order to improve the effectiveness of learning, structural development of activity learning instrument is necessary. And to foster learning satisfaction, it will be necessary to increase the learning achievement.

  • According to the 2004 Sloan Consortium Report, distance education is the fastest growing sector of higher education. This study suggests a research model, based on an e-Learning success model, the relationship of the e-learner's self-regulated learning strategy, computer self-efficacy, and system quality perception of the e-Learning environment. As a result, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and service quality effect on e-learner's satisfaction. In addition to, self-regulated learning strategy based on computer self-efficacy is also important variable regarding e-learner's satisfaction.

Research result was as following. First, learner and educational characteristics were confirmed to have an indirect impact on learning outcomes, which were mediated by learning satisfaction and commitment. Second, adult learner's characteristics directly influenced to learning commitment and satisfaction as well as educational institutions did. Third, learning commitment also directly affected learning satisfaction and outcomes. Fourth, learning satisfaction had a strong influence on learning outcomes. By all accounts, learning outcomes was directly influenced by learner, educational characteristics, and learning satisfaction. • The purpose of this descriptive research is to get basic data for educational program after investigating convergent effect of psychological capital on learning satisfaction of nursing freshmen. Using SPSS 21, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression of the 164 collected data were carried out. The mean scores of psychological capital and learning satisfaction were above the middle, and the 'hope' was the highest among subdomains of psychological capital. There was a positive correlation between psychological capital and learning satisfaction(r=.665, p<.001). School performance(${\beta}=.311$), school life satisfaction(${\beta}=.191$) and psychological capital(${\beta}=.522$) were the significant factors of learning satisfaction in hierarchical multiple regression(F=37.651, p=.004). The explanatory rate of variables on learning satisfaction was 57.4%. It is needed applying these results in developing learning satisfaction programs, but it isn't appropriate to generalize these results conducted on nursing freshmen in one university.

  • This study investigates the effect of E-learning service quality toward users' learning satisfactions when moderating by users' study motivations at cyber universities. For this end, the E-learning service quality was measured with SERVQUAL which was widely employed in academic research area. From rich survey analysis, this study finds that the three factors of E-learning service quality such as concreteness, certainty, credibility and sympathy are statistically correlated with users' learning satisfactions, but the responsiveness is not. Also in order to test the hypothesis that the study motivation is a moderate variable, the three step regression analysis was applied. Finally, this research finds that the study motivation has the role of moderate variable to affect the users' learning satisfactions.
