The object of this study is to offer a basic reference for improving students' housing into a desirable living environments at small-sized local city. To do so, this study is to analyze residential choice elements and interior environment satisfaction of students around Samcheok national university at user's point. Trough the field survey and questionnaire about students' housing, the student's residential environment is almost composed of one room type of multifamily housing. But students' housing of this type is insufficient to the housing level which they demand. To obtain the real features as theirs housing, the development of the plan type to reflect the their actual demand is necessary. The results of this study can be applied to the actual design of hiring students' housing.

이 연구는 고등학교 $\ulcorner$기술ㆍ가정$\lrcorner$주거 공간 꾸미기 단원의 교수-학습을 위한 WBI 프로그램을 개발하고 평가하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 WBI 프로그램을 개발하여 주거 공간 꾸미기 단원의 교과 내용을 학습하고 HOME DESIGN 응용 프로그램을 이용하여 실습함으로써 제 7차 교육과정에서 강조하는 웹 기반 수업과 개별학습을 하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 프로그램은 ADDIE 모형을 중심으로 학습 내용 선정, WBI 프로그램 설계, WBI 프로그램 개발 수업 적용, 평가 과정을 거쳐 개발하였다. 우선 $\ulcorner$기술ㆍ가정$\lrcorner$6개 교과서의 주거 공간 꾸미기 내용을 정리하고 그 내용을 바탕으로 HTML과 PHP, MySQL로 데이터베이스를 구축하여 학습자와 컴퓨터와의 역동적인 상호 작용이 이루어지도록 설계하였다. 또한 온라인의 개별 학습이 가능하도록 주메뉴를 교과서 연구실, 3D 홈 디자인 실습실, 자료 공유실, 종합 평가실의 네 부분으로 구성하여 이론을 약 6시간 동안 학습하고 나서 3시간 동안 실습을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 수정 보완하고 프로그램의 질을 높이기 위한 목적으로 청주시 C고등학교 1학년 학생 35명과 가정과 교사 3명을 대상으로 시범 적용한 결과를 바탕으로 프로그램의 작동 여부를 화인하고 오류를 고쳐 프로그램의 문제점을 개선하였다. 본 프로그램을 이용한 회원은 4월 20일부터 6월 1일까지 2개 고등학교 학생 70명, 11개 고등학교 교사 11명이었다. 평가 결과 교사들은 본 프로그램에서 가장 유용하게 이용한 부분으로 ‘3D 홈 디자인 실습실(63.6%)’, ‘교과서 연구실(18.2%)’, ‘게시판. 자료실, 묻고 답하기 등(18.2%)’ 순으로 답한 반면 학생들은 ‘3D 홈 디자인 실습실(47.8%)’, ‘교과서 연구실(34.3%)’, ‘게시판, 자료실, 묻고 답하기 등(17.9%)’의 순으로 답하여 유용한 부분에 대한 순서는 일치하나 비율에 차이가 있어 교사들이 ‘3D 홈 디자인 실습실(63.6%)’을 더 유용하게 이용했음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 프로그램을 사용하는 데 있어 교사는 ‘쉬운 편이다’라는 응답이 63.6%로 학생의 24.2% 응답과 차이가 있었으며, 제시된 학습 내용의 양이 ‘적당하다’에 교사가 63.6%, 학생이 48.4%로 답하여 차이가 있었다. 그리고 교사들은 화면 구성이 ‘잘 구성된 편이다(72.7%)’,‘평상시 수업보다 이해에 도움이 되었다(81.2%)’로 답하여 교사들이 학생들보다 본 프로그램에 더 긍정적인 반응을 보였음을 알 수 있었다. 프로그램에 대한 장점과 개선할 점에 대한 개방형 평가는 교사들의 평가와 유사하여 ‘재미있어서 시간이 부족했다’, ‘잘하지는 않았지만, 직접 디자인해서 재미있었다’, ‘어른이 되면 주거 공간 활용을 잘 할 것 같다’, ‘새로운 경험이라 재미있었다’, ‘흥미롭고 재미있었다’, ‘쉽게 되어 있어 좋다’, ‘가구 배치가 잘 되었고. 흠 디자인한 색상이 잘 맞는다’라는 의견이었다. 그러나 주거 공간 꾸미기 WBI 프로그램을 이용한 수업이 컴퓨터에 대한 소양이 부족한 학생과 집중력이 떨어지는 학생에게는 다소 어려움이 있으므로 학생들의 개인차와 학교 실정에 따른 시간 배당 등을 고려하여 학생의 개별학습과 아울러 학교에서 교사의 설명과 함께 수업 시간에 활용할 것을 제안한다.

친환경주거, 환경공생주택, 생태주거 같은 환경 친화적 주거는 주거건축과 주거생황을 통해 환경에 미치는 피해를 최소화하면서 지속 가능한 생활을 하고자하는 미래지향적 주거대안이다. 환경 친화적 주거는 현장 교사와 학생, 학부모의 요구가 높은 교과내용일 뿐 아니라 가정교과의 일상적이고 실제적인 실천과제가 될 수 있다. 이 연구는 환경 친화적 주거 내용을 교육현장에 소개하기 위하여 ICT를 활용한 협동학습 교수$\cdot$학습과정안과 학습자료를 개발하여 현장 수업에 적용한 후, 참여 학생을 통해 주생활 영역의 교과내용으로서의 수용가능성을 탐색해 보는데 목적을 두고, 분석, 설계 및 개발, 적용 및 평가 단계를 거쳤다. 분석단계에서는 환경 친화적 주거 관련 선행연구와 교과서, 비디오, 인터넷 정보 분석을 통해 환경 친화적 주거의 개념과 실천방법, 환경 친화적 마을 둘러보기, 전통주택의 생태적 특성에 대한 학습내용과 관련자료, ICT활용 수업 틀을 선정하였다. 설계 및 개발 단계에서는 교수$\cdot$학습 과정안(3차시분)과 ICT를 활용한 동영상 자료(6편)와 프레젠테이션 사진 자료(3편), 각 수업시간별 모둠활동 과제 토론주제, 개인 학습 활동지, 모둠 활동지, 형성평가문항지 등을 개발한 후 이를 활용한 환경 친화적 주거수업 웹기반 학습환경을 구성하였다. 적용 및 평가 단계에서는 ICT활용 교수$\cdot$학습과정안과 학습자료를 이용하여 여고 1학년 3학급 101명을 대상으로 컴퓨터실에서 수업을 실시한 후, ICT활용 교수$\cdot$학습과정안의 학습내용과 방법, 학습자료, 학습내용 실천의지를 평가하였다. 연구에 참여한 학생들은 이 연구에서 개발한 환경 친화적 주거 수업이 환경 친화적 주거의 인식에 유의미한 변화를 줄 수 있으며, 수업내용 또한 매우 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 그리고 관련 학습자료와 꾑 학습 환경과 협동학습 방법이 환경 친화적 주거 수업을 하는데 효과적이었다고 평가하였다. 다만 수업시간이 부족했다는 의견이 있어 상황에 따라 시간조절이 필요한 것으로 보인다. 수업을 통해 학습한 환경 친화적 주거 실천 방안을 미래 자신의 주거생활에서 실천하고자 하는 의식도 매우 높았다. 이러한 결과는 이 연구에서 개발한 학습 내용을 중심으로 한 환경 친화적 주거 내용이 차기 교육과정 주생활 내용으로 포함되는 것이 적절함을 시사한다고 볼 수 있다.

UNL housing fair started 14 years ago and is hosted by the Daily Nebraskan. An annual event, the housing fair is expected to draw anywhere between 500 and 1,000 UNL students according to Daily nebraskan. It's manager coordinates with sponsors to determine each company's ad campaign for the every semester. Sponsors generally find the housing fair an effective tool because it brings them face-to-face with students especially inclined to seek out new living options. So this study is to analyse UNL housing fair to provide students potions. Students can learn about places to live off-campus by attending UNL housing fair. When housing fair is opened by Daily Nebraskan, the place is abuzz with students investigating off-campus living options. In addition, property management companies also are available to inform students of their policies and practices. Also this study is to analyse the housing life of UNL off-campus students. Therefore this study has been focused on the surrounding residential areas, their apartment sites and their apartments for UNL students.

본 연구는 한농대 학생들의 장기현장실습장의 지리적 정보와 현장실습을 마친 한농대 3학년 학생들을 대상으로 실습장의 주거환경만족도에 대한 조사를 실시한 결과이다. 도상연구에 의하면 실습농장으로부터 학생들의 불만이 많았던 편리성 시설이나 안전성과 보건관련 시설까지의 평균 거리는 약 12km, 사회공공시설까지의 거리는 약 4.4km.로 나타났다. 학생들은 실습기간 중 '교통 이용의 편리성'과 '상업·편의시설과의 접근성' 등 편리성에 관련된 요인이 가장 큰 불만요인으로 조사되었으며, 여학생의 경우에는 '건물 방범 및 보안상태'에 대한 안전성 요인이 불만요인으로 나타났다. 시설 및 구조, 편리성, 안전성, 쾌적성, 사회성 등 5개 영역에서 주거 만족도 수준은 만족 수준에 도달하지 못했으며, 여학생의 경우에는 안전성과 편리성 영역에서 보통 이하의 만족도로 보였다. 학과별로는 말산업학과와 화훼학과가 다른 학과들보다 낮은 보통 이하의 만족도를 보였다. 주거유형별로는 주인세대와 함께 생활하는 경우의 만족도가 다른 유형보다 높았으며, 주거구조별로는 조립식 또는 컨테이너 구조의 만족도가 다른 구조보다 낮게 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to provide a practical guide for planning the private and shared space of student housing for one person household by analyzing their satisfaction and preference. The data was collected through a questionnaire-survey from the students of the university in the city of Cheongju, Chungbuk. 191 samples were collected and analyzed by using SPSS-PC. The results are as follows: (1) this survey showed that most students are dissatisfied with private and shared spaces to narrow size, an unpleasant indoor environment, and incomplete facilities. (2) The most preferred housing type is an officetel in one room style because of its convenience. The majority of students preferred a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining room in personal preferential order with a wide room, well-ventilated environment, and reasonable space zoning for planning the private space. Broad personal spaces with shared spaces such as a study room, cafeteria and health zone are in demand for unit planning. Therefore, to provide privacy for personal living and to develop community spirit, there needs to be a movement to better for community living by arranging optional shared spaces.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors negatively affecting college life, to investigate the perception gap between housing types, and to generate preliminary data for increasing residential satisfaction of students who live in temporary housing(e.g., dormitory or one-room). The utilized research methods included a questionnaire survey and an in-depth interview. The college students, especially from other regions, experienced more financial difficulties than others. They managed their tuition and living expense/allowance by parents supports and other sources(e.g., scholarship, arbeit, work in college, loan etc.). The reasons to choose dormitory, as temporary housing, were short distance to college and low costs. In case of one room, independent life was main reason to choose. Gender differences affected to the decision, moving away from present temporary housing. For example, male students preferred an independent life and a short commuting distance, while female students preferred an independent life and a safe life. Thus, considering the origin and gender differences of residents, dormitory planning needed to develop plans allowing independent life and to choose appropriate site for the purpose. In case of planning one room apartment, concerns for safety and landscape were more important than other factors.
