In engineering education, team projects play an important role to increase students' capability of solving problems and teamworking. Student achieves a success experience, which in turn provides self-efficacy, through successfully performed project. This paper deals with an analysis of team performance variation in accordance with the team member formation. Team members are categorized into three different charater types based on the three triads of Enneagram. The analysis result shows that the team performance varies with the member formation pattern.

The purpose of this study was to test the mediation effects of grit on the relationship between expectancy-value and achievement behavior in physical education class. Data for the study were collected from a survey of 353 middle school students. For data processing, this study confirmed the goodness of fit test of the whole model using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0, and then did hypothesis testing; the study results are as follows: First, students' expectation-value perception had a positive effect on grit, and only success expectation had a significant effect on achievement behavior. Second, students' grit had significant impacts on their achievement behavior. Third, grit had mediating effects on relations between expectancy-value and achievement behavior.

학생들의 기초 기본학습 능력의 신장이 강조되고 있는 교육상황에 비추어 볼 때 지금까지 간과되어 왔던 학습장애에 대한 재인식과 학습 장애학생들을 위한 대책이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 그 대책으로 기존의 keller의 동기유발학습이론인 ARCS모델을 변형하여 정착수업이론의 앵커라는 자발적 인지학습을 위한 매개체를 도입하여 변형된 M-ARCS이론을 토대로 학습 장애학생들의 동기유발 및 학습에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 모바일 앵커 프로그램의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, ARCS이론에서 강조하던 학생들의 주의집중, 관련성, 성취감, 자신감이라는 항목을 통해 학습 장애 학생들에게 기존의 교육방법과 다른 동기유발을 통한 성공이라는 경험을 준다. 둘째, 정착수업모델의 앵커를 적용하여 학생들이 실제생활과 관련된 지식들을 배우고, 적용하도록 함으로써 보다 유의미한 지식을 생성하고 활용할 수 있도록 한다. 셋째, 기존의 앵커형태와 다른 모바일 앵커를 적용함으로써 실제 활동하며 문제를 해결해 나가는 과정을 도입하여 학습 장애 학생들에게 주의집중 및 동기유발을 할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 교육방법을 제시한다. 이러한 활동을 통해 최종적으로 학습 장애 학생들의 학업능력 향상을 도모한다.

The purpose of this study is to understand students' thinking process in the algebra problem solving, on the base of the works of Vinner(1997a, 1997b). Thus, two middle school students were evaluated in this case study to examine how they think to solve algebra word problems. The following question was considered to analyze the thinking process from the similarity-based perspective by focusing on the process of solving algebra word problems; What is the relationship between similarity and the characteristics of thinking process at the time of successful and unsuccessful problem solving? The following results were obtained by analyzing the success or failure in problem solving based on the characteristics of thinking process and similarity composition. Successful problem solving can be based on pseudo-analytical thought and analytical thought. The former is the rule applied in the process of applying closed formulas that is constructed structural similarity not related with the situations described in the text. The latter means that control and correction occurred in all stages of problem solution. The knowledge needed for solutions was applied with the formulation of open-end formulas that is constructed structural similarity in which memory and modification with the related principles or concepts. In conclusion, the student's perception on the principles involved in a solution is very important in solving algebraic word problems.

Academic libraries need to support effectively cyber education which should be managed successfully. When the information materials and library services for distance learners are supported efficiently, they can maximize learning effects. This study explored the role and function of academic libraries that seek to support cyber education successfully through previous foreign studies and presented the elements of the librarian, library service, digital library, library administration and policy that academic libraries must consider to support cyber education successfully.

This study explored the effect of job experience while attending engineering colleges on entry into the labor market. To this end, the relationship between work experience and first job success among the job preparation behaviors of engineering majors and students with other majors was compared. Next, we analyzed the effects of work experience such as internships experienced by engineering students on adjusting to their first job after graduation and maintaining their employment. In particular, by analyzing the relative influence of factors affecting engineering students' entry into the job market, what kind of policy efforts can be made at the university level for the success of engineering students' employment is presented. The results showed that work experience affects the quality of employment of engineering, and it had a positive effect on all engineering students regardless of gender.

지난해 국립경상대학교 정치행정학부 소속 대학생 4명은 경상대학교에서 시행하고 있는 글로벌 파이오니어 프로그램(GPP:Global Pioneer Program)의 일환으로 8월 22일부터 9월 1일까지 에이즈 퇴치에 성공적인 국가 '태국'을 방문하여 그 성공요인을 보고서로 작성하여 프리젠테이션을 겨루는 보고대회에서 최우수상을 수상했다. 학생들의 보고서 중 콘돔레스토랑으로 유명세를 얻고 있는 태국의 양배추와 콘돔레스토랑에 대한 방문기를 재미나게 이야기하고 있어 독자들에게 소개하고자 한다.

김정현은 9세의 어린학생.(대구시 만촌초등학교 5학년. 여) 언제나 행복한 생활을 하고 있던 정현이는 건협 대구지부에서 심전도 검사를 받았다. 그 결과 요정밀진단 요망이라는 판정을 받고 전진곤 박사(대구지부 심전도 판독의사)로부터 무료정밀진단을 받은 그는 심장 우심방과 좌심방 벽에 구멍이 뚫린 상태였다. 그는 성공적인 수술결과로 건강이라는 광명을 되찾을 수 있었다.

지난 97년말 설립된 한국과학기술원 뇌과학연구센터는 최근 음성인식 반도체칩을 국내에서는 처음으로 세계에서도 미국과 일본에 이어 세번째 개발에 성공했다. 이번에 개발한 반도체칩은 '화자 독립형'으로, 여러 사람의 음성을 인식할 수 있으며 잡음이 있는 상황에서도 우수한 성능을 나타낸다. 이 연구센터의 연구에 참여하는 인원은 전국에서 박사 1백여명과 석ㆍ박사과정 학생을 포함해 모두 4백25명이나 된다.
