Analysis of Career Education Related Content in Australian Regular School Curricula (호주 초·중등교육 정규교과에서의 진로교육 내용 분석)

  • Radical changes in modern society have influenced on the nature of the works and the importance of the career education is emphasized more than any time. Various scholars have continuously emphasized the importance of the career education in regular schools. Most career educations in regular schools, however, consist of one-time event-oriented programs because of the systematic limitations immanent in Korean school system. To overcome the limitations of the school system, scholars have contended that career educations in regular schools should be integrated into the existing subjects and the curricula. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze exemplary cases of the career education through the subjects integration in developed countries. The target of the analysis in this study was the career education related content in Australia because Australian federal and local governments have made great efforts in integrating the career education into the regular school curricula. With interviews and literature analysis, the current status of the career education through the subjects integration in federal and local governmental levels and the career education related contents in the regular school curricula of local governmental level were analyzed. Major findings of the study were as follows: 1) Career education components were mainly contained in the PDHPE(personal development, health and physical education) subject in New South Wales; 2) Understandings of a wide range of work were emphasized in the cross-curricular perspective in South Australia; 3) Career education components were mainly contained in the SOSE(studies of society and environment) subject in Victoria; and 4) Career education related contents were integrated mainly in the 'inner learner' unit in Essential Learning subject in Northern Territory. The conclusions were derived from the outcomes of the study and the recommendations were proposed for the applications of the study results and the future researches.

An Exploratory Study on Level and Influencing Factors of Academic Passion for Pre-service Elementary Teachers' Science PCK (초등 예비교사의 과학 PCK에 대한 학업 열정 수준과 영향 요인 탐색)

  • This study investigated the level of academic passion for pre-service elementary teachers' science pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) and the factors that influence the passion. To this end, 182 first to fourth grade students in advanced non-science majors who were taking science-related courses in the second semester were selected, and two tests were then administered to evaluate their academic passions for science subject matter knowledge and science pedagogical knowledge. Individual in-depth interviews were also conducted with some of the participants. It was found that the factors such as "importance" and "harmonious passion" for learning science subject matter knowledge and science pedagogical knowledge were found at a high level. On the other hand, the factors such as "like" and "investment of time and energy" were slightly higher than normal, and the factor such as "obsessive passion" was slightly lower than normal. The differences in academic passion for science subject matter knowledge and science pedagogical knowledge were greater according to the high school track than the grade. The pre-service elementary teachers selected more often the factors such as "individual interests", "high school track", "contents of science-related courses at the university of education", "characteristics of professor in charge of science-related courses at the university of education", and "experience in teaching practicum" as the factors that influenced their academic passion for science subject matter knowledge and science pedagogical knowledge. However, there was a slight difference in the selection ratio depending on the high school track.

Classification Activity Thoughts of Elementary Sixth Grade Pupils about Artificial and Natural Stimulus (초등학교 6학년의 인공자극과 자연자극에 대한 분류 사고)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate 6th grade pupil's thoughts during classification activities. Two suitable tools in classification activity achievement were developed to achieve this purpose. The first was an artificial stimulus card in which the attribute was prominent; and the other a natural stimulus card in which the attribute was less prominent. Participants of the study were 8 6th grade pupils from D elementary school in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. Data were collected from interviews with the pupils, the pupil's recordings of classification, the investigator's observation of pupil's actions, and video recordings of the pupil's subject classification process. Results found in this study were as following. First, when doing classification 6th grade pupils considered attribute observation, attribute estimation, preliminary inspection, criteria selection, and sample identification. Second, 6th grade pupil classification thought process was found to be repetitive, passing through the steps of attribute observation, attribute estimation, preliminary inspection, criteria selection, and lastly, sample identification. Third, 6th grade pupils took advantage of cognitive economic efficiency. Study findings also revealed guidance for the teaching and learning of scientific classification. First, once teachers understand the classification thought process of students, more effective classification guidance will be possible. Second, it is necessary that guidance fit each step of the classification thought process.

Balancing the Load of Web Server and Improving Network Performance by Control1ing RTO Value (웹 서버의 부하 분산과 RTO (Retransmission Time-Out) 값 조정를 통한 네트워크 이용율 향상)

  • 본 논문에서는 웹 서버의 부하가 급증하면서 대두된 네트워크 과부하를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 서버분산처리 방식과 RTO(retransmission time out : 재전송타임아웃)간을 조정하는 기법을 이용하였다. 부하 분산을 위한 방법으로는 기존의 NAT 기반의 가상서버 방식과 비슷하나, 기존의 가상서버에서 서버들을 선택하는 스케줄링 방법을 이용하지 않고 네트워크 주소(IP)룰 통한 서버 분산방법을 선택하였다. 이를 위해 Linux 기반의 PC에 라우터론 구축하였고 여기에 실제 IP를 할당하였으며, 라우터를 경유하여 연결된 두개의 서버에는 가상 IP를 할당 내부접속용과 외부접속용으로 나누어 서버 분산이 이루어지게끔 하였다. 이러한 서버 분산은 학교라는 즉. 웹서버의 접속이 내부접속 비율과 외부접속 비율 어느 한쪽으로도 크게 기울지 않는 네트워크 환경을 고려한 것이다. 네트워크의 성능 평가에 있어 가장 기본이 될 수 있는 응답시간은 전송거리와 트래픽량에 비례한다. 이에 외부접속용 서버와 내부접속용 서버 각각에 RTO 값을 다르게 적용시킴으로써 전체적인 Delay의 변화를 확인해 볼 수 있다. 이는 전송거리가 길 경우 생길 수 있는 패킷 손실을 고려한 것으로 패킷 손실로 인하여 재전송이 이루어질 경우 재전송 time이 RTO를 통하여 이루어지며 이러한 RTO의 적절한 값은 전체적인 응답시간에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것에 기인한 것으로 RTO값을 전송거리가 긴 외부접속용 서버에는 전송거리가 짧은 내부접속용 서버에 비해 길게 적응시킴으로써 전체적인 응답시간의 개선을 유도하였다

  • The purpose of this study are to develop manual of 'Reading Classroom' program through a practical data(ex: schedule. plan paper) and a questionnaire survey of managing librarians this program. The basic aim of 'Reading Classroom' program is based on a nature of reading for a sound reading culture. The Manual provides a various program types(intensive, short-term, long-term etc.) according to library situation(facilities, human resources, budget etc.) and indicates a step-by-step services in detail.

  • 무선 공유기란 NAT(Network Address Translation) 기능을 사용하여 여러 무선 사용자가 인터넷회선 하나를 공유할 수 있게 해주는 장치이다. 여러 개의 무선 공유기를 여러 사용자가 공유하여 사용하는 학교 또는 소규모 사무실 환경에서 사용자들은 무선 공유기들을 임의대로 선택하여 사용할 수 있어서 특정 무선 공유기에 사용자들이 몰리는 현상이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 경우 무선공유기와 사용자들 사이에 부하 불균형의 문제가 발생한다. 그로 인하여 생기는 문제점중 하나는 사용자가 몰리는 무선 공유기에 속하는 사용자들의 경우 서비스가 원활하지 않다는 점이다. 또 다른 문제점은 무선 공유기 전체 자원 이용률이 낮다는 점이다. 이 문제들을 해결하는 방법으로 본 논문에서는 Multiple SSID를 이용하여 무선 공유기의 대역폭 이용률을 극대화하는 부하 공유 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법에서는 주기적으로 각 무선 공유기들의 사용 가능한 대역폭 정보를 Multiple SSID를 이용하여 사용자에게 보여준다. 새로운 사용자는 최대 사용가능한 대역폭을 가진 무선 공유기를 선택한다. 이 방법은 사용자와 라우터들 사이에서 대역폭 활용관점에서 좋은 부하 분산을 가능하게 해준다. 제안한 방법을 ASUS WL 500G 무선 공유기를 이용하여 구현하였으며 실험을 수행하였다. 실험을 통해 제안된 방법이 기존 방법에 비해 대역폭 이용률이 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

A Case Study on the Effect of Student Field Practice of Employed Worker (취업자의 현장실습 효과에 대한 사례연구)

  • A case study was investigated the effect of student field practice of employed worker who graduate department of New Materials & Applied Chemistry of Chungwoon University. A question sheet were composed the general information(8 terms), practice data(3 terms), trouble (10 terms) and effect (9 terms). The results of analysis 40 answer sheets among alumni of 2001 - 2004 are summarized as follows ; the problem of student field practice were rare opportunity on selection of field practice institute (enterprise) and non systemic operation of enterprise. The effect of student field practice were the relation of academic curriculum and the assist on the job guidance. The student field practice was connected on the job almost.

Consumption Pattern of Ramyon by Elementary School Pupils -Kangwon do Area- (국민학생의 라면 소비실태 조사( I ) -강원도 지역을 중심으로-)

  • Consumption pattern of Ramyon (fried instant noodle) by elementary school pupils at age of 10∼13 years in Kangwon-do area was surveyed by questionaire. About 64% among 675 pupils consumed Ramyon more than once or twice per week. On the whole, common Ramyon was frequently consumed as a kind of substitutes for normal meal at home because of its convenience. The advertisement had strong effect on the selection of Ramyon. Especially, gummy texture of noodle and hot taste of soup are playing as a vital role in choosing Ramyon. At present, no significant differences in consumption pattern between sex were observed in most cases.

  • Reviews are very important for potential consumer' making choices. They are also used by manufacturers to find problems of their products and to collect competitors' business information. But someone write fake reviews to mislead readers to make wrong choices. Therefore detecting fake reviews is an important problem for the E-commerce sites. Support Vector Machines (SVMs) are very important text classification algorithms with excellent performance. In this paper, we propose a new incremental algorithm based on weight and the extension of Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT) conditions and Convex Hull for online Review Spam Detection. Finally, we analyze its performance in theory.

창업자의 다중지능 영역별 발달 특성이 창업 행동 및 창업 분야에 미치는 영향 연구

  • 다중지능은 하워드 가드너가 제시한 개념으로, 지능이 단일한 지적 능력을 나타내는 구조(construct)이라기 보다는 다차원적인 복수의 하위 능력들로 구성된 것이라는 의미를 담고 있다. Gardner는 다중지능의 구성을 음악지능이나 신체운동지능, 논리수학지능, 언어지능, 공간지능, 인간친화지능, 자기성찰지능 그리고 자연친화지능 등과 같은 상호독립적 능력으로 분류하고 있으며, 각 개인은 각 능력 영역에서 다른 발달 수준을 가지고 있다고 본다. 본 연구는 창업자의 다중지능의 영역별 발달 특성이 창업 실행 행동, 창업 분야, 창업 성과 만족도에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 것을 통해 예비 창업자들이 본인의 적성과 재능에 적합한 분야에서의 창업 가능성을 탐색하도록 돕는 지도자들에게 시사점을 제공하고, 향후 창업가 육성 프로그램의 구성 개선안을 마련하는 데에 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2018년 중소기업진흥공단 청년창업사관학교에 입교한 만 39세 이하의 청년창업자 200인을 대상으로 다중지능검사와 인구통계학적 특성 및 창업 특성에 대해 묻는 설문조사를 실시한 후, Pearson 상관계수 및 다변량분산분석을 통해 수집된 자료를 분석할 예정이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 설정한 가설은 다음의 3가지이다. 가설 1. 창업자의 다중지능 영역별 발달 수준과 창업 실행에는 정적인 상관이 있을 것이다. 가설 2. 창업자의 다중지능 영역별 발달 수준에 따라 창업자가 선택한 창업 분야에 유의한 차이가 있을 것이다. 가설 3. 창업자의 다중지능 영역별 발달 수준에 따라 창업자의 창업 성과 만족도에 유의미한 차이가 있을 것이다.
