매년 1인 가구를 대상으로 한 범죄가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 지문인식, 스마트키와 같은 도어록 제품들이 출시되었지만 오히려 범죄에 악용되는 사례들이 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 얼굴인식장치(face identifier, FI)를 통해 객체를 인식하고, 원격 도어록 관리자(remote door lock manager, RDM)를 통해 잠금제어부(locking control unit, LCU)를 관리하는 긴급 상황 인식 스마트 도어록을 제안한다. 사용자의 얼굴을 얼마나 빠르고 정확하게 인식하는지 속도와 신뢰도에 대한 테스트를 진행하였고, 긴급 상황 시 사용자가 안전하게 집으로 들어갈 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 제품을 통해 주거 침입, 스토킹 등 1인 가구 대상 범죄율과 도어록 악용 범죄율이 낮아질 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status and condition of continuing education to improve professionalism of school library and to suggest ways to improve continuing education. The survey was conducted for 69 librarians and school librarians teachers in elementary, middle and high school libraries in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, and frequency analysis and cross analysis were conducted. The research results are as follows. First, the study found that librarians have a high interest in and participation in continuing education. Second, the type of continuing education with the highest percentage of participation was short-term training and training courses, and the link between educational content and practice was low. Third, managers' awareness needs to be improved, and regional constraints and the lack of suitable continuing education programs are the obstacles to continuing education. Fourth, preference for continuing education during working hours and vacation was emphasized. Through this, it was suggested that continuous and long-term continuing education, policy support for encouraging continuing education, development of continuing education courses for professionalism, manager's awareness call.

본 논문에서는 길을 기반으로 하여 학습자 스스로 학습의 장면을 결정하고, 학습의 형태를 계획하여 학습을 주도적으로 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 하는 학습자 중심의 자기주도적 학습 환경을 선계 및 구현하였다. 학습 설계 대상은 학습자와 길 사이의 동적 상호작용을 통하여 지필 학습방법으로 학습하기 힘들었던 단원인 고등학교 공통수학의 삼각함수를 선택하였다. 학습자가 학습장면에서 직접 실행해 보고 도형을 이동시켜 변화하는 현상을 관찰하고 탐구함으로써 실시간으로 피드백이 가능하여 학습의 효과를 극대화하였으며 학습자에 대한 정보와 학습의 상태는 DB를 이용하여 관리하도록 하였고 형성평가와 총괄평가는 DB를 이용하도록 설계하였다.

정보시대의 학습자는 다양한 문제상황을 능동적이고 자주적으로 해결할 수 있는 능력을 갖추어야 한다. 본 연구는 정보소양 통합교육이 학습자의 문제해결력에 미치는 영향을 경험적으로 검증하기 위해서, “The Big6”모형을 기본틀로 하여 초등학교 사회교과목에 대한 실제 교수-학습안을 구안하여 이를 통해 수업을 실시한 후 실험집단과 통제집단 간 문제해결력의 차이를 비교한다.

As a substitute for preventing school violence, the reward and punishment system has some problems such as different imposition basis for each teacher, ambiguity of applicable items, and difficulties in directing students in relation to parents of students. In this thesis, a reward and punishment points management system is implemented based on the web to solve the problems. The week point of the current system is complemented by separating the system into four parts, operating each part that is operated by administrators, teachers, students and their parents respectively and sharing their data. In addition, as each group of administrators, teachers, students and their parents is organically connected to the system, when special problems occur, the problems can be solved effectively. Therefore, if the implemented system is used in the field, the guidance of human nature is naturally conducted by understanding broadly for student's living guidance. Furthermore, it can be helpful to prevent students from school violence in advance.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss marketing strategies for school library. The writer divided marketing environment of school library into macro-external environment, micro-external environment, substantial environment, and operational environment. And analyzed characteristics of four target audiences-school administrator, teachers, students, and parents and local society-for school library marketing and suggested approach strategies to each target audiences. Four communication strategies of school library media specialist for effective marketing are discussed ; administrative communication, behavioral communication, cooperative communication, and social communication.

일상 생활 및 제반 활동을 유지시키는 중요한 사회 기반 시설은 상수도이다. 이 논문에서는 상수도 관리의 기본이 되는 유량의 계측과 분배, 관리에서 가장 효과적인 것으로 판단이 되는 상수도를 최적으로 관리하는 상수도 유수율 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현 방법을 제안한다. 이 논문에서 제안하는 상수도 유수율 관리 시스템의 개발은 국민생활의 질향상이라는 시대적 요구를 충족시키고, 양질의 도시문화시설제공 및 수요자에 대한 보다 나은 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 상수도 기반 시설의 설계 방향을 제시할 것으로 판단된다.

최근 학교 교육 현장에서는 교수-학습의 효과 극대화를 위하여 교육정보화 사업이 추진되고 있다. 이를 위하여 교육인적자원부는 컴퓨터 기반 수업(CAI)을 지원하고 특히 학습자가 인지적 구조를 구성할 수 있는 학습 환경 조성을 위해 우수한 교육용 소프트웨어를 개발 보급하여 활용할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 그런데 학교 현장에서는 소프트웨어 구입에 따라 매년 그 보유수가 늘어나고 있으며, 이에 따른 효율적인 교육용 소프트웨어 관리의 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교육용 소프트웨어를 교수 학습용 소프트웨어, 업무 지원용 소프트웨어, 시스템 관리 소프트웨어 3가지로 분류하여 등록하고 사용자별 사용 구분을 두어 보다 효과적으로 시스템을 사용할 수 있는 XML 기반 관리 시스템을 제안한다.

The 2015 revised curriculum is structured around the core competencies of the 21st century, this is in line with the world's flow of education, such as OECD Education 2030. A future practical leading model was studied to provide a variety of creative teaching and learning experiences to elementary and Secondary students using intelligent information technology to cultivate core competencies such as ICT and computing thinking. In order for this practical model to stably settle the school field, the training was planned and operated to strengthen the creative convergence education capacity required by the teachers at the unit school through various types of the training. In particular, a nationwide administrators training program was operated for three years, reflecting the new curriculum, teaching and learning methods, and evaluation that can lead to future convergence talent training. In this paper, the perception of creative convergence education was investigated and analyzed considering the influence that administrators may have on the school field. Based on this, through the three-year operation results of the training, it was intended to establish a new training method for stable access to future creative convergence education under the post-corona era's social issues.

본 논문에서는 초.중등하교 종합정보관리시스템을 국가인적자원관리시스템으로 활용할 수 있다고 보고 전 국민의 건강정보관리에 이용할 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 종합정보관리시스템의 학생건강기록부와 의사가 기록하는 전자의무기록부의 통합DB화를 강구하였다. 그 결과, 학교와 병원에서 공통으로 관리해야 할 건강정보들을 파악하였고, 수요자에게는 어떤 정보를 제공하여야 하는지가 밝혀졌다.
