The purpose of this paper is to forecast the numbers of students in a capital areas until 2027 year by using the moving average methods for estimating the number of student at the elementary, meddle and high-school. It is analyzed the third student number at the high schools and the entrance quota of colleges and universities around capital areas until 2027. The result of this paper is that there are no problems to keep the current entrance quota of colleges and universities around capital areas until 2027.

The Ministry of Education of Korea announced the university structural reform plans which reduces 160,000 of the university entrance quota during 10 years from January 2014. Because the reduction plans of entrance quota influence regional economy as well as students and universities, naive evidence of the Ministry of Education of Korea is disappointed. In this research, we forecast the total number of the university entrance exam candidate by 2032 including not only third grade high school students but also repeaters according to the 16 metropolises and provinces in Korea. We also forecast the regional university recruiting rate using the forecasts of the total number of the university entrance exam candidates. However, we can not make more realistic results because we can not apply the inter-regional movement of students to the forecast. In order to handle this limitation, we first estimated the rank of the whole 7,277 departments of all universities in Korea and assigned the quotas according to the estimated rank for each departments and then we calculated the local university recruiting rate. The estimated the university recruiting rates of 16 metropolises and provinces can provide more noticeable results of characteristics and problems than that of nationwide.

우리 나라 자동차산업은 길지 않은 역사에 비해 괄목할 만한 성장을 해 왔으며 세계 자동차산업의 큰 축 역할을 하고 있다. 자동차 개발기술은 계속 발전해 왔으며 최근에는 하이브리드 자동차, 전기자동차 등 친환경 자동차들의 기술개발 경쟁이 치열하며 선도기업 도약을 위한 기술개발이 매우 절실한 시기이다. 따라서 신뢰성연구기관, 학교, 수요기업, 협력사 간의 체계적인 신뢰성 기술개발이 필요하다. 이 글에서는 우리 나라 자동차산업을 발전시키고 동반성장을 이룰 수 있는 융복합 자동차 내구신뢰성 개발체계에 대해 정리하였다.

우리나라의 기술 교육기관은 취학인구의 감소와 힘들고 어려운 일을 회피하는 사회적 풍조 때문에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 실업계 고등학교와 전문대학에 진학하는 학생의 수가 줄어드는 것은 이미 일반화 되었으며, 이제는 일부 대학에서도 정원을 채우지 못하는 경우도 나타나고 있다. 그리고 대학 졸업생들이 심각한 취업난을 겪고 있는 현실인 반면에 기업에서는 구인난을 호소하고 있다. 이 때문에 외국으로 생산 거점을 옮겨가는 회사도 생겨나고 있다. 이러한 현실은 국내의 교육체계에 심각한 문제가 있다는 것을 의미한다. 광기술 분야도 여기에서 예외가 될 수는 없으나, 각 대학이 자구노력을 계속하고 있고 산업의 수요에 맞추어 인력양성 체계가 개선되어 가고 있으므로 이러한 문제점은 점차로 나이질 것으로 기대되고 있다.

요즘 과학, 수학 교과 등은 기초 교육 강조는 물론 창의성 교육에까지 관심을 가지고 있다. 7차 교육과정의 등장과 사회의 변화 흐름을 통해 '창의성'이 강조되고 있고, 교육에서도 창의성 교육이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 컴퓨터 교육 현황을 살펴보면 창의성과는 거리가 멀 뿐만 아니라, 다른 교과를 배우는데 도움을 주는 교과로서의 역할만을 하고 있다. 또한 컴퓨터 활용 교육이 이루어짐에 따라 저학년에서 고학년까지 유사한 내용의 교육을 반복해서 받는 경우가 생기고, 특히 5, 6학년은 실과 시간과 재량 시간의 교육 내용이 서로 중복되어 교육 효율이 떨어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육의 기초를 다지는 시기인 초등학교에서부터 창의적인 컴퓨터 교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 하고자 하며 이를 위해 초등학교 수준에 맞는 프로그래밍 관련 교육을 살펴보고, 초등 컴퓨터 창의성 향상 교육을 뒷받침할 수 있는 프로그래밍 관련 교재 개발 방안을 제안한다.

This study researched aspects of gender and grade related to the after-school happiness of lower grade elementary students and the correlation between the children's happiness and their stress and playfulness. Results of surveys and interviews of 124 lower grade elementary students who attended 4 after-school programs in Seoul showed that : (1) there were no gender differences in happiness but first graders were the happiest, then 2nd graders and the 3rd graders who were the least happy. (2) Children's happiness correlated negatively with stress. (3) There was no relationship between children's overall happiness and playfulness, but there was a negative correlation between happiness and playfulness under the sub-category of cognitive spontaneity. Results were discussed in relation to the Korean socio-cultural environment.

This study investigated the effects of an after-school picture-book program on the happiness and socio-emotional ability levels of first graders. The subjects consisted of 44 elementary school first graders; of these, 22 formed the experimental and 22 formed the control group. A detailed analysis of both happiness and socio-emotional ability levels was undertaken to determine the homogeneity of the two groups. A broad variety of activities using 12 picture-books were applied to the experimental group for twelve-week periods. The results of this study were as follows; the after-school program using picture books was effective in strengthening children's levels of both happiness and socio-emotional ability.

오늘날 요구되는 새로운 인재 교육을 위하여 초 중등학교에 다양한 테크놀로지를 수업에 도입하고자 하는 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현직 초 중등학교 교사 37명을 대상으로 테크놀로지를 도입한 과학수업에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 대부분의 교사들은 과학 수업에서 테크놀로지를 도입하는 것의 효과를 인식하고 있었으나, 구체적으로 실행할 방법적인 측면에서 고민하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로 테크놀로지를 활용한 과학 교수법을 개발하고, 이를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있도록 교사들의 수업전문성을 발달시킬 교사 교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 후속연구가 필요하다.

In an electric vehicle and Energy Storage System(ESS), a large number of batteries are connected in series or parallel to obtain high voltage and current. The battery management system(BMS) is needed because battery has a characteristic that explode in overcharging and overcurrent situations due to the nature of the battery material and the battery life is dramatically reduced when the battery is overdischarged below the specified voltage. In this paper, we proposed a system that can manage a large amount of batteries through the communication of master-slave type with multiple microcontroller. We confirmed the stable operation of the proposed system through the balancing-charging and storage mode experiments.

Gardens are known to provide relaxation, including psychological stability and mental rest. Recently, social interest in gardens has been growing in various ways, including the increase of groups sensitive to environmental pollution and a rising interest in the overall management of natural resources. In reality, however, the owners of housing gardens lack fundamental knowledge for creating and maintaining the gardens, directly and indirectly. This limitation presents a number of problems and challenges. Therefore, this study conducted an analysis of various aspects relating to the creation and maintenance of housing gardens, reflecting the sense of ownership. The study aimed to examine the current status, and based on this, it was intended to present improvement measures for practical and efficient creation of housing gardens and their maintenance in the future.
