This study attempts to analyze the consumers' preference on Korean Red Ginseng Tonic, which is an essential product to revitalize Korean ginseng industry, using choice experiment method. The attributes used in the choice experiment were the ginseng age, good agricultural products(GAP), sugar, and price. A total of 1,796 experiments were collected and the value of each preferred attributes was estimated using a multinomial logistic model. The result shows that the products made from six-year-old and GAP(Good Agriculture Practice) approved Korean ginseng with less sugar were preferred. These estimated monetary values of marginal willingness to pay were about 94,000 KRW, 89,000 KRW, 5,000 KRW, respectively. Thus, the efforts to introduce and advertize GAP approved ginseng while developing new products with preferred attributes by general publics are necessary in the short run. In addition, we may need to consider developing the way to promote products using 4- and 5-year-old ginsengs, which are relatively underestimated in their health effectiveness but highly productive for farmers in the long run.

The application contents, process, and its limitations are discussed for the setting of Korean legal guides & criteria for water cycle and ecological condition in development project of land use by thorough comparison and examination of prerequisites and credits of water cycle and soil+vegetation by USA's SITES (Sustainable Sites Initiative). In the case of SITES, due to the implementation procedure operated as a non-governmental independent assessment system by Green Business Certification, Inc, the natural condition of water cycle and soil-vegetation items-the key element of ecosystem services can be quantitatively assessed, well along with its legal and institutional guidelines and regulations. On the other hand, in the case of Korea, as a part of the national certification procedure for green building, the ecological area ratio system still have very limited role as an only amenity resource in the creation of artificial green spaces and insufficiency of management system for rain water. In conclusion, it was understood as an urgent situation in necessary for prompt establishment of site's sustainability certification system at the national level, based on management of water circulation and natural soil & vegetation in developed area with consideration of various land uses and types of development projects.

본 논문에서는 스마트기기의 영상, 음성, 이미지 등의 다양한 멀티미디어 데이터 수집 기능을 활용하여 응급상황 발생 시 현장상황의 정확한 정보를 유관기관에 제공함으로써 효율적인 응급상황 대처가 가능하고, 신고자 인증 모듈을 활용하여 허위신고 문제를 개선한 응급상황 대처를 위한 스마트 세이프티 시스템을 설계하였다.

Grayware 는 정상적인 소프트웨어와 달리 사용자의 동의가 없거나, 사용자가 인지하지 못하는상태에 설치되어 개인이나 기업의 특정정보를 수집하여 외부에 유출시키는 소프트웨어이다. 최근에는 Grayware 가 지능적인 수법의 Crimeware 로 변질되어 감에 따라, 순기능보다 역기능이 증가하고 있으며, 그 중 개인정보 및 기업의 중요 데이터 유출의 심각성이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 이용하여 Multi-Factor 인증과 Anti-Grayware System(이하 Anti-G/W System)을 이용한 Grayware 역기능 최소화 방안을 제안한다.

21세기에 들어오면서 기존 전력망의 한계를 극복하기 위해 IT기술을 접목시켜 신재생에너지 활용과 효율적이고 안정적인 전력공급을 할 수 있다. 또한 스마트미터를 이용해 사용 전력량, 요금 등을 관리할 수 있다. 하지만 IT기술과 접목되어서 기존의 폐쇄망과는 달리 개방적으로 바뀌면서 외부의 공격에 쉽게 노출되어있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트미터와 이를 통해 수집되어진 정보를 취합하는 AMI Headend사이의 안전한 정보 전송을 위해 프로토콜을 제안한다.

본 논문은 시각장애인 안내견이 부족한 상황 개선과 시각장애인에게 안전하고 자유로운 이동을 제공해주는 "시각장애인의 안전한 이동을 도와주는 지능형 카트"를 제안한다. 주요 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지문 인식 센서를 활용해 지문 등록 후 본인 인증을 하고 압력 센서를 활용해 카트 손잡이를 잡았을 경우에만 카트가 출발하도록 한다. 둘째, 라이다, 카메라를 이용하여 자율 주행 한다. 셋째, 음성인식 통해 목적지 설정, 속도 조절, 경고 알림 기능을 제공한다. 넷째, 짐칸을 설치하여 음성인식으로 여닫을 수 있도록 한다. 다섯째, 앱을 통해 카트 운전 모드를 변경할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 구글 클라우드의 Healthcare API의 의료정보 표준에 따라 정의된 객체들을 저장하는 과정을 수행하고 활용방안을 설계한다. 클라우드에서 프로젝트 생성, API 활용 설정, 인증, 데이터 셋 생성 등의 과정을 거쳐 cloud shell을 통해 curl 명령을 수행함으로써 Json으로 표현된 의료자원들에 대해 CRUD 연산을 수행할 수 있다. 무결성 체크 과정에서 기본 객체의 id 필드 명세가 중요하며 데이터 저장시 객체에 구글 클라우드의 특정한 request 속성추가가 필요하다.

This study critically review the textbooks and the syllabus of computer network courses currently used at universities, and the specifications of the certifications concerned to provide the students with the competitive and optimized course contents. Considering the vitality of the practicum in the computer network courses, we also suggest a new learning-instruction case study that focuses on the practice by analyzing the computer network practice test simulators which are certified nationally and the internationally. The proposed learning-instruction case study for computer network courses includes the weekly core lessons and contents, study goals and key points, the practice theme, handy tools based on two track of lecture and practice. Therefore it is expected to be a quite resourceful and practical teaching plan for the teacher, and a highly achievement of learning outcomes through motivation which can facilitate CCNA certification enrolling in the field of network aspect for the learner.

Because security of Internet of Things(IoT) products and others is poor, there are many hacking incidents To prevent security threats, it is important for companies to first make products with high security levels and choose products that are safe for users. In response, the Korea Internet & Security Agency is testing the security of IoT products and linked mobile apps to impose ratings. Security certification service is a service that tests IoT products and linked mobile apps to ensure certain levels of security and issues certificates when they meet the criteria. It can induce autonomous security enhancement of IoT products, contribute to strengthening security capabilities of IoT companies in Korea and vitalizing their overseas advancement, and have the expected effect of resolving public anxiety over IoT products. In this study, the criteria for IoT security certification are presented, but the importance priority is sought to be derived for assessment items that need to be strengthened. This will help to provide guidelines that can contribute to strengthening the security capabilities of domestic Internet companies and boosting their overseas advancement.

ABEEK, an independent non-governmental organization, is the recognized accreditor for the educational programs in engineering and related disciplines. ABEEK has developed the standard accreditation criteria to meet diverse needs of the engineering and related communities in Korea. A student attending at the accredited program has to complete the required courses and elective courses according to the curriculum flowchart to meet the accreditation criteria for a bachelor. Therefore an efficient and effective tool is necessary to support the adviser to monitor the completion of the required courses and elective courses according to the curriculum flowchart. In this paper, we describe an adviser tool developed. To develop an adviser tool. we established databases which contain the information of courses and their relations according to the curriculum flowchart. Adviser tool was developed to analyze student's DegreeAudit and represent the current completion information on the curriculum flowchart for effective monitoring. A closed test was performed and showed the increase of efficiency to meet the accreditation criteria for a bachelor.
