현재 출산률 저하와 고령화로 인해 독거노인가구는 급격하게 증가하고 있으며 독거노인 고독사와 같은 사회문제가 증가하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 1990년대에 '실버타운'이 들어섰으나 여러 문제들이 대두되면서 보다 발전된 형태의 노인주거시설이 필요해졌다. 이에 기존 실버타운의 단점을 보완한 시니어 코하우징이라는 신진화된 대안의 새로운 주거형태가 등장했으며, 수요자들에게 각광받고 있다. 본 연구는 시니어 코하우징 트렌드 분석에 대한 연구이다. 시니어 코하우징과 실버타운의 개념 및 특징을 이론적으로 고찰하며, 문헌 조사와 국내외 시니어 코하우징 사례조사를 통해 시니어 코하우징의 방향성을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 시니어 코하우징을 단순히 거주자 선호에 의한 주거양식이 아닌 미래사회를 위한 새로운 주거 대안으로서 인식할 필요성 고찰과 아직은 도입단계에 있는 시니어 코하우징의 활성화를 위해서 한국의 상황에 적합한 시니어 코하우징의 유형에 대한 기초 연구로서 의의가 있다.

하우징(Housing) 시스템은 온라인 게임상에서 플레이어가 가상의 공간에 직접 건축물 등을 짓거나 사들이고, 그 공간에 대해 여러 가지 권한과 혜택을 누릴 수 있는 게임 컨텐츠(Contents)로써, 2000년 "울티마 온라인"을 시작으로 하여 많은 MMOPRG(Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game)에서 적용하고 있는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 하우징 시스템이 가진 컨텐츠로서의 가능성을 살펴본다. 그리고 실제 서비스 되고 있는 MMORPG 속, 하우징 컨텐츠의 특징과 역할 그리고 문제점들을 조사해보고, 그것을 바탕으로 게임 플레이의 요소로서 보다 발전된 형태의 하우징 시스템 모델을 제시한다.

데이터웨어하우징에 대한 열광적인 분위기와는 달리 실패 사례가 늘고 있으며, 시간이 지날수록 수렁에 빠져드는 느낌을 지울 수 없다. 하지만 푸시기술이 총체적 위기에 빠진 데이터웨어하우징에 새로운 생명력을 불어넣고 있다. 푸시기술은 데이터웨어하우징에 긍정적이고 주요한 충격을 가하게 될 것이다. 이것은 올 연말경 시도될 예정이며, 1998년에서 2000년에 걸쳐 그 효과가 나타날 것이다.

This study aims at developing and evaluating the cohousing teaching/learning plan for middle and high school. The plan was developed into 5 stages such as data collection and analysis, design, development, implement, and evaluation_ It was composed of 3 lessons with various teaching materials; the concept and necessity of cohousing, spatial composition, and making a cohousing village as the main theme. The 3 home economics teachers carried out the plan for 28 classrooms (1125 students) in 2 middle and I high school, during 23th, Aug., to 17th, Sep. 2010 in Kyunggido. The high level of understanding, learning processes, interest, satisfaction with the class reported by the students showed that the plan might be adequate to both high and middle school students. The teachers carried the lessons reported the similar positive responses to the plan with some suggestions to increase teaching hours, prepare class appliances, and prepractice the teaching materials.

전통적인 비용수익 분석법 (CBA approach) 과 활동기준원가계산 방법 (ABC approach)과 같은 지금까지의 방법으로는 전략적 정보시스템이나 정보 하부구조를 효과적으로 평가하고 정당화하는데 한계가 있다고 지적되어왔다. 따라서, 본 논문은 정보시스템의 하부구조를 이루고 있는 데이터 웨어하우징을 스물여섯 개의 데이터 웨어하우징 성공사례 분석을 통해서 데이터 웨어하우징이 가치사슬 모델의 각 활동에 어떻게 활용되고 있는지를 분석하고, 경쟁우위적 관점에서 이들 사례들의 공통점을 찾아내어, 데이터 웨어하우징을 경쟁우위적 관점에서 보다 효과적으로 정당화할 수 있는 모델을 제시하고 있다. 이 모델은 기존의 정보시스템 정당화에 사용되어왔던 방법들의 단점을 보완하여, 기업들이 데이터 웨어하우징이나 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해서 구축하는 다른 정보시스템들을 경쟁우위적 관점에서 정당화하고자 할 때 유용한 도구로써, 기존의 방법들과 병행해서 사용하면 보다 효과적으로 정보시스템들을 평가하고 정당화할 수 있으리라 생각된다.

This paper dealt with the fabrication and performance evaluation of the electronics housing made of lightweight composite materials, aiming at the enhancement of satellite mass savings by replacing conventional aluminum alloy widely used for satellite avionics with lightweight composite material. For this purpose, a fabrication process was designed to overcome low machinability of CFRP and to minimize the post-treatment. The composite housing with grid-stiffened and monolithic frame was made using co-curing method. Its performance was also evaluated regarding endurance, stiffness, thermal conductivity, electrical grounding, EMI protection and radiation shielding. The composite housing can provide the considerable mass savings over the aluminum housing with same dimension.

Performance and anti-corrosion of cold forged fuel pumps and die-casting fuel pumps have been tested in this study. Ethanol with 10 ppm of acetic acid is applied for the anti-corrosion test for 250 hours. Performance test result shows that the pumping efficiency of the cold forged fuel pump is equivalent to that of the die-casting fuel pump. The cold forged lower housing has better quality against corrosiveness and finer metallic structure than the die-casting lower housing does.

지난 2월 21일부터 26일까지 6일간 서울 무역전시장(SETEC)과 코엑스(COEX)에서 경향신문사가 e하우징, SBS가 주최한 ‘2003 경향하우징페어’가 동시에 개최되었다. 올해로18회째를 맞는 이번 전시회에는 700여개 업체가 참가해 첨단 건축문화와 기술을 한눈에 보여주는 각종 건축자재와 최신 홈인테리어 트렌드를 선보였다. 건축자재, 공구, 조명기기, 펜션, 홈네트워킹시스템, 빌트인가구등 품목에 따라 각각 독립된 전시장이 꾸며져 관람객들에게 편의를 제공하였다. 또한 내 집을 꾸미는데 유익한 정보와 아이디어를 제공함으로써 일반인과 건축학도 및 건축설계 종사자, 시공자들에게 향후 시장변화에 적응할 수 있는 대안을 제시한 것으로 평가되었다. 이에 따라 본지는 이번 하우징 페어에 참가하여 우리 협회 회원들의 관심을 불러 일으킨 업체를 중심으로 소개한다.

The purpose of research is to complement the circulating pump of gas boiler for the domestic and to develop a pump housing with internal three way valve: Housing and three way valve have been apart in the existing pump system. Based on the experimental result on can-typed circulating pump with existing housing, a new housing with internal three way valve was designed and manufactured. The performance of can-typed circulating pump with the new housing, and the performance of circulating pump of boiler system were tested. As a result ot the test, the new housing with internal three way valve has been excellent in respect of pump performance, weight and manufacturing cost. So It is expected to have an effect of import substitution.
