Standardization of maintenance and failure of Transfer Crane (Transfer Crane의 고장 및 정비 작업 표준화)

  • In the port, Yard Crane is very important. If container crane or transfer crane broke down, it costs much money for delaying of work during the period of repair or reorder. But, we can not have enough spare parts for its high cost. It is necessary for having the reliability of crane through the effective preventive maintenance and failure analysis. In this paper, we analysed the system's function and failure mechanism of transfer crane which is main equipment in the yard. Also, we standardized the failure and maintenance work using the historical data of failure and maintenance. This study which is the basic work for IT of equipment operation and maintenance is going to be new attempt for optimal design of next generation equipment and operation policy of equipment.

  • In these days, a scale of system is more and more complex and large. The centralized system has the operation management method to be limited in the large scale system. In this paper, we proposed ACOS(Autonomous decentralized Container terminal Operating System). It is applied to container terminal using by autonomous decentralized system which can solve the problem of the centralized operation system. Also, we can defined a function of the ACOS's sub-system and showed a flowchart on operation method for the ACOS.

  • 항만 내 대표적인 하역장비로는 RTG와 YT가 있으며 주로 디젤엔진을 사용하고 있다. 항만의 그린화 및 무인화를 위해 물류장비의 전기동력 전환의 필요성 증가 및 전기동력 충전을 위한 유선 또는 무선 충전기술 등이 고려 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 항만에서 운영되는 전기식 YT의 운영 패턴을 고려해 수시로 충전이 가능한 무선전력 전송시스템을 제안하였다. 또한 제안한 시스템의 검증을 위해 실험용 시스템을 구축하여 전력전송 용량 및 효율실험 결과를 통하여 타당성을 확인하였다.

  • 자동화 컨테이너 터미널에서 안벽크레인, AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)와 같은 하역장비의 작업은 수 많은 요인에 영향을 받으며, 이로 인해 각 장비의 작업시간을 정확하게 추정하는 것은 거의 불가능하다. 작업시간의 불확실성은 AGV 배차를 어렵게 만들고 작업효율을 떨어뜨리는 주요 원인이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 불확실성에 대처하기 위하여 확률적 시뮬레이션 기반 AGV 배차 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안 방안은 AGV를 배차할 때, 이후 일정 기간 동안의 AGV작업에 대해 확률적 시뮬레이션을 여러번 반복하여 수행하고 평가 값을 평균함으로써 불확실성의 영향을 줄인다. 확률적 시뮬레이션을 위해 크레인 작업시간의 불확실성을 간단한 확률함수로 모델링하고 그에 따라 크레인 작업시간을 결정한다. 또한 AGV 작업시간을 가감속, 간섭을 고려하여 추정한다. 시뮬레이션 실험을 통해 제안방안을 검증한 결과 안벽크레인의 지연이 감소함을 확인하였다.

  • This paper deals with productivity improvement of stevedoring system by pooling opertaions of transport vehicle at automated container terminal. Usually, in traditional container terminals, grouping operations of transport vehicle are applied for container crane because vehicle routing path is simple and vehicle assignment is easy. But this static assignment(SA) operation that arrsign vehicles to container crane ar apron reduces flexibility of vehicles. Therefore, This paper presented 4 dynamic assignment(DA) method to improve efficiency of vehicles. These 4 dynamic assignment method consider present situations of container crane such as sequence(Se), queue time(Qt), productivity(Pr), numeric of vehicle assignment(Nv), numeric of buffer(Nb) at vehicles assignment. At the results, dynamic assignment operation to consider Qt, Nv, Nb is most efficient and by next time, dynamic assignment operation to consider Se is superior more than static assignment operation. but, dynamic assignment operation to consider Pr or Qt of container crane only is inefficient than static assignment operation.

  • The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the quay crane productivity in automated container terminal with perpendicular yard layout. In particular, four quay crane (single trolley/dual trolley/double trolley/supertainer) are considered to evaluate the productivity on the terminal performance. Each quay crane load or unload containers by a different process. For each quay crane, two productivities are considered and compared: mechanical productivity, net productivity. As the net productivity of quay crane is significant, in this paper, an application of simulation model to simulate automated container terminal is developed and a wide variety of computational experiments were conducted.

  • Nowadays, the vessel size is tending to be bigger and bigger, so port facilities are following this trend, which has been shown inthe competition of Hub-Port among the main ports such as Port of Busan and Port of Shanghai. But there are limited numbers of large container vessels and $70\%$ of the call ships at Busan port are middle and small sized ships which are less than 20,000ton. So we need to consider the handling facilities for these sized ships, but it has disregarded. In this paper, we estimate the optimum level of crane and labor according to vessel's size by container handling cost value reflecting size of vessel; size and number of crane and labor structure.

  • 이적작업은 하역작업 시간을 단축하고 장치장의 효율을 높이기 위해 최근 중요하게 다루어지는 운영 전략들 중의 하나이다. 자동화 컨테이너 터미널에서 수출 컨테이너 이적작업은 작업영역에 제약을 가진 하역장비를 이용하여 장치장 블록에 산재되어 있는 수출 컨테이너들을 적하작업이 용이한 형태로 재배치하는 것이다. 이 연구는 이적 및 적하작업과 연관된 총비용을 최소화하기 위해 어느 베이의 어떤 컨테이너를 어느 베이로 재배치할 지를 결정하기 위한 이적계획을 정의하고 이를 혼합정수계획법으로 모형화하였다. 또한, 실제 현장에서 사용이 가능한 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 제안하였으며 다양한 시나리오를 구성하여 배치형태 및 비용 가중치 등에 대한 민감도를 분석하였다.
