Effects of Opinion Leader Behavior on E-learning Satisfaction: The Mediating Role of Social Intelligen (오피니언 리더의 행위가 온라인 학습에서 콘텐츠 만족도와 운영 만족도에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지능의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of opinion leader behavior on E-learning satisfaction on the mediating role of social intelligence. For the study, opinion leader behavior were defined two groups such as information mediated behavior, influence behavior and e-learning satisfaction were defined two groups such as contents satisfaction, operation satisfaction. On the basis of theoretical linkages between the constructs, a conceptual model and hypotheses were established. Data were collected from 153 graduated students by structured questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed by PLS(Partial Least Square) statistics program and findings are as follows. Empirical results indicate that opinion leader behavior has a positive impact on opinion leader's social intelligence, social intelligence has a positive impact on E-learning satisfaction. Opinion leader's social intelligence has partially mediated effect on the relationship between opinion leader behavior and E-learning satisfaction.

Feature-Based Summarization Method for a Large Opinion Documents Collection (대용량 오피니언 문서에 대한 특성 기반 요약 기법)

  • Recently, an environment in which public opinions are expressed about various areas is expanded around SNSs or internet potals, thus, opinion documents get bigger rapidly. Under these circumstances, it is essential to utilize automatic summarization techniques for understanding whole contents of large opinion documents. However, it is hard to summarize efficiently those documents with traditional text summarization technologies since the documents include subject expressions as well as features of targets objects. Proposed method in this paper defines features of opinion documents, and designed to retrieve representative sentences expressing opinions of those features. In addition, through experiments, we prove the usefulness of proposed method.

Automatic Retrieval of SNS Opinion Document Using Machine Learning Technique (기계학습을 이용한 SNS 오피니언 문서의 자동추출기법)

  • Recently, as Social Network Services(SNS) are becoming more popular, much research has been doing on analyzing public opinions from SNS. One of the most important tasks for solving such a problem is to separate opinion(subjective) documents from others(e.g. objective documents) in SNS. In this paper, we propose a new method of retrieving the opinion documents from Twitter. The reason why it is not easy to search or classify the opinion documents in Twitter is due to a lack of publicly available Twitter documents for training. To tackle the problem, at first, we build a machine-learned model for sentiment classification using the external documents similar to Twitter, and then modify the model to separate the opinion documents from Twitter. Experimental results show that proposed method can be applied successfully in opinion classification.

  • 본 고에서는 통신망의 통화품질의 기준을 설정하기 위하여, 음성품질 열화요인 중 음량정격 및 측음 마스킹 정격에 대한 일련의 주관평가를 실시하여, 음량정격과 평균 오피니언 점수 및 측음 마스킹 정격과 평균 오피니언 점수와의 상관을 구하였고, 또한 음성품질에 대한 사용자 백분율을 도출하여 사용자의 오피니언을 기본으로 하는 음성품질 기준에 대하여 기술하였다.

  • 사회복지 영역의 확대로 복지서비스 수혜자들의 사례관리가 매우 중요한 영역으로 자리매김하고 있다. 이는 사례관리를 이용하여 새로운 서비스를 발굴하고, 실행결과를 평가하여 중요한 패턴을 추출 후 다른 유사 대상자들에게 적용하는 것이 실패를 줄이는 방법이기 때문이다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 사례관리시스템은 서비스를 입력하여 저장/관리하는 측면만을 제공하여 체계적인 분석이 안되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사례자들의 상담 및 서비스 결과에 관한 오피니언을 분석하여 마음속에 내포하고 있는 사례(비유적 표현)에 관한 실제적인 평가와 오피니언을 추출하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템을 실험하기 위해 자기의 오피니언을 외부로 노출하기 꺼려하는 장애인을 대상으로 한 상담 사례를 이용하여 실험하였다.

  • 본 논문은 3상 AC 모터와 영구동기자석 모터제어를 위한 새로운 1200V, 5A/10A 지능형 전력반도체 모듈(Intelligent Power Module, IPM) 제품을 소개한다. 이 전력 모듈은 DIP(Dual in line)패키지의 DBC(Direct Bond Copper)로 구성되어 있으며 Silicon on Insulator, SOI type의 6 채널 게이트 드라이브와 6개의 IGBT, Diode로 구성되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 1200V, 5A/10A 의 새로운 전력반도체의 전기적 특성 및 드라이빙 퍼포먼스를 소개한다.

Efficient Retrieval of Short Opinion Documents Using Learning to Rank (기계학습을 이용한 단문 오피니언 문서의 효율적 검색 기법)

  • Recently, as Social Network Services(SNS), such as Twitter, Facebook, are becoming more popular, much research has been doing on opinion mining. However, current related researches are mostly focused on sentiment classification or feature selection, but there were few studies about opinion document retrieval. In this paper, we propose a new retrieval method of short opinion documents. Proposed method utilizes previous sentiment classification methodology, and applies several features of documents for evaluating the quality of the opinion documents. For generating the retrieval model, we adopt Learning-to-rank technique and integrate sentiment classification model to Learning-to-rank. Experimental results show that proposed method can be applied successfully in opinion search.

  • 본 논문은 한국어 온라인 리뷰 문서의 오피니언 분류(Opinion Classification)에 있어 그 핵심 키워드가 형용사 (Adjective) 범주라는 점을 고려하여, 한국어 형용사를 <문맥에 의존하지 않는 절대 극성>과, <문맥에 의존하여 극성이 바뀌는 상대극성>으로 대분류한 뒤 그 각각의 의미 극성을 하위 분류하는 작업을 수행하였다. 기존의 연구에서 특징적인 오피니언 어휘 수십개에 의존하여 자동 분류를 시도하고자 하였던 문제점을 극복하기 위해서는 한국어 형용사 전체 범주에 대한 체계적인 극성 분류가 이루어져야 할 필요가 있으며, 여기서 특히 상세히 주목받지 못했던 상대 극성 어휘에 대한 본격적인 의미 분류가 요구된다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 형용사의 극성 분류는 기존의 이론 언어학적 형용사 의미 분류와 달리 온라인 오피니언 문서에서 도메인에 따라 나타나는 특징적 의미 유형을 결정하고, 이를 기준으로 온라인 오피니언 문서의 극성 판별에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 사전을 구축하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

Fuzzy Domain Ontology-based Opinion Mining for Transportation Network Monitoring and City Features Map (교통망 관찰과 도시 특징지도를 위한 퍼지영역 온톨로지 기반 오피니언 마이닝)

  • Traffic congestions are rapidly increasing in urban areas. In order to reduce these problems, it needs real-time data and intelligent techniques to quickly identify traffic activities with useful information. This paper proposes a Fuzzy Domain Ontology(FDO)-based opinion mining system to monitor the transportation network in real-time as well to make a city polarity map for travelers. The proposed system retrieves tweets and reviews related to transportation activities and a city. The feature opinions are extracted from these tweets and reviews and then used FDO to identify transportation and city features polarity. This FDO and intelligent prototype are developed using $Prot{\acute{e}}g{\acute{e}}$ OWL (Web Ontology Language) and JAVA, respectively. The experimental result shows satisfactory improvement in tweets and review's analyzing and opinion mining.

  • In order to establish the speech transmission quality of networks, a series of subjective tests for loudness rating(LR) and sidetone masking rating(STMR) among transmission impairments were carried out. As a result of subjective tests, relationships of mean opinion score(MOS) with LR and STMR, respectively, were obtained. Also, we obtained the cumulative MOS characteristics which represent the percentage of scores that subjects voted. Thus it is easy to achieve a strategic objective of customer satisfaction for present networks and new services.
