최근 센서를 이용한 모니터링 시스템 구축에 대한 관심이 높아지고 그 활용가치도 높아짐에 따라 다양한 분야에서의 센서네트워크 망 구축의 수요가 많아지고 있다. 각각 독립적은 구조를 가지는 센서 네트워크 망의 통합적이고 확장 가능한 형태의 모니터링과 제어를 위하여 OGC 에서는 Sensor Web Enablement (SWE) 표준을 제안하였다. 하지만 국내에서는 이를 적용한 사례가 없다. 또한 따라서 본 논문에서는 OGC 에서 제안한 국제표준인 SWE 에 대해 분석하고 실제 서비스 제공 가능한 형태로 구축하였다. 본 구축은 MVC 모델을 기반으로 오픈 플랫폼으로 개발 되었다. 또한 클라이언트를 플렉스로 개발하여 플래시를 지원하는 다양한 브라우저에서 사용 가능하도록 구현하였다.

In u-GIS environments, a geographic information service system for mobile phone is consumer(user) oriented service system based on existing GIS and LBS considering characteristic of mobile phone. In the past, development of a geographic information service system for mobile phone dependent on various hardware specification of mobile phones and mobile operators. From now on, the geographic information service system for mobile phone independents on hardware specification of mobile phones and mobile operators. Also, it changes from service oriented GIS provider(specialist) to service oriented consumer. For the satisfaction of this requirement, we propose a design of geographic information service system for mobile phone using FLEX for creates standard execution file. The standard execution file is able to apply various mobile phone. And we propose a management method of picture contents combination of location information that geographic information service system for mobile phone is provided it firstly. In this system, it provides facilities that display map, manage location, manage contents, manage mash-up, manage map data. And then it provide facility of swf generation for display result map on mobile phone. In this paper, we are implemented the proposed system and seen same results in various mobile phone. The created *.swf file provides same result at any time, anywhere, anyone in spite of different zoom level and different display screen.

With the multiplex and wide release strategy, the monopolies of four major distribution companies and three multiplex chain, the polarization of Korean movie's Box Office performance is deepening. The four major distributor of NEW, CJ CGV, Lotte Cinema distributed 290 movies of 538 movies produced from 2009 to 2014 in Korea. The audience market share of these four distributors is 85.74%, while other 248 movies covers only 14.26%, which are distributed by outsides of the four major distribution system. The concentration of film admission has been deepened in Gini Index from 0.53 in 2004 to 0.85 in 2014. The movies distributed by others rather than four major companies suffers inequality in numbers of secured screens, screening times, and secured seats of movie theaters. In the highest 10% of box-office ranking, there is only one movie distributed by others. The lowest 50% of box-office ranking, there are 186 movies by others, while four companies have 81 movies. However, Occupancy rate of seat of major companies is lower than 16.83% of that of the others in the lowest 50% section. Workers of Korean movie industry are suffered from this polarization and they seek their breakthrough by producing erotic movies for VOD in recent years.

During the rapid economic growth in Korea since the 1970s, many underground facilities were constructed such as under passes and railways. Seismic design has been mandated in 1988, but the structures built before 1988 were not reflected on the seismic design. Accordingly, these underground structures require effective seismic reinforcing methods to ensure safety when the earthquake happens. By these reasons, in this study, using the proposed pre-flexed members, RC box structure was analyzed for seismic reinforcement of the corner. This method is based on a principle that enlarging the resistance against the external force by installing the pre-flexed member to the box structure corner. To evaluate validity, a newly developed member with CornerSafe was compared with traditional type reinforcement using experiments and finite element analysis. In finite element mode, nonlinearity of steel was modeled based on J2 plasticity model and concrete was based on CEB FIP MODEL CODE 1990. Also, composite ratios of box and pre-flexed member were computed for design application. The reinforcement and box structure were analyzed under the bond condition completely attached by the tie, and the results of experiment and finite element analysis were same in the force-displacement curve.

It is a known fact that the spread of multiplexes has contributed to movie industry flourish and extending public rights for enjoying movies. However, in terms of Urban Discourse, Multiplexes centered in new downtown have given rise to Doughnut Phenomena in old downtown. It is especially regrettable that the local theaters which have been symbolic cultural spaces storing the 'memory of life' of local communities are disappearing due to a recession of business zone in old downtown. Japan has long been worked in various activities spotlighting on movie/image contents as the major means of creative urban regeneration. Among them, the 'Community Cinema' has made a contribution to regional revitalization by improving movie screening environment of the local community through renewal of local theaters and further creating related culture and industry in the local area. In this study, I focus on 'Fukaya Cinema' which started from NPO(Non-Profit Organization) and reused a closed industrial facility to a movie theater in cooperation with local TMO(Town Management Organization). Fukaya Cinema, which operates in the form of a business community, plays important roles as the core cultural facility in the local community and is regarded as a significant case showing a possibility of urban regeneration using movie/image contents. I investigate the specific founding process and activities of Fukaya Cinema and intend to derive the implications from that. Through this, I aim to provide the basic urban regeneration data utilizing movie/media contents.

Inconel 625 is useful in variety of industrial applications because of the resistance to attack in various corrosive media at temperatures from $200^{\circ}C$ to over $1090^{\circ}C$, in combination with good law- and high temperature mechanical strength. Rencently, this material is also used widely in offshore processing piping in order to extend the maintenance tenn and improve the quality of anti-corrosion. In general, high quality weldments for this material are readily produced by commonly used processes. Not all processes are applicable to this material group, Ni-alloys. Metallurgiad characterictics or the unavailability of matching, position or suitable welding processes. Nowadays, the flux cored wire is developed and applied for the better productivity in several welding position including the vertical position. in this study, the weldability and weldment characteristics of inconel 625 are considered in FCAW weld associated with the several shielding gases($80\%Ar\;+\;20\%\;CO_2,\;50\%Ar\;+\;50\%\;CO_2,\;100\%\;CO_2$) in viewpoint of welding productivity.

This paper aims at exploring the efficiencies of Big 3 Multiplexes(CGV, Lotte Cinema, and Megabox) in Korea over the 3 years between 2002 and 2004. For the Korean Film industry, the years 1998 over were a period of challenge and extreme transaction due to building of multiplex that began in 1998. This paper begins with the present state of film market and multiplexes in Korea and provides an overview of the reasons why Korea film industry have been sharply increased in customer growth. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the film industry competition power for multiplex according to the technical and scale efficiency scores of DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) method.

This paper presents a new strength method of underground box structures under additional surface load. An L-bracing using pre-flexed steel member threads called the "Pre-flex strength method" is used to improve capacity of the RC box structure under earth pressure due to additional surface load. The pre-flexed steel member is fixed the top and bottom of the structure after chemical anchor was installed by drilling hole on the box structure. The structural performance was evaluated analytically. 3 types of underground RC box structure were used; $2.0m{\times}2.0m$, $3.0m{\times}3.0m$ and $4.0m{\times}4.0m$. For the performance evaluation, structure analysis were performed on moment and shear resisting structures with and without pre-flex strength method. Numerical results confirmed that the proposed strength member system installed on underground RC box structures enhanced the strength capacity. The feasible region of the proposed pre-flex strength method in accordance with the earth pressure due to additional surface depth was evaluated.

In this study, we fabricated the wearable film-heaters used in thermotherapy for senior citizens and investigated the heat generation characteristics. The wearable film-heaters embedded into eco-flex were constructed with indium tin oxide (ITO) nanoparticles coated on glass fibers. Under a stretching strain of 30%, the wearable film-heaters stably operated with temperature variation of 10%. In addition, the wearable film-heater worn on the wrist increased the temperature of the wrist from $35^{\circ}C$ to $43^{\circ}C$ within 2 min.

The shape learning of elementary mathematics should required a variety of activities to help student based on intuitive understanding. Learning three-dimensional shapes, it is effectively take advantage of actual object, but difficult to check a development figure or various forms of actual object, it is effectively utilizing computers semi-actual object. In addition, the computer to take advantage of even after school resources, the limits of learning something concrete to take advantage complement. This research developed the three-dimensional shapes application of elementary students shape learning to use of Flex and Flash. This application to take advantage of the free observation and causing an interesting and effective learning.
