Differing from civil engineering and construction, landscape architecture projects are far from efforts in operation and project management. Under the circumstances, it is worthwhile to adopt scope definition from project management for construction and civil engineering in some respects. First, scope definition is able to be conducted through a simple procedure without additional investment in capital and time. Second, the output produced by scope definition is very substantial. The research scrutinized scope definition procedures accompanied by landscape architecture project execution and derived various methods in order to help scope definition for efficient landscape architecture projects. Based on the literature review, a design case study, and an exert interview, the project success elements were developed consisting of 3 sections, 8 categories and 50 elements, grounded on the theoretical base of PDRI. The elements are expected to pave a way to an adequate level of scope definition among participants of landscape architecture projects and contribute in efficient project execution.

This paper examines the method of evaluation for feasibility study factors on housing development projects which can assist project managers to asses potential sources of risk. The aim is to reduce uncertainty on the project objectives. The major initial goals for a feasibility analysis are to define a limited set of key related factors which apply to housing development project according to development and market environment, condition of project planning and economics. Thus, in order to construct types of factors related with the feasibility, the research executes Delphi Method subjected personnel in the task to explore housing development projects. Such exploration provide the information for Importance Index, Extra Weight and the Mean of Extra Weight that is used for constituting confines of factors related with a feasibility analysis.

현재의 NATM터널에 대한 물량은 설계도면을 기반으로 산출되는데, 이러한 방법은 수작업에 많이 의존하게 되므로 실수로 인한 물량의 오류와 사람의 능력에 따른 물량의 차이가 나타나게 된다. 본 연구는 BIM기반의 모델에서 자동적으로 물량을 산출하여 물량산출의 오류나 차이점을 바로잡고 설계변경에 따른 물량산출작업을 효율적으로 수행하려는 프로젝트에 필요한 BIM 모델링을 통한 물량산출 프로세스의 가이드라인을 제시한다. 또한, 여러 BIM 프로그램들은 각각의 모델링 및 물량산출 방식을 가지고 있어서 하나의 프로세스로 통합하기 어려운 문제가 있기 때문에 본 연구에서는 Autodesk사의 Revit Structure에 적합한 작업 프로세스에 대한 가이드라인을 제시하며 NATM 터널의 전체 구간이 아닌 본선구간만을 대상으로 한다. 본 연구는 전체적인 NATM 터널의 BIM기반 물량산출 모델링 프로세스를 BIM 모델링과 BIM 물량산출로 분리하였다. BIM 모델링 프로세스는 물량산출의 대상과 범위 설정, 모델링을 위한 CAD도면 작성, 패밀리 파일의 설정, 공종별 모델링 작업으로 구성된다. 물량산출의 대상과 범위 설정 단계에서는 NATM 터널의 CAD 파일과 수량 산출서를 분석하여 물량산출을 위한 공종별 물량산출 범위를 확정하고, 도면에 표시되지 않는 물량정보를 파악하여 물량 값을 정확하게 산출할 수 있도록 하며, 모델링을 위한 CAD도면 작성 단계에서는 Revit Structure 특성을 고려하여 모델링에 참조하는 CAD 도면을 Revit Structure에서의 모델링에 적합하게 편집해야한다. 그리고 패밀리 파일의 설정과 공종별 모델링 작업 단계에서는 CAD도면과 Revit Structure의 패밀리 파일과의 단위를 일치시키고 NATM 터널의 특성에 맞게 공종별 모델링을 실시한다. BIM 물량산출 프로세스는 모델링 데이터의 분할, 패밀리의 재구성, 물량산출로 구성된다. 모델링 데이터의 분할단계에서는 물량산출의 목적에 맞게 CAD에서 기준선을 작성하여 공종별 모델링이 작성된 패밀리 파일로 불러온 다음 모델을 분할해야한다. 그리고 패밀리의 재구성과 물량산출단계에서는 분할된 공종별 모델의 패밀리 파일을 프로젝트 파일로 불러온 다음 물량산출의 목적에 맞게 재배치하여 물량을 산출한다.

Changes in megatrends occurring within the spatial range of the production process can be critical factors that affect the performance of unit projects in construction industry, one of the representative order industries. Although changes in the megatrend are a prerequisite for successful performance achievement, previous studies suggested methods for performance measurement and management within the production process as major results. Accordingly, this study analyzed the megatrend related to domestic construction projects and presented critical impact factors(CIFs) that can be affect a project's performance. CIFs were set by combining keywords derived by reviewing major contents of related laws and policies and future strategy reports, and the importance of each indicator was quantitatively analyzed using analytic hierarchy process(AHP). It is expected that the findings of this study can provide meaningful basic data that the various stakeholders in a construction project can refer to when establishing the strategies to achieve successful performance.

The value engineering(VE) in construction projects is systematic method which improve quality as well as reduction input cost and as construction VE work extends the range of application, the importance is rising. For this reason studies are needed to enforce design value engineering work systemically and effectively. In this study, we analyzed the problem of the present construction VE processing and deduced the model to be most suitable the work efficiency. As suggested model reflects systemically requirement item of owner and user, it will make approaching direction and standard establishment possible. So it will increase the following function analysis in analyzing step and the effectiveness of creating idea and make successful VE result.

최근 Enterprise Architecture(EA)에 대한 관심이 매우 높아지고 있다. 공공분야 뿐만 아니라 민간분야에서도 정보화 노력에 아키텍처의 개념을 도입하려 하기 때문이다. 그러나 실제로 이들 조직에서 아키텍처의 개념을 도입하려는 노력은 매우 다양하다. 즉, 아키텍처 도입의 목적, 범위, 접근 등의 관점에서 매우 다양할 뿐만 아니라 시대에 따라 변해오고 있다. 이러한 아키텍처 도입의 다양성은 아키텍처의 본질적 모습에 대해 많은 혼란을 초래하고 있다. 최근 이 EA의 도입이 가시화되고 있는 실정에 비추어 이 EA의 개념적 실체를 보다 분명히 할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 현재 수행된 EA 산출물을 분석해봄으로써 EA 노력을 체계적으로 분류하고 이들 노력의 특성을 밝히고자 한다. 이러한 연구결과는 EA를 보다 정확하게 이해하고, EA 도입 프로젝트의 방향을 설정하는데 기여를 할 것이라고 본다.

현재 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)업계의 동향은 외산 전사적자원관리업체들이 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업 시장 공략에 적극 나서고 있다. SAP코리아와 한국오라클이 이미 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업시장을 타갓으로 한 제품을 선보인 데 이어 최근 마이크로소프트(MS)까지 이 시장에 본격적으로 뛰어들었다. 국내 ERP업계는 외산업체들의 공격적인 SMB시장 전략으로 국내 업체들 사이에서 살아남기 위해서는 제품의 완성도를 높이고 보다 주도면밀한 마케팅 전략을 구사하는 등 대응책을 마련해야 할 것이다. 또한 기업의 주요 업무에 대한 전산화는 개발요원들이 전산화를 요구하는 부서의 업무를 분석하고 각종 개발 툴을 이용하여 각 부문의 업무 프로세스에 맞게 구축하는 주문식 개발방법이 보편적이었으나, 기업들도 전문 소프트업체의 경영 어플리케이션 패키지(business application package) 제품을 구입해 구축하는 방식으로 변하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 ERP를 운영하고 있는 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업 중에 하나인 K업체의 생산관리 모듈을 대상으로 하여 운영상의 문제점을 파악하고, 이에 따른 효율적인 운영을 위한 프로세스를 정의하고자 한다. 또한 K업체의 제조관련부분에 대한 업무분석을 통하여 ERP 프로젝트의 완성을 위한 목표설정과 범위, 실적 평가 기준정립을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

효과적인 중소기업 생산정보화를 위하여 시스템 개발 과정을 표준화하고 단계별 주요 활동에 관한 연구, 프로젝트 범위 일정 비용 인적자원 관리를 위한 WBS 작성, 시스템의 신뢰성 품질 생산성 향상을 위한 관리 항목 설정, 중소기업 IT업체 감리업체 등 참여기업간의 의사소통, 그리고 구축된 생산정보화의 유지보수를 포함한 운영지원 등 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 시스템 구축을 위해 중소기업 생산정보화에 적합한 시스템 개발 방법론(PSDM : Production System Development Methodology)에 관하여 연구 개발한다. 이 PSDM의 연구로 생산정보화를 구축하고자 참여하는 많은 중소기업 및 IT업체들이 표준화된 방법론을 이용하여 시스템 구축을 보다 효과적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 보다 높은 신뢰성을 가진 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the efficient information system for managing owner's requirement(O/R) throughout the design phases. In order to derive an improvement, current status of O/R management both in domestic and foreign design company has been analyzed. Through the literature reviews and interviews with experts, the Information on design process and detailed activities were investigated. Based on the basic research, inputs, outputs and participants were defined and information flow diagram was drawn. O/R's were categorized according to comprehensive interviews with specialists, and a prototype system was suggested. Conducting systematized O/R management will improve the confidence of owners' role on design, reduce re-work in design tasks, and finally elevate design quality.
