정부가 소득양극화 해소(EITC제도 도입)을 목적으로 올해부터 건설일용근로자의 임금지급조서 자료를 관할 세무서에 신고토록 의무화 했다. 올해 홍보기간을 거쳐 내년부터는 의무적으로 시행된다. 이에 따라 설비건설업계는 근로자의 노무관리 프로그램이 절실히 필요한 실정이다. 아성정보(주)가 이러한 시대적 흐름에 발맞추어 건설노무관리프로그램을 개발했다.

이번 연구에서는 재난관리 교육프로그램 개선을 위해 민방위재난안전교육연구원의 교육과정에 중점을 둔 전문가들을 대상으로 AHP분석을 실시하여 교육과정 개혁의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 재난현장지휘시스템에 대한 이해가 가장 중요한 분야로 인식되고 있으며, 재난관리 교육훈련 과정에서 대응현장에 적용되는 표준조치절차(SOP)에 대한 이해와 획득이 중요한 분야로 인식되고 있다. 따라서 재난관리 교육 프로그램 개선을 위한 현장지향적 재난대응역량 제고를 위한 교육 프로그램 부문 강화가 필요하다. 특히 재난현장에 참여하는 다양한 정부기관과 중앙정부 및 지방자치단체 관계자들의 현장 이해도 제고를 위한 교육이 이뤄져야 한다.

GMS(Globalization Management System)는 기업의 문서, 데이터베이스, 기업용 프로그램, 웹 사이트, 매뉴얼 등에 있는 다국어 정보를 관리하는 기업용 프로그램이다. GMS는 기업 정보의 다국어, 다지역, 다문화별 관리를 가능하게 한다. 따라서 기본적으로 전세계에서 동시에 발생하는 수백개의 지역화(localization. LION) 프로젝트를 관리할 수 있어야 하며, 더 나아가 세계화(Globalization, G11N) 관리 기능을 제공해야 한다. 세계화 프로세스라는 면에서 볼 때. 소프트웨어 프로그램의 세계화 프로세스와 웹사이트의 세계화 프로세스는 성격이 달라서 접근 방법이나 요구되는 기술이 다르기에 본 논문에서는 웹사이트 세계화(이하, WG)중심의 GMS 이해를 목표로 내용을 전개하고자 한다.(중략)

In this paper, we develope the Exhibition Grounds Management System utilizing the ubiquitous computing which integrates the RFID ubiquitous main technology, existing use technology Bar-code, the Mobile communication technology for IT main technology field. The developed system consists of the program for exhibition information. the visitor registration program, manager program and mobile program for the visitor's current location inquiry and the exhibition management. This system is realized and designed based on database, web program, mobile program, wireless telecommunication technology. The automation technology utilizing the developed RFID system and the Exhibition Grounds Management System integrated with the wireless packet telecommunication using the mobile telecommunication technology could have a ripple effect on whole information industrial application fields.

This study was carried out to develop the educational program which can be used in the university library or archives to their students under an aspect that each individual should preserve own personal archives themselves. Based on precedent studies and foreign cases, a survey study on preservation of digital personal archives for the university students was carried out. The educational program of preservation reflected conditions of the undergraduates attending Pusan national university. The educational program is dealt with a total of seven contents including awareness-raising, creation methods, managements methods, selection of archives, construction of preservation folder, construction of preservation copy, and the management of preservation copy.

기업의 효율적인 데이터베이스시스템 구축은 정보화 사회에서 반드시 필요한 사안으로 이를 통해 자료연계, 최신 정보의 입수 둥 기존의 회사 생존 전략을 벗어난 세계화와 정보화를 유지할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 중소 업체에서는 한 번에 많은 투자를 해야되는 종합 정보화시스템의 도입보다는 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계 관리 등 각각에 대해 프로그램들을 개발하여 사용하고 있으나, 서로 각각 개발된 프로그램들은 그 활용도나 연관성 면에서 유용성이 떨어지게 마련이다. 따라서 이들 시스템간에 서로 자료를 교환하고, 의사결정을 위한 정의를 효과적으로 제시해 주는 종합 정보관리 시스템을 구축하여야 하는데, 이를 위하여 기존에 개발된 영업관리, 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계 관리 등의 프로그램들을 통합하는 것이 새로운 시스템을 개발하는 것보다 경제적, 기능적 측면에서 매우 유리하다 할 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 두양금속 주식회사의 기존에 사용중인 영업관리, 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계관리 시스템의 통합을 목표로 하여, 이미 구축된 시스템을 분석하고 연계하여 효율적인 정보 관리 시스템을 구축하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 현장작업자의 근골격계질환을 진단하고 예방하기 위해 인간공학 프로그램을 제안하였다 본 연구에서 제안된 인간공학 프로그램은 작업자를 근골격계질환으로부터 예방하고 환자가 발생하였을 때 적시에 적절한 치료를 받게 하며, 작업장에 재배치된 이후 재발하지 않도록 관리하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 제안된 인간공학 프로그램은 크게 생체동작분석, 인간공학적 작업환경분석, 의료관리 및 근육강화 프로그램운영으로 나뉘어 진다. 본 연구에서는 생체동작분석 및 인간공학적 작업환경분석을 위한 항목을 제시하였고, 의료관리와 근육강화 프로그램의 필요성이 언급되었다. 본 연구에서 적용된 인간공학 프로그램은 국내 제조업 현장에 적용할 수 있도록 제안되었으며, 국내 인간공학 프로그램의 적용방법중의 하나로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study conducted a survey targeting incumbent records managers and archivists to examine the effect of the training program executed by the National Archives of Korea on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of actual record managers. Based on the results, this study proposed a training program that could improve job satisfaction and organizational commitment, based on the analysis results and the requirements of record managers and archivists, while fulfilling the knowledge and technology demand for records management. The training program of the National Archives of Korea proposed by this study has the following advantages. Records managers and archivists can acquire more professional skills that their field require them while feeling satisfied with their duty and becoming more immersed with their organization. In addition, they can also actively enhance their ability to cope with the variable environment.

In a large owner organization, a program manager of multiple maintenance and remodeling projects has experienced increasing scale and complexity of coordinating the M/R projects with in-house technicians who belong to multiple trade shops. This paper proposes a dual-level hierarchical planning strategy that consists of a program master plan in the long-term horizon and a master construction schedule in an operational scheduling window. A rolling horizon approach to the program master plan is proposed to deal with the external uncertainty of unknown stream of project requests. A resource-constrained scheduling algorithm is developed to generate the master construction schedule in a scheduling window. During development of the algorithm, more emphasis is placed on long-term organizational resource continuity, especially flow management of program constraint resources, than ephemeral events of an individual activity and project. Monte Carlo simulation experiments of three scheduling windows are used to evaluate the relative performance of the proposed scheduling algorithm against three popular scheduling heuristics for resource-constrained multiple projects.

The purpose of this study is to present a guide for the development of research data management education programs for researchers affiliated with domestic universities and research institutions. In order to present the relevant program guide, first, we investigated and analyzed educational programs for overseas research data management. The educational programs studied and analyzed are RDMRose, RDMLA, DataONE, Digital Research Alliance of Canada, NNLM, PARTHENOS and Coursera. In addition, in order to confirm the appropriateness of the education program, it was reviewed through the detailed competency of data literacy researched in Korea. As a result of the review, most of the detailed competencies for data literacy were satisfied. Finally, a program guide for researchers was presented by synthesizing the research data management education programs that were investigated and analyzed. The results of this study will help develop research data management education programs that can systematically support and activate researchers belonging to universities and institutions.
