Since the advent of Six Sigma in 1980's, Six Sigma is widely used in various industry areas, such as manufacturing, financial, government, and service, and proves its innovation ability and value by providing lots of success stories. Several researches have been conducted to adopt Six Sigma for Software Development and Software Quality Assurance-Software Six Sigma. Although the wide use of Six Sigma, there is no software tool to support the execution of Six Sigma Project. For this reason, the Quantitative Six Sigma Project Management is required to support for measuring and analyzing Six Sigma Projects, storing and reporting the results from Six Sigma Projects, and managing Six Sigma Projects through the whole process of, DMAIC or DMADV. In this paper, we introduce the design and implementation of a Quantitative Six Sigma Project Management Framework and Tool. The execution of Six Sigma Project based on Six Sigma Project Management Tool benefits the quantification, the systematization, and the integration.

본 연구는 말콤 볼드리지 요소와 BSC의 각 관점의 KPI 지수간의 연계들 통하여 기업 경영품질향상을 위한 평가모형 구축과 전략 설정을 그 목표로 하고 있다. 기업경영과 관련된 제 영역에 대한 고찰이 가능한 말콤 볼드리지 평가 항목을 살펴보고, 기업경영 성과 측정을 위한 구체적 평가항목을 제시함으로써 부서간 연계 및 인과관계 설정, 전략과의 연계가 가능하여 경영자의 전략 설정과 리더십에 도움을 줄 수 있는 BSC 항목을 살펴 본 후, 기업 경영혁신과 프로세스 개선을 위한 두 평가 항목의 연계를 통하여 평가항목 관리요소의 중복을 제거하고 동일화를 달성, '기업성과 향상' 이라는 공동 목표달성을 위해 MB 및 BSC 두 개선 노선이 시너지를 달성할 수 있는 체계를 마련하고자 한다. 이는 MB와 BSC의 연계방안을 살펴봄으로써 기업의 '경영품질'을 향상시키고, 향상된 경영품질을 구체적 항목에 의거하여 체계적으로 평가할 수 있는 방안을 찾음과 동시에 기업 전략 설정에 이바지할 수 있는 모형구축을 그 목표로 하고 있다.

의료기기 산업은 시장규모와 생산규모에서 미국이 전 세계의 $40\%$ 이상을 차지하고 있어 국내외 모든 의료기기 제조업체에서는 미국시장진출을 목표로 꾸준히 노력하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 의료기기는 인체에 직접 적용된다는 특성으로 인해 각 국가의 정부는 저마다 다른 엄격한 기준으로 자국내 시장진출을 규제하고 있으며 엄격한 관리제도를 유지하고 있다. 국내 최신의 전자 의료기기는 필수적으로 의료기기를 제어하기 위한 의료용 소프트웨어를 필요로 하므로 의료기기 산업의 발전은 의료용 소프트웨어 산업의 발전에 직결된다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 의료기기의 경우에는 인$\cdot$허가를 위한 제도 및 절차가 갖추어져 활용되고 있는 반면, 의료용 소프트웨어의 경우에는 적합한 평가기준이 마련되어 있지 못하여 제도 및 체계구축의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국제표준(ISO/IEC 12119, ISO/IEC 9126을 바탕으로 평가메트릭을 구축하여 의료용 소프트웨어의 정량적인 품질을 측정, 평가하여 품질측정의 결과를 토대로 품질을 인증하는 의료응용 소프트웨어 시험인증 지원도구를 설계 및 구현하였다.

데이터 웨어하우스와 데이터 품질에 관한 문헌연구를 통하여 데이터 웨어하우스 환경에서 데이터 품질의 향상을 위한 개념적 프레임워크를 개발하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 데이터 웨어하우스 데이터 품질향상 활동을 지원하는 프레임워크를 개발하는 목적은 (1) 다양한 요구를 가진 사용자들이 웨어하우스 데이터에 접근하기 때문에, 사용자의 요구를 만족시키며 기업의 목적에 적합한 품질향상 활동을 지원하기 위해서이며, 다양한 기업활동을 가장 잘 지원할 수 있는 데이터 품질향상 지침을 관리자에게 제공하기 위해서 이다. (2) 웨어하우스 관리자의 데이터 품질향상 활동을 지원하기 위해서는 품질차원이나 데이터세트 등과같은 품질향상에 필요한 다양한 이슈를 관리자가 인식할 수 있도록 하기 위해서이다. (3) 데이터 웨어하우스 환경에서 데이터 품질 향상에 필요한 체계적이고 포괄적인 안목을 제공하기 위해서이다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 단계로 수행하게 된다. 첫째, 데이터 웨어하우스의 개념과 데이터 웨어하우스의 구축단계 및 데이터 웨어하우스를 구성하는 프레임워크를 검토한다. 둘째, 데이터 웨어하우스 환경에서의 데이터 품질의 기준과 데이터 품질의 측정 및 데이터 품질의 향상 방안 등을 고찰한다. 셋째, 데이터 웨어하우스 환경에서 데이터 품질의 향상을 위한 개념적 프레임워크를 개발하기 위하여 데이터 웨어하우스 데이터 풀질 향상과 관련된 기업활동, 데이터 세트, 품질의 속성 및 차원 등을 정의한다. 마지막으로 데이터 웨어하우스 환경하에서 데이터 품질을 향상할 수 있는 3차원 구조의 개념적 프레임워크를 제안하며, 나아가 제안한 모형에 대하여 데이터 품질 향상을 위한 프로젝트 활동의 사례를 통하여 모형의 타당성을 개념적으로 설명한다.통하여 각각의 제품을 비교하였으며, 둘째 소프트웨어 종류별 평가로 제품을 응용소프트웨어, 응용개발도구, 시스템 소프트웨어로 분류하여 평균값으로 비교하였다. 셋째, 국내외 제품별 평가분석으로 전체 제품을 국내제품과 국외제품으로 분류하여 비교하였으며, 마지막으로 총괄분석을 통해 가중치를 적용하여 전 제품의 점수를 비교하였다. 여기에서는 각 제품의 평균점수에 대한 차이를 95%의 유의수준으로 T-Test를 실시하였다.uted to the society, and what the socioeconomic impacts are resulted from the program. 국내외적으로 수주량이 증가하고 있는 대형 구조물의 건설 시 보다 정밀한 시공 및 유지관리 기술이 요구된다. 그 중 콘크리트의 강도는 대표적인 설계변수 중 하나로 정확한 강도 값의 측정 및 이력관리는 건설 프로세스에서의 비용절감과 효율적인 시공관리를 위해 매우 중요한 요구사항이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 최근 개발된 임베디드 자율감지형 콘크리트 강도 모니터링 기술을 유비쿼터스 시대에 적합한 건설 기술로의 향상을 위해 QR코드와 연동시킨 강도 라벨링을 개발하고 이를 통하여 콘크리트의 강도이력 DB를 언제 어디서나 실시간으로 확인 및 관리할 수 있는 콘크리트 Life-Cycle 품질관리 시스템을 제안한다.

본 연구는 모터 제조회사에서 모터 수명 향상을 위해 식스 시그마 방법론에 근거하여 개선한 사례연구이다. 모터 수명 향상 활동을 추진하기 위해 본 연구에서는 제조부문의 식스 시그마 프로젝트 추진절차인 Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control 절차를 수행했다. 모터 수명과 연관된 불량 유형을 정의하고 불량 측정 시스템에 대한 계측시스템의 정도평가, 불량유형요인효과분석, 4Step Diagram과 같은 분석기법을 활용하여 수명에 중요한 요인도출, 중요 요인의 개선대책 수립 및 개선 확인 후 최종적으로 지속적인 신뢰성 관리 방안을 수립하였다. 본 연구는 대부분 영세한 모터 제조업체에서 모터수명 관리를 위해 많은 투자를 할 수 없는 현황을 고려할 때 신뢰성 관리의 효율적 방안을 제시한다.

This study examined the effects of apartment complex management and residential quality on the residents' residential satisfaction and recommendation intentions. A survey was conducted on the residents of an apartment complex in Doan, Daejeon. Statistical analysis was analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was carried out to verify the validity of the measurement tools for apartment complex management, residential quality, living satisfaction, and recommendation intention. The Cronbach's α coefficient was evaluated to verify the reliability of the measurement tools. Multi-regression analyses were conducted to verify the research hypotheses. As a result, the following main results were derived. First, maintenance factors and living management factors among apartment complex management factors were found to have a significant effect on the residents' residential satisfaction. Second, among the factors of residential quality in apartment complexes, convenience, safety, comfortability, and economy had a significant effect on residential satisfaction. Third, residential satisfaction had a significant effect on the recommendation intention. Overall, the factors of apartment complex management and residential quality affecting residential satisfaction and recommendation intentions were derived.

BcN provides a wide variety of high-quality multimedia services such as broadcasting and communication convergence services. But the quality degeneration is observed in BcN when we use broadcasting and communication convergence service via more than one network of different internet service providers. In this paper, a QoS management system which is able to measure and maintain objectively the quality-related information in overall networks is proposed. The proposed QoS management system is tested on the pilot networks of BcN consortiums by measuring the quality of voice and video experienced by the actual users of the commercial video phone services. The result of the experiment shows that it is possible to figure out service qualify between a user and a service provider by analyzing the information from agents. The per-service traffic information collected by probes is proved to be useful to pinpoint the party responsible for the loss of the service qualify in case of the services including different service providers. As the result of the experiment, it is shown that the proposed QoS management system would play a key role of resolving the quality dispute, which is one of the important issues of QoS-guaranteed BcN.

최근의 통신서비스 시장은 경쟁의 도입과 기술의 발전이라는 두 축에 힘입어 양질의 서비스를 보다 저렴한 요금으로 소비자들에게 제공하고자 노력하여 왔다. 그러나 이러한 통신서비스의 질적 향상 노력에도 불구하고 여전히 통신서비스의 품질은 소비자들의 기대수준에는 미치지 못하고 있다는 지적이 있다 더욱이 문제가 되는 것은 소비자가 인지하고 있는 통신 서비스 품질의 기대수준은 시간의 흐름에 따라 동태적으로 변화하는 것이어서 한 시점에서의 통신 서비스 품질 수준의 측정으로는 정책적으로 큰 의미를 설명하기 어려운 실정이다. 이와 관련하여 많은 선행 연구들이 다양한 측면에서 시행되어져 왔지만 이제까지의 많은 선행 연구들은 대부분이 통신서비스의 특성을 제대로 고려하지 않고, 고객만족의 향상과 불일치를 가져오고 있는 성능품질만을 측정한다거나, 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화해 가는 소비자가 서비스에 대해 인지하고 있는 중요도나 기대수준을 고려하지 않고 있으며, 각 구성요소간의 동태적 인과고리에 대한 고려 없이 연구가 이루어져 전반적인 통신 서비스의 고객만족을 전체적인 시각에서 평가한 연구는 극히 드물다. 따라서 본 연구는 통신서비스의 고객만족을 피드백 관점, 동태적 관점, 사실적 관점의 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 적용하여 전반적인 동태적 고객만족 모형을 구현하고 이를 정책적으로 활용할 수 있는가에 대한 접근을 시도하였다. 고객만족은 결코 한순간에 머물러 있는 것이 아니며 체감품질 및 기대수준의 영향을 받아 지속적으로 변화해간다 따라서 어떻게 기대수준을 관리하고 고객의 기대에 부응하는 체감품질을 관리하는 것이 지속적인 고객만족을 획득할 수 있는 가를 시뮬레이션 모형을 통해 가시적으로 시스템의 행태를 구현함으로써 그 이해의 폭을 넓히고자 시도하였다.으로써 웹에서의 혁신적이며 크로스 사이트, 크로스 장르적인 컨텐츠 플래닝의 가능성을 시사하는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.y used to some of interactive storytelling through hyper text in CD-ROM and web sites.
