본 논문은 모선가격을 적용하는 계통에서 전력품질기준을 초과한 수용가에 대한 보상을 하는 것이 계통계획상의 의사결정에 어떠한 영향을 주는가에 대한 시험 연구 결과이다. 우리나라는 산업의 고도화에 따라 전력에 대한 산업의 의존 비율이 대폭 증가하였을 뿐만 아니라, 전력품질에 대한 산업체의 요구조건도 과거에 비해 매우 높아졌다. 그러나 현행 계통계획과 전력요금제도에는 이러한 사회적 변화를 반영할 품질에 대한 요소가 포함되어 있지 않으며, 이에 대한 적절한 대비가 되지 않음으로 인한 사회적 비용은 제대로 평가되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수용가에 대한 전력요금이 모선별로 할당되는 경우에 각 모선의 전력품질이 측정가능하고 이를 보상비용화 할 수 있다고 가정하는 경우, 이를 계통계획에 반영하였을 때 예상되는 효과를 모의계통을 통하여 시산해보고 그 결과를 토의한 것이다. 그 결과, 전력품질의 비용을 반영한 경우, 전력요금은 상승하지만 전체 비용을 최소화하는 요소설비에 투자하는 방법을 선택함으로써 총괄비용을 감소시키는 효과를 거둘 수 있다.

The object of this study is to understand of the effectiveness characteristic in the field work which is controlled by the quality in the high-rise residential-commercial complex building. From the previous study, the quality improvement factors are investigated. Through the structured questionnaire, the opinions of the field engineers(University, Design firms, Construction company) are gathered in the improvement factors of construction phase. Comparing the results of questionnaire with the conception of field engineers, this study helps in revising and improving the quality control system including tangible factors and intangible factors in the frame work of the high-rise residential-commercial complex building project.

By conducting multiple regression analysis, we analyzed the major independent factors affecting user convenience and emotional factors, and identified the important functional elements in the design of the VR device, so that the functional elements to be developed can be grasped in advance. As a result of the study, satisfaction of handling of VR bicycle and satisfaction of speed control by paddling were considered as the most important technical factors as independent factors which have the greatest influence on user convenience and emotional factor among technical satisfaction. Also, it is possible to increase the probabilities of successful design by setting a model that predicts user convenience and the emotional part from the technical factors.

Service quality research is being conducted actively to improve customer satisfaction in various fields, but no research has been done on the service quality of small arms in the national defense. To enhance the user satisfaction and quality of small arms, this study aimed to derive the main quality attributes, measure the current level of satisfaction, and explore the elements requiring improvement. For this, a questionnaire survey based on the Kano model and SERVQUAL model was conducted on the identified service quality factors through discussions of experts involved in the production, quality assurance, and operation. All service quality factors were classified as one-dimensional elements, and an analysis of the Kano-SERVQUAL integrated approach showed that the user's expectation and dissatisfaction coefficient had a strong positive correlation with a 1% significance level, and user's perception value and satisfaction coefficient had a negative correlation with the 1% significance level. Using the Kano-SERVQUAL integrated approach, the priority service quality attributes for small arms requiring improvement among the many areas of service quality could be identified. Overall, it is expected that service-quality-level measurements can be used to improve the quality level of munitions as well as user satisfaction.

배전계통의 전기품질을 평가하기 위한 중요한 요소는 여러 가지가 있으며 그 대표적인 요소로 신뢰도 지수를 들 수 있다. 신뢰도 지수란 정전이 수용가에 미치는 영향을 정전시간과 정전수용가수로 표현한 지표로 공급에 대한 비신뢰도율을 나타낸다. IEEE 위원회는 다양한 지역을 벤치마킹하여 신뢰도 지수를 정의하였다. SAIFI와 SAIDI 등과 같이 공통적으로 사용 중인 지수가 있으며 지역의 특성에 따라 다양한 지수가 사용되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 IEEE에 정의된 전기품질 신뢰도 지수의 현황을 분석하고 국내에서 사용 중인 신뢰도 지수와 상호 비교하였다.

오늘날 제품이 문제가 되는 경우는 별로 없다. 그런데 불행하게도 재화를 만들고 용역을 제공하는 많은 기업들은 제품 하나에만 관심을 쏟고 있다. 정작 중요한 것은 고객의 소리를 듣는 것이다. 서비스 산업에서 특히 이것은 아주 중요하다. 서비스 관련 여러 요소 가운데 중요도를 선정하여 서비스 품질을 린 프로세스적 사고로 서비스 요소중의 낭비를 제거 한다면 소비자에게 불필요한 서비스가 아닌 진정한 가치를 선사하는 일이 될 것이다.

초고속인터넷서비스란 이름으로 국내에 인터넷의 붐을 촉진시킨 ADSL(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) 서비스가 가입자망의 한 형태인 FTTC(Fiber To The Curb)를 이용하여 밀집 주거지역(주로 아파트)을 중심으로 급격히 확산하면서 일부에서는 ADSL의 특성상 건물의 구내통신선로설비 부분이 서비스의 품질을 저하시킬 수 있다는 우려가 대두되었다. 본 논문에서는 아파트의 구내통신선로설비가 어떤 상황인지를 점검해보고 서비스 품질에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요소가 무엇인지, 영향을 미친다면 어느 정도인지, 그리고 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 구내통신선로설비 차원에서 사전에 해소되어야 할 요소가 무엇인지를 살펴본다.

멀티미디어 시스템의 사용이 일반화되고, 그 영향범위가 넓어짐에 따라 이러한 시스템의 개발과 테스트는 매우 중요한 요소가 된다. 멀티미디어 시스템은 기존의 시스템과 달리 시간-의존적이고 연속적인 미디어를 포함하여 다양한 미디어를 통합한 컨텐츠 기반 실시간 시스템이며, 사용자와의 상호작용과 네트워킹이 중요한 요소라는 점에서 기존의 시스템과 다른 개발주기. 품질 평가 척도를 가지게 된다. 이에 본 논문은 멀티미디어 시스템이 어떻게 구성되어 있으며 그 특성이 무엇인지 분석하고, 이에 기반하여 기존의 시스템과 다른 시스템 개발주기, 품질평가 척도 및 이에 따라 요구되는 테스팅 영역에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.

Today, researches on logistics service quality or supply chain management are highlighted due to intensification of competition and diversification of needs for customer service. This study have done a comparative analysis on supply chain partnership members' perception difference about importance of logistics service quality factors. It measured perception about logistics service quality which suppliers, carriers, and buyers regard as important and then conducted t-test in order to compare perception difference. It was found that quality factors of logistic service which suppliers, carriers, and buyers in supply chain partnership perceive as important were different. And disagreements among members were found in most items when market orientation and long term orientation was low while there was no difference among most members when market orientation and long term orientation was high.

The sensory quality characteristics of 5 different types of traditional Korean cookies, i.e. Yackwa, Gangjung, Sanja, Dasik and Yutgangjung were investigated. A total of 77 questionnaires were collected and over 90 different terms describing the sensory characteristics of Hankwa were appeared, among which 58 terms were explained in Korean Dictionary. The important quality characteristic of Korean cookies were identified from the frequency of the appearance of sensory describing terms. The cookies were stored at room temperature for 10 days in various relative humidity of $0{\sim}68%$, and the changes in the quality characteristics were examined organolleptically by scalar scoring test. The changes in overall acceptance were evaluated by hedonic test. The results were shown by quantitative descriptive analysis(QDA) diagram The QDA diagram could visualize the effects of storage relative humidity on the sensory quality profile of the cookies.
