  • 본 연구에서는 품질기능전개(QFD)를 품질전개, 기술전개, 원가전개, 신뢰성전개로 구분하여 각 단계에서 실무적으로 고려해야 할 중요한 사항을 제안한다. 품질전개에서는VOC로 J.D.Power사의 시장품질조사 방법을 활용할 것을 제안하며 기술전개에서는 새로운 SPC 공정도와 작업표준 작성방안을 제안한다. 끝으로 신뢰성 전개에서는 BOM의 구조분석과 RBD, FTA 통합기능분석, FMEA의 체계적인 정리 등의 3단계 전개방안을 제안한다.

  • The satisfaction of customers from the design stage of product was investigated and reflected by the stage of important function analysis in the enforcement of technique. The goal of this research is worked one reasonable function analysis of the cost reduction and quality enhancement to spread out by using QFD (Quality Function Development). In the case study, the function analysis of VE under the this theoretical background applied to one personal functional combination stimulator. In order to get our goal, the theoretical and case study was in parallel studied each other. This result shows that the new product by using the satisfaction of customers and the quality function development is pointed out the coincidence of the product value.

  • 신제품 개발에서 고객의 요구를 정확히 분석하여 제품설계에 반영하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 하지만, 제품의 설계시 고객의 요구를 정확히 분석하고 정량화해서 이를 충족시키는 제품을 개발하는 것은 많은 노력과 시간을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 제품설계를 지원하기 위한 방법론으로 품질기능전개와 공리적 설계를 통합적으로 적용하는 방안을 제안한다. 우선, 고객의 애매한 요구들을 분석하여 제품기능요구로 변환하고, 제품설계 과정에서 품질기능전개와 공리설계이론을 적용시킨다. 효과적인 제품설계를 위한 품질기능전개와 제품설계의 성능평가를 제공하는 공리적 설계를 통하여 품질기능전개의 의미를 확장하는 프레임워크를 제안한다.

  • 점점 취약해지고 있는 우리 나라의 산업 경쟁력은 WTO 체제의 새로운 무역 질서와 치열해진 품질 및 생산성 경쟁으로 더욱 심한 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 품질 우위를 통한 산업 경쟁력 향상 노력은 기업마다 가지고 있는 공통적인 경영 과제가 되고 있지만 정부와 관련 단체 등의 의욕적인 품질경영(QM : Quality Management)시책과 노력에도 불구하고 이를 통한 가시적 경영 성과는 극히 일부 기업에서만 확인되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 TQM 적용상의 이론적 과제 해결에 보다 접근하기 위하여 품질기능 전개(QFD : Quality Function Deployment) 방식을 조직에 적용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 즉 조직에 대한 품질기능 전개가 TQM체제 구축을 위해서 유용한 수단이 될 수 있음을 보이고, 어떠한 단계로 전개하는가를 단계별로 제시하였다. TQM 도입 단계에서 전 조직 부문과 계층을 품질기능이라는 요소로 시스템화하고 이 시스템을 통하여 전 부문이 조직적으로 참여할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다.

The Application of a Quality Function Development System to the Quality Assurance Activities (1) Makes it Easier to Easier out the Quality Level that Consumers Demand and Varies Rapidly, and (2) Makes it Possible to Link the Production to the Quality Level that Consumers Demand by the Quality Specification.

  • This study is to apply the Quality Function Deployment Methodology to select the Navy Battle Lab location among possible location sites. The Quality Function Deployment is known to be one of the good methodology in reflecting users' need. Thus the Navy Battle Lab location should b e selected on the basis of satisfying the Navy and ADD requirments. The data to be applied in QFD has been collected from the Navy users and ADD researchers. After carrying out QFD procedures, Jinhae was selected as the best site of the Navy Battle Lab.

  • 본 연구는 기술개발 품질강화 모형 설계목적으로 하며, 기술개발방향과 시장요구를 적절히 이해하고 외부협력을 통해 시너지효과를 창출할 수 있는 기술품질 확보방법을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 기술개발 품질강화모형을 위해 품질기능전개의 품질의집을 활용하였으며, 한국지질자원연구원 연구원을 대상으로 직접면담 및 온라인 설문조사방법을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 지질자원기술의 사회적 수요의 중요도, 수요대응도 및 투자요구도를 제시하였다.

  • Qualify Function Deployment(QFD) is a technique which was born in Japan as a strategy for assuring that quality is built into new products. QFD was first used in 1972 by Kobe Shipyard of Mitsubish Heavy Industrials Ltd. and was then referred to as the quality tables. After QFD is proposed, it has been applied by both many large and small companies around the world. Many studies related QFD are performed till now but study related "cost-based QFD(QFCD)" hasn't been performed actively. If cost-based QFD is not performed. the produced results will be included possibility that is not significant as well as realistic. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to improve effectiveness and efficiency for product development's result through QFD by introducing QFCD's concept and execution procedure.

  • Increased over time are the market size of coffee shops and customer demands for coffee. This paper aims to provide solutions for quality improvement in products and services of coffee shops through a case study. SERVQUAL is adopted and modified for the given problem to identify customer requirements for services of coffee shops. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is introduced as an effort to reflect customer requirements in engineering characteristics for products and services. This paper compares the market competitiveness of three coffee shops in a case study. This study also draws solutions for quality improvement in engineering characteristics for products and services by using QFD.

  • In order to enhance the understanding of social commerce which is widely spreading globally in a few years, the characteristics selecting social commerce company are analyzed by using quality function deployment(QFD) that is popular in quality management area. To achieve this purpose, this study investigates the concept, market environment, and major competitors of social commerce and interactive relationship between customer's requirements and service characteristics was uncovered by using the house of quality(HOQ) which is a method of QFD. In addition, this study proposes the conceptual model integrating analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and QFD by quantitatively evaluating the importance of customer's requirements and service characteristics.
