A Study on Effectiveness and Improvement of Certification Defence Quality Management System (국방품질경영시스템 인증효과 및 개선에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 국방품질경영시스템인증을 취득한 군수업체의 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 인증동기와 인증 후 효과를 파악하자 한다. 연구결과 인증 동기는 경영자의 의지와 회사 업무발전의 동기가 높게 나타났고 기간이 지남에 따라 동기가 강하게 변화하고 있다. 인증 취득 후에는 대외 신뢰도와 의식변화에 대한 효과가 높고 인증의 유지로 인한 업무능률 향상과 매출이익이 증가하는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고 국방품질인증 심사에 대한 평가는 합리적이고 객관적인이란 항목에 높은 반응을 보이고 있으나 수검의 용이성에 대한 만족도가 낮고 합리성과 전문성은 인증기간이 지남에 따라 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 인증유지를 하는데 애로사항은 정보 및 자료부족, 부서간 협조부족, 규격이해 및 전문 인력부족 등 기업 내부적인 문제점을 발견하여 개선을 위한 필요성이 제기 되었다.

  • 점점 취약해지고 있는 우리 나라의 산업 경쟁력은 WTO 체제의 새로운 무역 질서와 치열해진 품질 및 생산성 경쟁으로 더욱 심한 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 품질 우위를 통한 산업 경쟁력 향상 노력은 기업마다 가지고 있는 공통적인 경영 과제가 되고 있지만 정부와 관련 단체 등의 의욕적인 품질경영(QM : Quality Management)시책과 노력에도 불구하고 이를 통한 가시적 경영 성과는 극히 일부 기업에서만 확인되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 TQM 적용상의 이론적 과제 해결에 보다 접근하기 위하여 품질기능 전개(QFD : Quality Function Deployment) 방식을 조직에 적용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 즉 조직에 대한 품질기능 전개가 TQM체제 구축을 위해서 유용한 수단이 될 수 있음을 보이고, 어떠한 단계로 전개하는가를 단계별로 제시하였다. TQM 도입 단계에서 전 조직 부문과 계층을 품질기능이라는 요소로 시스템화하고 이 시스템을 통하여 전 부문이 조직적으로 참여할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다.

  • Many online shopping sites now offer personalized recommendation systems to improve consumers' shopping experiences by lowering costs (time, cost, etc.), catering to consumers' tastes, and stimulating consumers' potential shopping needs. So far, domestic and foreign research on the personalized recommendation system has mainly focused on the field of computer science, which is advantageous for obtaining accurate personalized recommendation results for users but difficult to continuously track the users' psychological states or behavioral intentions. This study attempted to investigate the effect of the characteristics of the personalized recommendation system in the online shopping environment on consumer perception and purchase intention for consumers using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model. The analysis results adopted all hypotheses on the effect of the quality of the personalized recommendation system and information quality on trust and perceived value. Through the empirical results of this study, the factors influencing consumers' use of personalized recommendation system can be identified. In order to increase more purchase, online shopping companies need to understand consumers' tastes and improve the quality of the personalized system by improving the recommendation algorithm thus to provide more information about products.

  • From Quality Management System in early 1990, through Safety Management System in 1998, to Maritime Security System in 2002, the shipping/port industries had no choice but to accept such management systems as occasion demands or compulsory in recent 10 years. Furthermore some companies have introduced other system such as Environment Management System(ISO 14000), Occupational Health & Safety Assesment Series(OHSAS 18000) additionally. But most companies have introduced & implemented the quality, safety & security management system generally. This paper is to suggest the effective measurement & improvement plan of Quality Management System.

  • Identify the effects of ISO quality management system on the durability of the enterprise by applying it to early startups and small - and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, the quality management system of a technology start-up small and medium sized companies is important in applying the management system to the financial, management and quality control services rather than to research and development. The quality management system is applied to the medical equipment manufacturers, mobile phone brokers, foreign Chinese companies, and components manufacturers for diesel engines.Try it. Check the case where the quality management system has been applied to the company concerned and the nonconformities have been improved. In addition, the success of the project was determined by applying the quality control system to maintain the stability and perpetuation of the company through the case of the failed selection. The company explains that recently, it must appoint internal auditors to carry out continuous improvement activities and that those who want the development and continuity of the company must reflect the quality management system.

  • Objective: A quality management system of international standardization organization (ISO) 9001:2000 has been proposed to properly evaluate and improve the quality of productions and services. The purpose of this article was to describe on successful introduction and application of the ISO system to human assisted reproductive technology (ART) center. Methods: Center for reproductive medicine and infertility of Cheil General Hospital started the action for ISO 9001:2000 certification at January-2004. The ISO system of our center was monitored by measuring the customer satisfaction index and periodical internal and external audit. Reports of non-conformity described corrective and preventive actions for problems and occurrences that were not consistent with the standard process and operation of our center. Continuous management and improvement were performed on the project of customer dissatisfaction. Results: Our center has got the certification of ISO 9001:2000 for "Research and development of IVF-ET program for infertility treatment" from Korean Foundation for Quality at June-2004. The policy of ISO was "To establish the best center of reproductive medicine and infertility" and "To establish the best quality management system". We found 140 cases and 7 cases of non-conformity in internal and external audit for three years, respectively, and performed corrective action. Conclusion: Improvement of customer satisfaction, systemic documentation and transparency and efficacy of working procedure were achieved by application and operation of the ISO system to our center. This ISO system could be used as a basic institutional management system for the national guideline to the human ART center.

  • 최근 정보시스템에 대한 품질평가가 사용자만족이라는 개념을 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 그것은 단기적인 관점에서의 평가모델로서 장기적인 관점에서의 종합적인 품질평가가 필요하다. 기술적 측면과 인간적 측면의 성공요인을 모두 포함하여 평가차원을 분류하고, 사용자만족에서 희생을 함께 고려하는 사용자가치가지 확장하는 종합적 품질평가모형을 제시하고 국내기업을 대상으로 실증분석해 보고자 한다.

  • It seems to be less important to quality record than document control. But quality records provide a objectve evidence for certain product. So, the requirements of quality record is more serve than that of design document. It is obvious that quality record control promotes accumulation of know-how. The puepose of this study is to possible implementation methods through analysis of Code requirements. This paper suggests the considerations when establishing the quality records control system.

  • An empirical study was carried out to examine how Container Terminals in Busan view quality management activities by the provision of statistical evidence showing the efforts to enhance the standard of quality management, common factors of quality management activities and causal relationship among these factors. The data investigating the quality management for Busan Container Terminals were collected from 170 persons in charge of quality management for port services in Busan Container terminals by the use of questionnaire method and personal interviews. The Cronbach's a coefficient and factor analysis were used to analyze the reliability and the validity of measured variables. Furthermore, SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using AMOS(Analysis of MOment Structure) 4.0 was usea to analyze the cause-effect relationship among the source, activities and accomplishments of quality management representing the core concept of quality management system.

  • 소프트웨어의 크기가 커지고 복잡도가 증가함에 따라 소프트웨어 품질의 중요성은 점점 증대되고 있다. 소프트웨어의 품질 향상을 위해 소프트웨어 개발 조직은 테스트와 동료검토와 같이 제품 품질 향상을 위한 노력과 CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration), 소프트웨어프로세스 품질인증 기준과 같은 프로세스 품질 향상 노력을 하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 소프트웨어 분야의 품질 관리의 노력과 효과에 소요되는 품질비용에 대한 연구는 제조업이나 건설업 등 타 분야에 비해 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 모델인 CMMI의 성숙도 레벨에 기반하여, K사의 품질비용관리 방안 적용 결과를 바탕으로 CMMI 성숙도 각 레벨마다 소프트웨어 개발 조직이 품질비용을 관리를 위한 목적과 활동으로 정의된 품질비용 관리 모델의 개발을 연구하였다.
